E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).
Car was not where I parked it, which is ok, I know they may have to move it, but apparently the passenger side window was left open and the carpet and leather upholstery was soaked
Their pick up time was a little bit long, 20 minutes. I tried others, they are shorter.

I realize you are a low budget parking service, but having a van crammed completely full, and having to turn people away because their is no room is not a good feeling upon returning home.
The service wasn't that great manager was very difficult to deal with . I'm very I use iPads and I phone to make things easier they made me go to a local hotel to print a copy of my contract before they would release my car I lost 1 hr of my time I will neve use them again FYI I work for a world wide company Ms international

I'm sure my car was used when I came to pick up from airport on June 26 2014. My radio station was changed and car have extra 3 miles. So, no damages and no scratches and I didn't report to front office. Also, I'd like to mention - Office personal should be more nice . They are kind of rude. Otherwise my overall rating is 3 stars. Timing to pick up and drop off is perfect.
We had to wait for forty minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. There was another family that ended up waiting for over an hour. In that amount of time 4 shuttles could have come! By the time the shuttle came there were 13 people that needed a ride, which is more than the van can legally hold. We all crammed into the van which was uncomfortable and unsafe. We finally got to the lot at a little after 1am and were home a little after 2am. We will not book with this lot again and I doubt anyone from our shuttle will either. Overall terrible experience.
Great experience. Quick shuttle to airport. On return I called for shuttle and they were there as I walked out the door.
we waited over a half hour for the shuttle on the way home and then another 45 to get our car. unacceptable! The car should have been waiting for us. very poor service
if you like rap music park here, that's where you radio station will be tuned to when you picky upie your car. If not park elsewhere
I found the easy to use, accurate with the quote and pick up at the airport was right on time, no problems just professionals to deal with. That's the way its supposed to be
I think my car was used, while it was parked there, for one week. After i picked it up, all mirrors were moved to different directions. Radio was on a station that i never used. I made a mistake and did not notice mileage , prior to leaving car on parking lot, but i think i got some extra miles on my odometer . I gave OK rating, since i dont have hard evidence of car was used. If i would know that for sure i would give them no more than 1 star
Like Stefan W., I was told when I arrived to pick up my car at 2AM that only a paper reservation would get me the advertised $7 rate and that, without it, my rate would be $14.95/day. I showed LISA, the attendant, on my smart phone that the Web site advertised a price match guarantee and even displayed the rates of nearby competitors. Her response was, "I don't care what that says, you can walk over to the hotel and print out a reservation or pay $14.95/day." Again, this was 2AM after a long flight from Houston. She even inflated the service fee to $6.00 from the advertised $5.00 service fee. I can get this kind of customer service at a bureacracy; I don't need it from a private enterprise.
I came from great vacations to cold reality of EZ Way Parking (it wasn't easy). I displaced printed reservation page and was told by the attendant that I will be charged $14.99 per day. When I said it was more like $7.99 he picked that as my rate and stick to it even after I showed him that mine was $7.00/day guaranteed. I guess this was the person described in other reviews as rude. Wondering why it is worth to them to aggravate customers for just 8 bucks instead of trying to make them happy so they would come back. Still have the feeling that he knew exactly what was my balance due without printed reservation page, but chose to use his temporary advantage over me for humiliation. I should also mention that he dispatched driver to pick me up from the terminal only after my second call and 15 min waiting.
I would probably use this reservation service again since other parking areas we have been at have been good.....just not the ez park parking lot at the crowne plaza. I have found that your website is a bit confusing when trying to use discounts that I have accumulated. I usually choose the parking lot according to price, safety, and convenience.

Dropoff/Pick off was prompt. My car was ready waiting and all snow was brushed off from storm while I was away.
The driver was a very good person. The attendant though was another story, very nasty and with no manners. It seemed like she did not want to be there. It was 7 degrees outside. 2:00am and I asked her once we got there if my wife could turn on the car while I was paying her, so that it could warm up and she did not allow us to do so. They have a closed gate. We had already given you our ccard info....it's not like we were going to run away without paying. It made me and my wife feel bad.
I always use your parking lot. Never had a bad experience but this time the driver waited for additional passengers even though I indicated I was close to missing my flight. Well I did miss my flight by about 5 minutes and so I blame this on the driver. He waited about 15 minutes for more passengers.
