E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

    My only issue with E-Z Way Parking is that on the receipt it says, "YOU MUST SHOW A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AT THE PARKING LOT." It does not say printed copy, and in the digital age, copy can mean electronic. This needs to be updated if a printed copy is expected. In 2015 you would think that a company would have a a way to look at a confirmation number on an electronic copy and process the transaction. Other than the super rude woman working the counter last night my experience was fine, but I was not thrilled with her attitude and lack of understanding of the word copy and the fact that there are print and digital copies. I might just avoid this all in the future and take an Uber to the airport.

    We waited over a half hour for the van. My husband called 3 times and they kept saying the van was on the way. It was middle of the day, clear skies, no traffic. When the van showed up, the driver drove like a mad man, cut in between cars. I would NEVER use this company again.

    Everything was fine until I saw a skid mark on my front bumper. Could have unsurprising if they told me that the lot attendant has a minor mishap. Also , I don't understand why they have to move or drive the car around . They could have led us to where to park upon arriving to the lot.

    they got me where I needed to go... Yet I can't remember ever dealing with such rude people. The woman who checked me in barely grunted at me. The driver both times was unfriendly The man who checked me out basically felt everything I would say was wrong giving me his own opinion, which wasn't asked for. The price was good, but don't expect anything from the employees.

    I've parked here many times, and the experience has always been pleasant. They get the customers to and from the airport quickly, and the car is always waiting. On one occasion, my husband and I returned, and our car had a flat tire. One of the attendants helped him change it, and even that happened rather quickly.

    Driver on return trip was excellent. Driver on outgoing trip was not particularly helpful or pleasant. GPS has problems getting to location, but, we now know how to get there without it.

    Very bad experience with e-z way parking. So rude person worked at that night of Aug 29 2015, After landing at airport we called to pick us up. Guy told us to wait at departure instead of arrival. So we carry all the bags top level and waited for 15 mins. Then we called a him again and we mention again that we are at southwest terminal. Driver is waiting at other terminal. Guy at the office said that we don't know what we are doing. When we reach at office to pick up car we told him you can't say that to your customer. He got mad and said don't come back here we don't want your business. Thanks

    I left $40 bucks by the cigarette lighter inside of my car and just disappeared when I came back, I used this service before, no complains, but I WILL NEVER USE IT ANYMORE. NEVER EVER Even tough it says do not leave value objetcs inside, doesn't mean who ever move that car can take whatever he wants.
