Took 37 minutes upon arrival at the facility to be transported to airport. Then, it took 48 minutes from the time the call was made for return pickup, until driver arrived. Unsat. Driver indicated there was a problem with another customer and he could not resolve it in order to provide a timely pickup. Would not recommend, will not use this service again to save $17 dollars for the entire week. Will use the lot on the airport site.
shuttle unable to pick us up from airport. flight was delayed and didn't arrive until after 12. need extended pick up times
just got off the phone with the hotel. they were very rude on the phone. they were very rude when trying to find out about there parking. i would never use them. i would say they are poorer that poor.
Quoted price was honored at Econo Lodge. Prompt shuttle to and from airport. Extremely nice staff. Will absolutely use again.
Shuttle Service should be provided after midnight, for flights that have been delayed.

Customer service was horrible, almost missed the flight because the shuttle driver had to finish his TV show before we could leave. Then waited an additional 45 minutes after we arrived home when they said the shuttle would take 10 minutes. Pay the extra money and use a real long term parking service.
The driver rushed us before giving us a ride to the airport. I was getting luggage and supplies for my family and I and while doing this he honked the horn at me and told me to hurry up. Asked to come back and get us later...he said no. He did become nicer afterwards.
Everything was great. Hotel staff was not too friendly when we arrived, the girl looked mad that I had a reservation and also quoted us a different price than my reservation. Then demanded that I owed money for it, which I did, but that was the whole reservation purpose. Also our flight was delayed and the shuttle stopped running at midnigh, which was annoying because we had to take a taxi to the hotel to pick the car up. The hotel should have the shuttle run longer to accomadate flight delays. Its not the best, but ill use it again because its cheap.
Staff was coutesous and prompt. I was very pleased to see how much snow was removed following a recent storm so we got out of the lot with ease.
I was taken to the airport promptly and was picked up quickly after calling. Great price will use again in the future.
The shuttle's times are not every 15 minutes but every 45. The person who drive the van is also the one who attend people at the Hotel, which means that if there's any guest waiting for a room, the one waiting for the shuttle should wait. The van was really dirty.
This was a great place to park. People were friendly, courteous and helpful. They even offered a cup of coffee! I'll be back.
Worst service ever they had no idea what was going on and I did not feel like my car was safe will not be using your service again
Coffee would have been nice while I was warming up my car-other than that-the service was excellent!
The shuttle service worked great and was very prompt. We had our car parked in the very back of the lot, and snow and ice made it somewhat difficult to get out initially. I understand that the guy who runs the motel and lot can't clear the entire lot of ice. Still, it would have made us feel much safer had we had a cleared lot to exit.
I have used this service twice in the past year and have been very satisfied with it. I will use it again when I fly out of MCI.

We did not like your rejection to help us jump-start our car- battery was dead, and you rejected to help for your company fire safety reason so we were waiting for kind strangers people to appear on the parking lot and they helped us, thanks them
Have used this service several times & have been pleased. This experience wasn't as good. The service fee was supposed to be waived by the cashier when I checked in. She disagreed with me even though I showed her the paperwork. Communication with the cashier wasn't easy but she wouldn't even look at the paperwork. I chose not to argue with her. Perhaps I wasn't understanding correctly. I never did get the credit I thought I was entitled to. No one else was available to shuttle to me to the airport so she had to close the hotel down until she took me. I waited at least 20 or more minutes for the shuttle to pick me up on return and then we had to go to another terminal to pick up passengers (understandable) but then the driver received another call to go back to SW to pick up more passengers. Fortunately, the driver knew he better get me back to the parking before going back to SW (airline I arrived on). This trip involved 3 different airlines and 3 different destinations over a 10 day period and I still had a 2-1/2 hour drive ahead of me.
