    I have had wonderful experiences in the past. This last one was not the best. When I dropped my car off...I had signed up for a 7:45 AM shuttle to the airport. I arrived in time to do this, but was told they only ran their shuttle at 20 minute intervals...7:00/7:20/7:40/8:00. That was not consistent with the webpage information. I was to be picked up at 4:00. I arrived early. I called. They said it would be 15 minutes. I was not picked up for 30 minutes. Granted I was early, but they still missed my pickup time by 15 minutes.

    Check in was quick, but he told us it will be 30 mins before we can go to airport, because someone else was in line before us. We weren't told of this when we booked. The shuttle is a minivan and only one person operates it, who also tends the register at the hotel. So, arrive way in advance. The people before us didn't show up, so we got there in time. When we came back, no one picked up our calls for nearly 45 minutes. I suppose this was because the same driver was driving other customers. We called a cab and gave another call while waiting and luckily the same guy picked up. He arrived in 15 minutes and took us back. So, be patient and keep trying to call them if no one picks up on first try.

    SHUTTLE DRIVER TO AIRPORT WAS ONLY ONE AT HOTEL AND HAD TO SHUT THE HOTEL OFFICE TO DRIVE THE SHUTTLE. SHUTTLE DRIVER FROM AIRPORT PULLED UP AND JUST SAT IN THE VAN. I AM 73 YRS OLD AND COULD HAVE USED ASSISTANCE IN LOADING HEAVY LUGGAGE INTO THE VAN (EXTREEMLY POOR SERVICE).

    Place looked a little sketchy at first but when the driver arrived she was very pleasant and made me feel pretty comfortable. When I returned, I just had to call for them to pick me up regardless of the time I had arranged, which was great. Second driver was not as pleasant but he was polite and did a great job. I would definitely park there again in the future. No problems and no extra charges.

    I will definitely use Econo Lodge again for park and fly. I only needed 4 days parking, but you pay for a 5 day minimum. However 5 days was only $25! This is the best deal for parking at KCI, by far! And if it is not during peak usage times, (Holidays, spring break, etc.), you don't even need to make a reservation! Just show up. What a deal!!

    Checking In: Easy to check in. Very courteous. Was at the airport 10 minutes after completing the paperwork. When checking in I was told that upon my return, I could call for a shuttle pickup. Checking Out: When returning, I made my first call for a shuttle at 1:18 p.m. and made the second call at 1:38 p.m.. Was told both times "ten minutes." Waited 42 minutes for the shuttle. The driver was extremely nice but extremely tardy.

    A thirty minute wait to be shuttled from the airport to the parking lot, at 8:30 p.m., was entirely too exhausting. The clerk of the motel was being required to operate the van as well as operate the motel single handedly...extremely poor way to provide service to either motel or parking!

    Very pleased. Operations person and driver was very good and courteous. Our plane was delayed and upon calling the parking attendant, he was immediately on his way. No delay. Would use again. Good service.

    I was thankful for the discount and not having to drive all the way into the airport. It took me a few minutes to realize that the only way to obtain this service is to show up there during their scheduled hours, but everything went smoothly.

    The wait times were not longer than expected. It is a convenient place to drop off the car vs. trying to park at the airport and then take a shuttle. I would continue to use this service.

    Clerk/driver who took me to the airport never mentioned that I had to call for pickup although he took info about return time. Driver who picked me up stopped diagonally in roadway (unsafe} and didn't open back for my bags until I told her to. I had a large suitcase.
