E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

    I've parked here many times, and the experience has always been pleasant. They get the customers to and from the airport quickly, and the car is always waiting. On one occasion, my husband and I returned, and our car had a flat tire. One of the attendants helped him change it, and even that happened rather quickly.

    Driver on return trip was excellent. Driver on outgoing trip was not particularly helpful or pleasant. GPS has problems getting to location, but, we now know how to get there without it.

    Very bad experience with e-z way parking. So rude person worked at that night of Aug 29 2015, After landing at airport we called to pick us up. Guy told us to wait at departure instead of arrival. So we carry all the bags top level and waited for 15 mins. Then we called a him again and we mention again that we are at southwest terminal. Driver is waiting at other terminal. Guy at the office said that we don't know what we are doing. When we reach at office to pick up car we told him you can't say that to your customer. He got mad and said don't come back here we don't want your business. Thanks

    I left $40 bucks by the cigarette lighter inside of my car and just disappeared when I came back, I used this service before, no complains, but I WILL NEVER USE IT ANYMORE. NEVER EVER Even tough it says do not leave value objetcs inside, doesn't mean who ever move that car can take whatever he wants.

    I have beed using EZ-WAY parking lot many times, overall I am please with the their service with the exception of one of the parking attendant name Pat, who is always arrogant, and rude. He behave like he own this. He even mention once that he can fire or hire everyone he want.He might be a good person but he need to take some courses in costumer service. Also some of the vans's carpet are filthy as well as the sits. I mention this many time to the person in charge , but so far nothing happened. anyway I will steel use this parking lot.     Just follow the directions from EZ Way. You have to turn into the Crowne Plaza Hotel then turn left to the parking building. We have always had great shuttle service here.

    Never had a problem, gone are the days of trying to park at EWR lots. AT EZ they are extremely quick in moving us. I do fly early flights (6-7am). The only very important thing to remember if you book online YOU MUST had the online booking WHEN you pick up car to get discount else they just smile an tell you that you will pay full price!

    I LOVE this service! I have used several others, but EZ Park is the BEST! I don't have to wait for a shuttle or walk to a shuttle stop. They pick me up directly at the terminal and don't require that I take the monorail to a pick up spot. I have used this service 20 times and have had an excellent experience each time!!!

    Well, my Stupid Garmin was confused as to where you were . It made me turn right before the Hotel , then left at McDonalds , then while on the ramp looking down on your building it said arriving at destination . Besides that everything went smoothly ,

    I was a loyal costumer at this company, but at my last trip the lost another customer. When I arrived at the parking lot and went into the boot to give the keys a man start screaming why I didn't park the correct way, when in fact It was good, and he told me to get out now to my car. Sorry to say but that's not customer service. You lost me as a customer

    I traveled this past weekend and used the services of E-Z Way Parking. My experience was great and I had no issues. I did have a little trouble figuring out where to go when I got there. But when I pulled up to the main entrance (where they valet), I asked someone who was outside and they told me to drive around to the little booth across the parking lot. Easy. I checked in, dropped off my keys and the woman was very pleasant (I was worried she wouldn't be, based on other reviews). The shuttle driver was very nice, took me right away to the airport and drove very safely. Upon my return, I called the number on the ticket they gave me when I dropped off my car (don't lose that ticket!) and the man told me what floor to walk out to and what door to stand near. The shuttle arrived in 5-10 mins and again, the driver was nice and pleasant (how was your trip? etc). My car was waiting for me when I got backed and I paid the balance. Based on reviews I had read, I made sure not to lose my receipt I printed from home. I would highly recommend their services - just make sure you know where you're going, and don't lose the ticket or receipt.

    I am a very loyal costumer at this company, but today Friday August 28th, around 12:00 PM, I called E-Z Way Parking , to ask the person on duty at this hour, something about my reservation I just made. I do not know his name , but you can fined just looking at the time . I recognice his voice , his rude and arrogant way of talking to me and not only to me. And it is not the first time. I am not the only person talking about his attitude. I hope you can do something, he claim that he is the boss and he can hire of fire everybody. He need to take a course and learn how to treat people. When I told him that I do not appreciate the way he talk to me he just hang up.

    Me and others called but got no answer. Apparently there was a wedding going on at the hotel and the parking lot was subcontracted to handle the wedding parking have the same time as the airport arrivals. I advise you and a greeting message to your phone when things are busy indicating that you are not close and not out of business but merely intending to other customers.

    Horrible service !! Do not use. First the location - parking spot is at a hidden place which is not easily accessible . NO SIGN BOARDS at all and Hard to locate. Service quality and professionalism on customer - ZERO stars. No value of time. They need hard copy printouts in this digital age. No phone receipts work. For printouts they charge full day $14.95 else go to nearest hotel lobby to take print outs ($$). Lady on desk - Lisa doesn't know how to talk to customers. Totally unprofessional and DO NOT CARE attitude. She "Forgot" to give the gate exit slip along with receipt.
