E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

    Signage to parking area is non-existent. I know where the lot is and even I have a little trouble locating it especially in the dark

    The on-line instructions indicated that we exit I-78 on Exit 57 and bear right unto US 1-9 that took us onto US 1-9 North not south as we needed. We then went to Delancy exit and got back on US 1-9 South. Either I misread the directions or the instruction was not correct. Overall the parking system is great. The shuttle vans could use some maintenance with the check engine light on, the tire pressurer warning light on, and seat covering ripped.

    I will never use E-Z WAY Parking again. The staff was very rude and spoke in a condescending tone. This was the first and last time for this company. When we arrived, we did not know what to look out for. We found it by chance. When we parked and unloaded our luggage, a woman with her child in the front seat of a car went speeding by us then stopped and yelled "why you park there". We had no idea who she was and didn't answer until she repeated herself. Then she told us she was in charge of the parking. I should have known from that moment this was going to be a horrible experience. When the driver dropped us off at the airport, he told us nothing, barely spoke English and beeped at every driver that passed. We were not given a ticket when we dropped off the keys because the shuttle was saying they were leaving and we had to get in. After we landed back in Newark, I called and the woman who answered was rude and not helpful. When we were finally picked up and taken back to E-Z Way Parking, the woman at the counter was mean. She yelled and I could not wait to leave. I also think I was overcharged and will be looking into that today. I just wanted to get out of there and get home. This is a terrible parking lot who has inexperienced and rude attendants. I have never been more dissatisfied with a service before than I am with this company.

    When I picked up my car it was a very hot day and the attendants had opened all my windows so the car would not be as hot when I got in. I was very pleasantly surprised by that thoughtful gesture.

    Used EZ Way parking before, Directions is a GPS issue . The attendant is for the women at the trailer that checks you in. Never have I had to deal with such a rude person in my life . And I had no complaints . I can only image if there was as issue. This is a service business, clearly not meant for her.

    I parked my car here several years and every time I get back in my car from my return trip my radio station is completely different why is that?....... your only parking the car you should not be in in changing my radio stations this really needs to stop... Please inform the parking person not to change the radio station

    Being on the early time, i don't expect too much coz it was 430 am. The attendant is very nice . When i came back its the same attendant( woman). I promise her to let her know it was tough being night shift and yet happy in what she do. She did a good job attending the needs of the customer .Please let her know that

    When I returned from a 10 day trip, I found that someone had sat in my car listening to hip-hop music on the stereo, and left the sunroof open. The car had 1" of standing water on the floor, the electronics are shot, my car is likely a total loss. Have not heard back from their claims department. Draw your own conclusions!

    The key for my car was not in the fignition and when I asked for it, I was told that it was given to me. Eventually, the attendant eventually found the key. The shuttle van was filthy. The driver was ok.

    Parking attendant was very rude and not friendly. After a tiresome return trip from Wichita, KS at 1:00AM I showed the tag # and the attendant asked for the print-out of my online receipt (I showed that when I checked in my car but misplaced that some where when I checked out). I retrieved that from my email on my smart phone screen and showed that to her. Yet she made me to walk to the lobby and get a print out of that which she threw out to the garbage in front of me after having a look at it. While smart phone app is accepted every where including boarding pass, rail/bus passes/tickets, etc why not the parking receipts?
