E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

    Have no signage for lot entrance. I know where it is but newcomers may have problems especially at night. Otherwise VERY happy with service.

    passenger door on front seat of van did not open from the outside. Driver commented that it had been that way for awhile. There were folks who had waited for 45 minutes and called 3 times for a pickup. We got lucky as we got there when van did. Flights were delayed due to rain and it was late at night but still no excuse for a 45 min wait. For us it was fine

    Service was good both coming and going but it wasn't until I got home that I realized my car was vandalized. It wasn't a lot of money between $8 & $10 dollars of change but it was the principle. It was my second time using the service but probably my last. I know they warn you about leaving valuables in the car and I take responsibility for this but I have to ask myself what else did the vandals go through.

    Very reasonably priced, but it took me 15 minutes or more to find the E-Z Way location. The employees were just fine, but it was so difficult to find that I was overly concerned about my timing to get through security and onto my airplane.

    Told park my car upon arrival. Upon arriving back home. I called for pick up. She told me to go to c for united area for pickup even that I said to her we came from Mexico. My partner said the pickup is B not C for international flights . I called her back to straighten out. So she doesn't pay attention. Then we waited at level B door 10. The van pulled up to door 9 even that we had the suitcase outside door 10. He didn't even say a word to us the whole trip or welcome us. Upon arriving to get car showed her my receipt on my phone for confirmation. The printer does not work in office after I said I would email it to office to print. I was told to go over to the hotel to use there printer in pouring rain. After arriving back she was to busy on phone talking to her friend with other trying to leave. Finally she told them to call back later she was busy. I had to load up my suitcases myself. Even moved my car further away from office. Never coming back to unprofessional shuttle again!

    No one answered the phone for 10 minutes when I called for a pickup. Then we had to wait another 25 minutes for the van. I have used EZ previously, but never again

    The parking lot staff wouldn't speak to me until I made him talk to me. The shuttle after traveling took over 30 minutes from the time I called after retrieving our luggage. It was an okay experience.

    Went around multi-mile circles 3 times trying to find E-Z Way Parking till we asked someone where the parking lot was. Absolutely no signs indicating the lot uses the same entrance as a hotel. Followed pick-up instructions (collect baggage, then call for pick-up); clerk/dispatcher said driver was on his way and would be there in a couple of minutes. Had to run like bats out of hell to get to upper level and the pick-up door all the way down at the other end of the terminal. Waited 15 to 20 minutes for pick-up then called to find out where driver was. Clerk was nasty and abrupt saying driver would be there in 2 minutes then hung up on me. Finally got to the parking lot and went inside to pay. Same nasty phone clerk didn't want to give me reservation price since I hadn't printed the confirmation. She gave me a hard time when I showed her the email confirmation/receipt on my phone which proved I had prepaid part of the total cost. Finally gave me the correct balance, but snarled that next time I'd need the printed confirmation. There will never be a next time that I will use E-Z Way parking!!!

    The attendant was very kind and helpful. I lost the receipt he gave me to show the gate attendant and he gave me another paper to show so we could exit.
