E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up. There is an additional $2.00 per day plus tax surcharge for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's.(Tahoe, Hummer, Expedition, Yukon, Navigator, Durango, Excursion etc).

    I did not have a copy of the email receipt, I had the email and was told I had to go to the hotel and print a copy after a long trip. In this day in age the email on my phone should be enough for the coupon, no need to print. I enjoy this lot but hopefully they upgrade to this century.

    Didn't answer phone for 15 mins. Then me on hold for 5 minutes. Then, while I was holding the line, they answered for my wife. Gave her the wrong door info, then drove past us. Driver said to "take our time" while lugging our luggage over without offering help (I've tipped the drivers in the past). When at the pickup location, the attendant refused to take our payment unless we went and got a print receipt from our online purchase. We had to log into our email in the hotel. I'm sitting here right now still trying to figure this out.

    The parking is fine, although at one time an attendant took your car and parked and now they just point you in the general direction of a spot and tell you to park yourself. No biggie. The van, on the other hand, is another matter - more idiot lights lit on the dashboard than a Xmas tree: check engine, tire pressure, air bags. And the seat belt for my husband was not operable. While the driver drove at moderate speed and carefully, it will only take one accident and a serious injury or worse to put the spotlight on whether off-airport parking is safe, much less put this parking lot out of business (which we've used multiple times.

    If you don't have the "reservation" receipt at checkout, the parking rate is much higher. It does say this at checkin just make sure you don't misplace it or leave it in your car.

    My only issue with E-Z Way Parking is that on the receipt it says, "YOU MUST SHOW A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AT THE PARKING LOT." It does not say printed copy, and in the digital age, copy can mean electronic. This needs to be updated if a printed copy is expected. In 2015 you would think that a company would have a a way to look at a confirmation number on an electronic copy and process the transaction. Other than the super rude woman working the counter last night my experience was fine, but I was not thrilled with her attitude and lack of understanding of the word copy and the fact that there are print and digital copies. I might just avoid this all in the future and take an Uber to the airport.
