    The reason for one star is the pickup service. I called mutiple time and waited for one hour the shuttle and had to give up and took a taxi tomthe parking lots. The clerk at front desk is kind enough to deduct the taxi cost from the parking fees. You should consider significantly improve you pickup service otherwise the business will go to the competitors. From other reviews, I'm not the only one complaining about the pickup service

    Dropping the car off went very smoothly - the attendants were very nice and helpful. The return was a disaster! Waited about an hour for the shuttle while several of the competitor's shuttles passed us by over and over. The attendants were kind of apologetic, but not really.

    Shuttle wait going to the airport was very short less than 5 minutes. Shuttle wait for pickup was 15 minutes. Which was acceptable due to the amount of traffic. Drivers were friendly both ways. Having the car waiting for you where the bus drops you off under cover is a nice feature. Better signage could help with checkout process, as this is a Payless Rental car site primarliy. Finding the parking check-out counter was confusing at first as the sign is pretty small. I will use them again

    The overall rating should be a 5.0 but was disappointed in the process when returning. Would love to see keys in my car waiting when I return. The line took longer in side waiting for my keys than it did for the shuttle to pick us up. Great facility and love the indoor drop off. Just streamline the process with either a mobile pay at the car or get the total balance upfront.

    the first driver on the way to the airport was very grumpy, before going to the airport he was yelling at another employee. The second driver was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. My car was there waiting for me to pick up and I did not have to wait.

    I have always had quick response time to my call for pick-up in the past. I called after collecting my luggage and was outside 2-3 minutes later. After 15 minutes I called again and was told I must have just missed it. Total response time was 28 minutes. The driver proceeded to sit for 10 more minutes for no one at 3G. At least one of the people had been on the shuttle for 30 minutes when I got on. The replacement shuttle went past as we were sitting at the curb waiting for no one. Very Disappointed.

    We decided to try out Easy Airport Parking near O'Hare because our flight was so early in the morning and it was during a busy flying week--we didn't want to run the risk of not being able to find a parking spot at one of the airport lots. It was a great experience. We saved money and hassle on parking. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. We will definitely use them again!

    Had a very positive experience using Easy Airport Parking. Everything went smoothly for the most part. Only negative is they also use Payless Rental for pickups. My flight landed around 11pm and called Payless Rental for shuttle pickup, person answering calls was kind of rude. Other than that, not a back experience.

    The staff was very friendly however the operation was not very organized. The drop off was fine, it was the pickup that was problematic. When I arrived at O'hare on the return, per their instructions, I texted my claim check number and terminal to the number provided. I received a response saying that they could not retrieve it at this time. I then called the number provided and no one answered and I was redirected to a national call center where they told me it would be about a 20 minute wait for the shuttle. I hung up and called again and then got an answer and the shuttle arrived in a few minutes. When I arrived at the lot I had to wait about 5 minutes to check out even though there was nobody in line. The attendants were in the back talking and no one said we'll be right with you or anything. Then, when I checked out, they informed my that the sunroof in my vehicle had been left open and the person who parked the car did not notice and my car was soaked on the inside from the rain. They comped the rest of my parking fee and were very nice but I've had better experiences with other lots.
