E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

    Why aren't customers allowed to park their cars and take their keys? Once again I found a water bottle thrown on the front seat of my car. Also, one of the thieves that work for you stole about $14.00 in quarters. I've read your reviews and this is not the first time this has happened.

    everything was pretty great about EZ Parking - I've been using them for years. Only negative is their lot is hard to find (even after all these years). If you give yourself patience in this first step, the rest of the experience will be fine. After fees, your price will be more like 11 bucks a day - still a good rate. Staff is very friendly.

    Parking lot is convenient but keep in mind that although the email confirmation states that you need to show the confirmation, the parking lot staff requires a print out to honor the parking rate. The lot is secure. You leave the key with them. My preference is to park and lock my own car but this lot doesn't let you.

    We waited about 45 minutes in the rain for the shuttle. Dispatch should give a better idea that pick up is on the 3rd floor away from where the logical pick up would be (which would be fine if explained better). Then the driver put a surf board in the van first along the side preventing anyone from accessing the back seats which the seating was needed. I am almost 50 yrs old and had to hurdle myself over the seats alone w my girlfriend that is of the same age. good thing I was wearing jeans and I wasn't traveling on business with a suit on! When I went to pay the female attendant said I needed the coupon. I was on vacation for 10 days and didn't have it ( along with almost all the other customers). I had the email on my phone but the nasty woman behind the counter insisted on a hard copy. In the modern world any code on the email should be able to be used. Airlines and the TSA use phones for boarding passes. I think you guys should be able to use a code off a phone rather than have your customers go to the hotel and use the business center after a long flight and delay them another half hr.

    As far as directions - use the web site for EZ Way - you have to turn into the Crowne Plaza Hotel and then left in the parking lot. WE have used this location many times. Always quick shuttle, always courteous drivers, and the price is excellent. I will say the shuttle vans are beginning to show wear, but that really is a non issue.

    At arriving to the parking lot everything was fine: the shuttle bus was ready, the driver was friendly and helpful, it was fast. On the way back, it was confusing instruction to find the place where to wait for the bus shuttle, but the shuttle was already there. Unfortunately, the bus driver was nor helpful, neither friendly, he circled around three times to pick up passengers instead of waiting and didn't even make an attempt to help elderly couple. And the last nasty thing was the odometer reading showed 3 miles more than it was at the drop-off time.

    I have used them before and never had a problem. I just registered my vehicle and I left my front plate on front passenger seat. When I picked up my car it was gone. I can't prove anyone there took it, but it didn't disappear on its own and I had to go to DMV, report lost and get new plates
