E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

Great experience with EZ Way Parking. I have used the service twice in the last two weeks. Both times I was brought to the airport promptly - picked up within 10 minutes on our way back - and my car was waiting for me when we got there. Both times the experience was the best I have ever had with a parking company in the Newark area. Thank you!

Worst parking experience we had. Rude and very bad service. It took us more than 10 minutes to get someone on the phone and 30+ minutes to be picked up. Then they did not have our car ready. After waiting more than another 10+ minutes (that's 50+ minutes since our call), we asked the office manager the whereabouts of our car. The guy rudely accused us of not being patient. Will never use them again.

I will never park there again. The van driver was a maniac. Not only did he drive entirely too fast, he actually cut off another vehicle to get revenge for being cut off risking an accident while carrying 4 passengers! Then my car was scratched down the drivers side and the seat was in a different position. I realize that it is possible a lot attendant felt he needed to adjust the seat to drive the car to a different parking spot, however I was not AWARE that once I PARKED the car (in a very convenient spot) that it would get moved elsewhere and have to be moved back again. I am not happy with that.

E-Z Way is great. Our driver was superb - don't recall his name but he is from Kenya originally - he drove carefully and slowly and very safely - thanks! Our car was ready when we arrived back and the staff is very efficient. Excellent parking experience for Newark Airport.

I have used E-Z Way parking on numerous occasions in the past without any incidents. However, I just used them to keep my car while I was away for 1 week and this has been a major disappointment. Upon return, we noticed that the car had been taken for a ride (mileage was 15 miles greater than would be expected from on site or nearby parking) and then when we tried to get change from the ashtray to pay for street parking the next day, we noticed that ALL of the money had been stolen to the last penny. We called the parking and asked to speak with a manager. The guy who answered said he was the manager. We asked what his name was and he refused to give it at first claiming "I don't know who you are and why you are calling." He was defensive and finally gave a phone number of some woman who works in customer service at the company. Then he hung up. These people are scumbags and thieves. Stay away from them!

I have used this parking lot 3 times in the last 12 months. Each time the service is the same...Top notch. The staff is friendly and each time, my car was waiting for me on my return...running and cleaned off in winter months. The shuttle at pick up is quick. They are VERY near the airport and the lot is secure and fenced at the Crowne Plaza. I will continue to use them when flying out of Newark. Keep up the good work.

Return service was TERRIBLE. From the time I called (after receiving my luggage) till the van arrived it was 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES!!! This is ridiculous since it took 8 minutes to get from the airport back to the EZ parking lot. My truck was waiting for me by the office. It did not have all of the snow cleared off of it. When I went inside, I received no greeting upon arrival nor an apology for the 30 minute wait time.

His name is "Pat" - extremely rude, disrespectful and unpleasant person who works at Ezway parking booth. Also, all the numbers that are listed for customer service, are useless. No answer whole week and no chance to leave a voicemail because the mail box is full. I always used to park my car there, but now I will look for new one. Hopefully people like Pat( or maybe he lied his name) won't be an issue anymore.

Have used this service twice and both times have had excellent service. This year we had to rebook a flight due to weather and when I called and explained the time change she was very nice about it. If you make a reservation over the website for the special price it clearly states that you have to print out the receipt to give to the cashier when you return in order to get the discounted rate. Will be using them again.

I had no problem with E-Z Way Parking at EWR. The check-in process was very smooth. The shuttle was fast and friendly. When we returned, we were promptly picked up at departures and my car was in perfect condition. The online price was honored with no issues at all. I would use them again!
