E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).
Shuttle driver recklessly sped through traffic and office attendee very impatient with guests.
Pros: - the lot is just a short jaunt from the airport. - great price. - getting picked up from the terminal was quick and easy. Cons: - the staff were curt, but professional, which can be misconstrued as rude. - the vans aren't the cleanest. This place is nearly impossible to find. I would recommend using this lot and will be returning next time I fly out of Newark. Just be mentally prepared to get lost trying to find it and don't let it sour your day of travel.
The only downside of using EZ Parking is that it is a little hard to find. Other than that, however, I have no complaints. The vans were quick and on time. The drivers were incredibly friendly, and you can't beat the price. Just remember to have your print out confirming your reservation. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving stress-free!

I had low expectations regarding the customer service and shuttle wait time based on the prior reviews I read. I was completely wrong!!! These guys were amazing. I waited less than 5 mins for the shuttle to pickup from/dropoff to the airport. When I came back to pickup my car in the parking lot, my car was already pulled out and ready to go. I would recommend these guys any day. Keep up the great work - everyone from the shuttle driver to the cashier did an excellent job.
I have parked here many times, it is convenient and the turnaround time for pick up at the airport is rarely more than 10 minutes.
Everything was good. I'll probably use this parking lot again.

Wait time in parking lot was minutes; wait time at airport was about 15, but no big deal.
For E-Z way parking, they could use to say that it is in the Crowne Plaza parking lot. Everything went really well. However, we did circle around the airport a few times, from terminal B to C to A to B to A, or something like that which felt like a waste of my time. No other complaints at all. Booking process and paying was fine. Thanks!
Service was quick. First van attendant very nice and helpful. Second one was fine. Both the attendants in the lot were quite rude and not at all friendly.
Every aspect of the parking was OK or better. I wonder why there were 5 additional miles on my speedometer then when I arrived at the parking lot?
The directions were terrible, should have just mentioned the parking lot at the Crown Plaza. When dropping off the car the girl was very unfriendly. When picking up the car, the men were pleasant.
After a long day of travel, including our luggage not returning on our flight, I was greeted with a terse" you need a printed receipt to receive your discount". While there was a sign to this effect and I may have been told this when dropping off my car( it was 4:45 AM and may have missed it), to ask me after a 10 hour travel day to go to the hotel and print a receipt, which cost me $3, was a little tough to take. I had the receipt on my phone, and felt this was a sufficient proof of my rate.
I like the parking lot. Quick trip to the terminals at EWR. Shuttles were quick. Check-in and out was quick. The parking lot is disorganized. I followed what I thought was the way out only to find it blocked by an EZ van. I will use the lot again. Overall it's an excellent value and the service is very good. Thank you!
EZ Way Parking.....My flight landed at 2 in the afternoon on a Monday. I called for the shuttle after I had my luggage. I called a second time after waiting 20 minutes and it was another 10+ minutes before the shuttle arrived. A 30 minute wait is much too long. I used this same lot the week before and waited over 20 minutes. They used to be much more prompt. Also, it seems that their attendants hang out in the cars. My radio stations (and screen display) are almost always changed when I pick up my car.
We drove pasted 2 times due to there is no sign on this Parking lot.
Pros: -Competitive price -Convenient: the lot is just a few minutes from the airport and the pickup/dropoff service is great Cons: -It's a little tough to find the lot because of the many roads that weave in and out of the EWR area -The checkout attendant was quite curt and rude. He informed me that a printed receipt is required to honor the online price (which is inconvenient - most people rely on mobile devices to store and share data these days). When I stated I didn't have it, he dismissively sent me off to the adjacent hotel to print it out. I should also note that the customer who was behind me shared my sentiments about the attendant (I ran into her at the hotel, where she also had to print a receipt). Overall: Because of the great price and convenience, I'll use this parking company once more. However, if I encounter another poor customer service experience, I may turn elsewhere.
Other than some minor confusion as to the door for pick-up, the service was excellent
