I have always had quick response time to my call for pick-up in the past. I called after collecting my luggage and was outside 2-3 minutes later. After 15 minutes I called again and was told I must have just missed it. Total response time was 28 minutes. The driver proceeded to sit for 10 more minutes for no one at 3G. At least one of the people had been on the shuttle for 30 minutes when I got on. The replacement shuttle went past as we were sitting at the curb waiting for no one. Very Disappointed.
Love this parking lot. The service is good and there is quick access to airport.

We decided to try out Easy Airport Parking near O'Hare because our flight was so early in the morning and it was during a busy flying week--we didn't want to run the risk of not being able to find a parking spot at one of the airport lots. It was a great experience. We saved money and hassle on parking. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. We will definitely use them again!
Had a very positive experience using Easy Airport Parking. Everything went smoothly for the most part. Only negative is they also use Payless Rental for pickups. My flight landed around 11pm and called Payless Rental for shuttle pickup, person answering calls was kind of rude. Other than that, not a back experience.
You very quick in getting us to and from ohare. I use your business most the times I fly.

The staff was very friendly however the operation was not very organized. The drop off was fine, it was the pickup that was problematic. When I arrived at O'hare on the return, per their instructions, I texted my claim check number and terminal to the number provided. I received a response saying that they could not retrieve it at this time. I then called the number provided and no one answered and I was redirected to a national call center where they told me it would be about a 20 minute wait for the shuttle. I hung up and called again and then got an answer and the shuttle arrived in a few minutes. When I arrived at the lot I had to wait about 5 minutes to check out even though there was nobody in line. The attendants were in the back talking and no one said we'll be right with you or anything. Then, when I checked out, they informed my that the sunroof in my vehicle had been left open and the person who parked the car did not notice and my car was soaked on the inside from the rain. They comped the rest of my parking fee and were very nice but I've had better experiences with other lots.
Parking was good except for the scratch I discovered by the passenger side front door. Additional care would have been appreciated.
CAlled 4 times, told 2min wait, waited over 25 min, tired long day, waited 8hrs for flignt. the last things we needed was to get the run around for someone who clearly didn't care each time we callled to get an update on the shuttle. One time we we're put on hold and they never came back to us, waited over 5min on hold. I'll tell you NEVER again will I use your company and we have used your services a lot of the years. There are too many new choices of where to park and I will be looking into them for our next flight, very disappointed...
We had to wait for a second shuttle because the shuttle vehicle had a different name on it than the company that we reserved with. We didn't know they were all one company. That was confusing. The message on their answering machine should use both names too. Shuttle also had a headlight out. Desk person upon return was very friendly. We definitely will use this service again.

The claim of a shuttle every 15 mins was not true... After a long trans analeptic flight and 3 calls to your depot who told me 5 to 10 mins i ended up waiting for 45 minutes plus for shuttle to arrive.... very disappointing

Your claim check says Ace Rental, but your name has changed to Payless...that was confusing at the airport pickup.
This used to be an excellant service for airport parking, but something has changed. Last night I called 8 times at the phone number priovided to be picked up at the airport. No one answered. So I texted the number provided with my car claim number. I recieved a response saying kthe claim number could not be located, and that I should call the pnone number where no one answered. Other people at the airport waiting for a shuttle for Easy Airport Parking/ Ohare had athe same experience. It was a long wait to get a shuttle to pick up our car. When we finally arrived, the man at the desk said big deal , you have kyour car now. I tried to call the service the next day. No one ansered.
It took a long time for someone to answer the phone when I called for pickup at the airport, I had to call many times. The text message was not working either.
I love parking there. Very wonderful staff. I recommend you to my friends!
