E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

    I came from great vacations to cold reality of EZ Way Parking (it wasn't easy). I displaced printed reservation page and was told by the attendant that I will be charged $14.99 per day. When I said it was more like $7.99 he picked that as my rate and stick to it even after I showed him that mine was $7.00/day guaranteed. I guess this was the person described in other reviews as rude. Wondering why it is worth to them to aggravate customers for just 8 bucks instead of trying to make them happy so they would come back. Still have the feeling that he knew exactly what was my balance due without printed reservation page, but chose to use his temporary advantage over me for humiliation. I should also mention that he dispatched driver to pick me up from the terminal only after my second call and 15 min waiting.

    I would probably use this reservation service again since other parking areas we have been at have been good.....just not the ez park parking lot at the crowne plaza. I have found that your website is a bit confusing when trying to use discounts that I have accumulated. I usually choose the parking lot according to price, safety, and convenience.

    The driver was a very good person. The attendant though was another story, very nasty and with no manners. It seemed like she did not want to be there. It was 7 degrees outside. 2:00am and I asked her once we got there if my wife could turn on the car while I was paying her, so that it could warm up and she did not allow us to do so. They have a closed gate. We had already given you our ccard info....it's not like we were going to run away without paying. It made me and my wife feel bad.

    I always use your parking lot. Never had a bad experience but this time the driver waited for additional passengers even though I indicated I was close to missing my flight. Well I did miss my flight by about 5 minutes and so I blame this on the driver. He waited about 15 minutes for more passengers.

    Overall a disappointing experience. I chose to park at the Newark facility but I couldn't find the location as the directions failed to mention that the address (and street name) coincided with routes 1 & 9. It would have also helped to say (on the website) that parking was located at major hotel chains. I drove around the neighbor 3 times using my GPS and wasted valuable time looking. Once I arrived at the parking location the attendant handed me a sheet with new directions to a secondary facility (I imagine the first one was full). When I told him I was running late he told me "it's only 4 miles down the road - you'll make it." when I got to the second location (which was easier to find) i was very grateful to the staff who got me processed quickly to get to my flight. However, the shuttle bus driver - who i believe thought he was trying to be helpful - began to lecture me on being late. That is until I told him his comments weren't helping and to please change the subject or refrain from speaking to me. Otherwise he did a good job and i did tip him. I found the shuttles to be worn out (ripped seats, old stains, garbage around) and in need of refurbishment and/or repair. When I returned - after a major snow storm - I was happy to find that the snow was mostly cleaned off my car. I wasn't pleased to find that a family picking up their car at the same time had a much easier time leaving as their car was almost completely cleaned off and did not have to drive over snow to get out (as I did). I was excited for the savings but can't help think of the old saying: "you get what you pay for."

    The shuttle drivers were polite and courteous. The wait for the shuttle was short which was a big plus. The person that was at the desk to take the keys and give information on the process was not helpful and bordered on rude. As this was my first time using this service I was not aware of how it worked and he was far from helpful. The staff on site on my return were better.

    Service provided was very good and the price was great. However, one problem I did have was printing out the receipt. I tried to print the receipt from three different computers and was unable too. I finally had to "copy and paste" the email that had the receipt onto a word document. I'm not sure if it was a software issue on my end; however, one of the computers I tried to use was a work computer that has the latest, most update to date programs available.

    Parking and getting to the airport was a breeze. Shuttle driver was very friendly especially at 4:30am. Returning was another story! I called from baggage claim to request pick up. I didn't know what terminal I was in but said I would be on the 3rd floor, door 5. The guy was very rude. I didn't know what terminal I was in but told him I flew in in United knowing that they only use one terminal. He once again rudely informed me "that doesn't help, united uses all terminals and that he picks up at door 5 at all terminals" (which is not true) he then tells me he is putting me on hold until "I figure it out." He comes back on three minutes later asking me if I know where I am yet? I said yes, and then he said "go to 3rd floor door 5" and hung up. I then get to the parking office and I show him my email confirmation on my phone. This isn't acceptable to him and if I wanted my rate I would have to run in the pouring rain to the hotel and pay $5 to print it out. I believe this is an archaic system that is not conducive to supporting the modern traveller and most who, like me, signed up via my phone and didn't have access to a printer to print will readily agree is "E-Z" I also think it is a scam because most people are in too much of a hurry to go to the hotel and the hassle of printing it out. Convenient for you though is that if one doesn't print out the parking confirmation it is double! Would I return? Probably not.

    May I suggest you keep records of our reservations in your system? When I returned to pick up my car I had to find my original reservation print out. I could not find it and was required to get out my computer, and pull up my email to show my reservation. After that the attendant tried to overcharge me. If you kept the records on your end, we would not have to go through this. Also, many of us waited over 25 minutes (in the cold) for a pick up. One gentleman actually paid a hotel shuttle to drop him at your lot.

    EZway parking is hard to find even though theymentioned it is in Crown plaza. Please put a sign so that people can see it. I see a lot of complaints about the same.

    we called twice to let them know we were waiting. my only complaint is that we weren't told to wait on the 3rd level. It was very cold and snowing and we were outside for almost a half hour. The car was waiting upstairs for us. I don't know why no one called and asked where "we" were. I will however say that when we got to the lot, my car was in the front and the attendant had removed most of the snow and what was very much appreciated.

    excellent service. There are 2 suggestions as I like your parking place. 1. Pl. tell ur drivers to inform the passengers that they will be picked up from the same departure spot when they return. 2.Drivers could offer to transfer the baggage in the car when they return. We always tip for those services. Thanks again.
