E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

The attendant was very kind and helpful. I lost the receipt he gave me to show the gate attendant and he gave me another paper to show so we could exit.
First of all, there should have been clear that the lot was located in the Crown Plaza hotel. Finding it the day of travel was not easy and added time as I went on loops trying to get to it with GPS. The lady at the front was not smiling, looked like she didn't want to be there and couldn't care to engage. Upon my return, it took forever. When I called for pickup, the guy tells me it's the top floor out door 2. He gave me unusual directions, He should have been clearer by also mentioning that the pickup was at the departure gate drop off area and not at the usual off-airport shuttle pickup/drop off spot. It took me 25 min from my initial call (with 2 more calls) for pickup. He ASSUMED he gave me enough info because he was trying to be quick but his instructions led me to an unusual pickup spot thus the confusion.
Easy to find the place, staff very friendly, shuttle was very quick ,luggage help,phone bringing the car very quick

We had to wait over 20 minutes for the shuttle from the time that we called. They also had their pickup spot in a distant location. We had to walk with luggage a considerable distance from baggage claim to the pick up location. To add insult to injury, the driver stopped to pick up other passengers. Two people immediately got on. The driver then insisted upon waiting an additional 7 minutes (yes, I timed it) for a phantom passenger. It took us a total of 35 minutes from the time that we called for the shuttle to the time that we arrived at the parking lot. This episode took place on a late Sunday night where traffic was not a factor. This is wholly unacceptable! I will not use this parking lot again.
We used this lot for our recent trip from and back to Liberty. The service was great. My car was pretty dirty when I arrived and it was clean as a whistle when I returned. I think someone washed it.
We were happy with the service. The shuttle had just pulled up when we arrived so we did not have a wait. The staff was courteous.
Instructions for arriving at EZ-Parking were very complicated, and not easy to follow.
the service was excellent going to the airport. The pick up from the Airport was confusing because of the construction. The door number we were told to stand by was blocked by construction and we had to stand in the road and flag down the driver. The driver going and coming were VERY nice and accommodating. I would gladly use your service again. Thank you very much....
Dropping off my vehicle was fine, however on my return I waited over 30 minutes at the airport. I had to call twice. I have used you many times in the past, the return has always been the most problematic. Don't know if I will use you again.
In the early morning of Aug. 27, the entrance of E-Z parking at 901 Spring Street, Elizabeth, NJ was blocked due to construction and the parking lot was not accessible. Under similar situation, the parking lot management team should notify customers, at least for those customers who allow to communicate with e-mails.
Starting with the most unpleasant: You're in a rush to catch a plane and you are handed a stub that says that you "accept that the company offers no more responsibility for your vehicle than if it were parked on the street". What kind of joke is this? I'm already on the way to catch the plane when I read this disclaimer on the back of a stub! Airport pickup and auto delivery was efficient but customer relations was like doing business in the "...hood". There is no signage indicating the location of the lot! You don't know you have go into the Crown Plaza entrance to park your car. This would not be such a big deal if it weren't for the fact that when you miss the turn off into the hotel lot, you wind up back on to an expressway that takes you another 10 minutes to get back to the entrance. If you don't have a GPS to guide you back, forget about it! Even then, you have to wend your way through back streets to get back to the location. Talk about nuts!
It was difficult to find lot but a quick fix to this would be to include the name of the hotel. Parking lot attendants were courteous but extremely busy. The lot was at max capacity and we were unsure if we would be able to park. We were happy that we gave ourselves enough time before the flight. We would not have made it if we were only 1.5 hours before flight.
When I have a reservation I expect to be served where I made the reservation, not at another lot miles away. In addition, the directions to the other lot were simply wrong; there are no signs for North Terminal, only for North Area.
I travel from Newark at least once a month, and I always park here. Except in extraordinary circumstances (holiday weekend, say) , they are always efficient. Staff is fast and friendly.
Ive used this lot for a long time...never had to wait so long for a pickup. Alot of other customers angry for same reason. Lady taking money at lot needs training in how to talk to people. She was nasty. Will try again hoping it was just a group of people Monday nite who didn't know what they were doing!
I have been using your lot for over 10 years, but something odd happened this time. When I picked my car up yesterday, the radio was on (which I NEVER use), the clock was set to the wrong time (which cannot happen by itself), and the trip odometer was at 4.5 miles. I live over 35 miles from the airport, and had gotten gas just the day before I left on August 6th, so I obviously would have had more than 4.5 miles on the odometer. I did not copy down my mileage before I left, so I don't know if my car was driven off the lot, but someone was obviously was in my car while I was gone.
Other than updating the shuttles, it was a pleasant experience as always.
Have used EZ Parking many times and have always been pleased with the service.
