    Parking lot was not secure and I was hesitant to leave my car. On my return, I called for shuttle pick up but could not understand the person answering so had no idea if I was going to be picked up. I ended up returning to my car with another shuttle service.

    Terrible, terrible experience. When I arrived the shuttle had mysteriously broken the day before. I had to argue to get a shuttle to the airport. The front desk person told me that I wouldn't be able to get a shuttle and stared at me blankly when I told him that I either needed a shuttle or a cab (that they would pay for). I ended talking to a manager who contacted a nearby hotel to get their shuttle to pick me up. I waited for 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable. The parking lot is unsupervised, and in a really sketchy area. I was worried that my car wouldn't be there when I got back. Again, completely unacceptable (for a parking service). When I called to be picked up (over 2 weeks later), the shuttle was still mysteriously broken, and the front desk person just hung up on me when I asked when they would be sending a shuttle. I will never park there again.

    On returning I called the number for pick up as I was told by the desk person when I checked in who gave me a business card with the phone number to be called only to be told they would not pick me up. I would not use their lot again.
