Please present to the Front Desk a printed copy of the email that was sent upon making the reservation. Arrive at least 15 minutes to the hour or half-hour to fill out the necessary paper works.

Operation Hours

Shuttle runs every 30 minutes upon request from 4:00 am to 1:00 am the next day. Last trip is at 12:45 am.

    Parking was easy and it was great to have door to door service to the airport. Shuttle wait time was very reasonable (5-10 minutes).

    We are used to using Park N' Go in CLT. But apparently they were full, and referred us to this alternative service. Having been at first slightly taken by surprise, we found that whatever anxiety there was to using an unknown service, it was unfounded. We were very happy with the service and helpfulness of every one we had contact with.

    When we arrived there was a pile of broken glass on the ground beside my car where a window was broken out. When we arrived home the shuttle never came, and we had to get a $20 cab ride to the car. When I asked the attendant about why the shuttle never came, she said "he did go to the airport, so whatever". Don't leave your car here.

    Parking was at a hotel, which my GPS could not find. I arrived at 3am to find out that it didn't start running until 4 (but the website had allowed me to book reservation before 4am). On drop-off, front desk person and driver were very nice. On pickup, I needed to call a second time after waiting 30 minutes (hotel is less than 10 mins from airport). When he arrived, driver was surly, made no attempt to help with heavy bag or have a door open, took turns and bumps fast and hard, and drove me to the front door of hotel instead of to my car -- and then glared at me when I did not tip him for his good service! The price was great and the location was great. I would consider using this place again if I could be assured that I would not get the same driver. When I went into the lobby, the front desk clerk looked asleep although she was checking people out and just nodded and sort of shrugged when I told her I was here to pick up my car. She could have reminded me that I was to turn in the paper on the dashboard. As a result, I did not notice it until I was home and emailed the manager with the information needed to check the car out.

    This was my first time at the Econolodge parking and the only thing I missed versus my normal parking lot was a bottle of water for the road. Staff was efficient and friendly.

    Being at a motel, the parking is not in a locked area, but I was able to park where the car was very visible

    We were so pleased that we chose Econolodge. We had a wedding in Tx. and had to park and fly. The room was spotless, the staff were amazing! The free breakfast was great (real waffles) fresh coffee and fruit. The best experience was the transportation..... We did not have to wait more than 5 minutes for pick up. Also our vehicle was untouched.

    This lot really should not even be included in airport parking selections. I waited about 15 minutes past the appointed time for them to find the shuttle driver just to get to the airport. You have to park away from the hotel and carry your luggage to the front - not a problem if you only have one light carry on! Then, upon return, I waited 20 minutes at the airport in 95 degree heat (watching several other shuttles come and go!!) I finally called Econo Lodge. They had no idea where the driver was! At that point, it was worth the $16 cab fare to just get to my car. And, the cab driver took me right to the car and helped me with my bag. I will never use this lot again, and I will not recommend it to fellow travelers.

    I got off of my flight around 11pm and called the shuttle service three times without an answer. My mom was finally able to reach them and it was still about a 20 minute wait. Would not recommend. If they are providing you a service, the lodge should answer their phone.

    I thought this was great and will definitely use it again. It was nice not having to worry about the parking lots at the airport being full. Overall, including the wait time and ride, it was still shorter than I've had with airport shuttles.

    There were no issues with the parking lot other than once you return back to the parking lot which was at the hotel that the driver should drop off the passengers off where the designated airport parking is located.

    You get what you pay for. I arrived at the Econo Lodge and no spots were left! I waited until hotel staff pulled their car out so I could park in their spot. I returned 10 days later and found that someone (maybe even hotel staff) had hit my car all along the passenger side. I was devastated! The lady at the desk didn't even seem to care. She didn't even once tell me "I'm sorry." Please know in advance that you need to sign a paper that says that Econo takes no responsibility if anything happens to your car! I would have parked at ParkNGo again or the airport but they were both booked! I wonder why! Because they aren't sketchy like this place! Pay the extra bucks and be treated like a human being and have your car taken care of. Good luck with this sketch place!

    Shuttle only runs every 1/2 hour and you have to sign up in advance. No one told us this. Good rates, but poor customer service.

    Extremely great experience. My car felt safe. The shuttle from the airport took a while to show up but I was told that it would. Totally good and what I expected. Would 100% park here again.
