E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

I had no problem with E-Z Way Parking at EWR. The check-in process was very smooth. The shuttle was fast and friendly. When we returned, we were promptly picked up at departures and my car was in perfect condition. The online price was honored with no issues at all. I would use them again!
The convenience of the parking was good. However, the employee who answers the phone is extremely rude, arrogant and gives a reply with an attitude. let me explain. When I dropped my car off on 12/19, the driving attendant was excellent, took my bags, friendly and assisted me and my daughter at the early hours of 4:30am. When I returned on 12/27, this is where I received BAD experience due to the employee answering the phone and the same rude person in the "buidling" accepting payment. When I called to indicated I had arrived, I was informed to go to the higher level at door 5 for my ride. I went up one level. When I called back, this male employee rudely said "I told you to go to the highest level" - I replied, that not knowing the airport, I was not aware how many levels there are. He barked back, "When I say higher level, that means you keep going until you can't go anymore. I now have to send another driver for you". I replied and said it would be helpful if you indicate level 3, therefore there would be no confusion. He then yelled back "thanks for telling me how to do my job". I was so taken back, I hung up without saying another word. After 20 minutes later and the driver had to tell 3 of us to wait as he then had to go into the airport down one level where another 3 flyers were waiting (see the pattern here), When arrived at the pickup location for my car, the rude employee was unbearable. Saying, where is your coupon, without your paperbase coupon, you will get charged the higher amount. You will need to give me a credit card. here is your key. I can't say enough that this employee definitely needs to be reprimanded and/or fired. He is ruining your business as he is the first and last person your customers interact with and his this lasting poor customer service impression is what I will now remember. Due to this, i am now not recommending your company for our international Company who travels through Newark throughout the year on a weekly basis. I am the global HR Director that was experimenting with your business to see how the service was - I will not be recommending our service. I do recommend the following: Use the level Numbers to indicate where we should be picked up - (telling people highest level is subjective). Using paperbase coupons is a very old approach. With technology, accepting computer base/cellphone of the same document should be accepted.
Just used this parking for the first time and was very happy with everything. Only 20' from parking to shuttle, courteous staff, 3 mins. to the airport, less than 5 minutes to wait at either end - very pleased with everything. The price you see online does not include airport fees or sales tax, but then probably none of the quotes do. The experience sure beats the distance and price of the Long-Term parking at Newark.
I have used this facility many times in the past, almost exclusively, however this last experience has me rethinking my future choices. After a stressful flight into Newark, late at night, I was happy to be picked up rather quickly. Once I got to the lot, the attendants could not find my car. Ultimately I had to go find it myself! I didn't even get so much as an half-hearted apology from the person at the counter. I'm sorry I tipped the attendant before receiving my car. Won't do that again. Service has been consistent in the past, getting what you pay for, but this time they failed miserably in customer service 101. Obviously these guys don't get paid enough to care.
I've used this service twice (the second booking was an accident) and both times was appalled by the customer service. Flights are often stressful, but using this service was the first time I have ever been driven to tears. The counter staff and shuttle driver were either rude or ignored me completely, and the first time I used the service I was given such poor instructions about the pickup site that it took 2 hours and multiple phone calls to get me back to my car! Bottom line: these people don't earn your money.
TERRIBLE. SCRATCHED CAR AND TRIED TO HIDE IT .DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT IT. THEY HAD TO KNOW IT HAPPENED.TOLD TO CALL CORP OFFICE ON FRI. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE IS ONLY OPENED MON-THURS.
Checking, great. After landing it took 4 or 5 attempts to call. Once put on hold forever and finally gave up. Twice no answer and once busy. We were given the wrong door number to wait. The rep should ask what terminal you and at instead of trying to be an expert as to which airline lands where. Pick up was quick, but than 40 minutes to get the car. We were told they are very busy midday because flights are cheaper. Pay more and go somewhere where you get decent service.
I am parking at EZ way since last 6 years. Excellent service and will not go any place.

Agent was less than courteous when dropping off vehicle. Confusion on return - was told driver would bring down my car; I found it on my own. Then more confusion on where the keys were - unorganized.

I was dissapointed this time because I had to wait over 25 mins to be picked up at the terminal. I used EZ park many times before and never had even a 10 min wait. It wasn't that busy either.

your website was very difficult to use....i experienced multiple issues trying to book and print my confirmation.... the parking and transport to EWR at EZ WAY parking was terrible...... Steve

Driver who picked us up at EWR for the return trip to the parking lot would benefit from a defensive driving course. Very aggressive driving habits.
The care of our car was fine. The drivers drove way too fast, cut people off and made me believe there could be a crash at any minute. We were not in a hurry and I would have appreciated a safer drive - especially since I was with my 3 children.
Car was not where I parked it, which is ok, I know they may have to move it, but apparently the passenger side window was left open and the carpet and leather upholstery was soaked
Their pick up time was a little bit long, 20 minutes. I tried others, they are shorter.
