Getting to the airport was good. Getting to the parking lot from the airport was a complete opposite. We tried calling as we have been asked to multiple times until someone answered the phone. we were told to go to the departures level in order to be picked up, try doing so after more than 9 hours on the route with 4 kids smallest is 2 yr old at midnight with lots of luggage instead of just getting out the terminal to the arrivals level (40 ft). then while waiting making attempts to get an estimate for pickup which according to the lady was suppose to be a few minutes that turned to be more than an hour which at that point we took a cab to the parking lot which no one is going to pay for. during the waiting we tried to call multiple times and when we did get someone to answer the phone (same lady) she hanged up the phone each time after telling us the same answer he is on he's way should be there any minute. the cost of parking might look cheap on the web site but in this case it cost me a lot more, huge frustration, standing in the rain and cold outside because the departure level was cleaned up and we couldn't wait inside, being lied too and then the cost of the van to take us to the parking lot. This is probably the worst service that I ever got in the US.

I use this service all the time. This time the driver hassled me for a tip both when he took me to the airport and when he picked me up. This was aggravating and very unprofessional

The price, location, and convenience is right but the service is AWFUL. I have never been treated so rudely. The car was thrown into a parking spot and the radio was turned all the way up with a different station on than I had left on. My suitcase was thrown out of the back of the shuttle for me to pick up off the ground. The woman who checked me out was so rude I couldn't believe it. Time for a new staff.

From the beginning, we had a difficult time finding the lot, so we decided to call and get directions. The person answering the phone was extremely rude and placed us on hold for five minutes before getting back on the phone. We told the person where we were, but he did not know how to tell us to get to the lot, even though it turned out that we were only a quarter of a mile away, just on the other side of the freeway. Once we did get to the lot, we were greeted by the same person that answered the phone, and was just as rude when he asked for my keys. If I were not running late (since it took us so long to find the lot), we would have found a different shuttle service. The driver was pleasant, however, did not look professional and didn't come over to get us until the office person called him over.- TWICE! As for the van, the interior was dirty, the seats were ripped and the springs were worn out. The outside of the van was dirty and had body damage. The person picking us up was dressed professionally and was very courteous. Upon our return to the lot, I went into the office to retrieve my keys and pay the balance of the bill. I asked the person about the break down of the charges, and to explain them in greater detail, and was surprised and appalled when the person responded, "I don't care how you want to look at the charges, this is what you owe." I will be posting my experience on the Internet, and letting EVERYONE I know not to use this lot. I realize that these individuals may not care, but whoever owns the company may, and the employees should, since this is their livelihood. In one man's opinion, E-Z Parking Co. should be ashamed of the majority of their employees, its appearance, and changes need to be made if they want to stay in business!

Receptionist was extremely rude. Pick up location from airport was not clear or easy to find. Every warning light was on inside shuttle and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The parking lot was shared with a hotel and receipt was required for exiting lot after paying. Customers should be notified before trying to exit lot.

Used ezway several times but never again. Poor attitudes, pick up times from the airport is horrible and customer service is non-existent. Never park here if snow is in the forecast. You will never get your car. I parked here during the last snow storm 1/2011 and it took over 6 hours to get my car. Not only did I eventually have to find the car on my own, but I also had to dig it out myself. They were understaffed and frankly just didnt give a crap. The drivers are not to blame, but the management if awful. How they stay in biz is beyond me.

Worst customer service. While check-in, the agent/person at the parking counter was very very rude and yelling at people with bad words for no reason. I won't use the E-Z way parking any more.

We were running late - yet another completely unexpected traffic case on the turnpike - and I called your receptionist to ask if we can meet an attendant at the airport(of course, for an additional charge) so we would not miss our flight. She told me in a not very polite manner:"We don't do that". Again, it's not what she said - it's HOW she said it. Customer service is a sensitive business. This encounter made me think if I ever want to use your service again. Well, we made it to our flight and had a great vacation - that what matters. So, just a suggestion, a little more compassion. Drivers tend to be very courteous, while cashiers working counter act like you don't even exist (or maybe they just wish you didn't exist). Could really use a dose of people skills on that end.

Everything was great. And I will use again. Just wasnt happy about the 4 dollar charge I was told about after I return back.. It should be incorporated in the price. I know only 4 dollars but when my reciept says one thing and they tell you another it is not right. Directions need to be a little more detailed as it was a little hard to find. But otherwise everyone working there was wonderful!

I have used this EZ Way lot for years with great satisfaction. This last experience was much different. Upon my return on 6/19/11 12AM it took almost 1 hour after my intial call (I called back 3 additional times) to get picked up. They were only running 1 van and the van driver was also pulling the customers cars out of a very over crowded (overbooked in my opinion) lot. There was really nothing more that the 1 driver/lot attendant and the 1 cashier could do. They remained proffesional but were very overwelmed. A lot of fustrated customers, I will probably try a different lot in the future.

The individual working the desk area was very rude on the phone when we landed. Not helpful and unpleasant. I have used this lot before and I have not had this problem. This time I was concerned he was not going to even show as he actually put us on hold twice and then did not pick the phone back up. I needed to get someone else to call while I was on hold and then he did answer the phone for them and give the pick up information. 4/22/11. He was very busy, but we believe his attitude was creating more of an issue for the lot. We then arrived and our car was pinned in. He could not find the keys to move a particular car. It took 10 minutes (he took his time). Not great after an 11 hour flight. We will think about using another lot next time.

Getting to the parking lot is never really easy; it takes several times of using your service to understand the turns & intersections. Also, turning into the parking lot from that 4/6 lane highway is not so easy.

The 'clerk' at the EZ-Pay desk was rude, gave awful directions and generally behaved like it was an inconvenience to have me show up. That was the case on the day of my arrival, and, a week later when I returned from my trip and picked up my car. I would not make a reservation to use that parking lot again.

Paperwork we received on departure did no specify pickup area resulting in confusion when we arrived since we went to normal shuttle pickup. Also, we called and the phone rang for 5 min before answered and then we were put on hold for another 5 min. we called from two different cell phones and it took forever to get through. Otherwise we liked the proximity to airport and the price and would use again. Phone response needs to be better.

E-Z way parking company service was extremely poor. I waited 30 minutes after the arrival to be driven to the airport, by a driver who almost got us in the accident by looking for his cell phone under the seat. Upon arrival, I waited 55 minutes for shuttle to arrive. This is after -numerous unanswered callsto both provided numbers (866-249-3999 and 908-994-1999). When I finally got through, the person from EZ way parking told me verbatim "Get back with us when you figure out what terminal you are on" and hung up. After this I was told to go from arrival to departured on the upper floor to walk to AA section where I was not dropped off. Finally, hour later the drive arrived. Absolute worst experience ever. I will recommend everyone NOT ever to park with EZ way parking people. Rude, late, not picking up the phone on 9am monday morning when I am in the rush to go to work. This is the most sensitive time and they were not available.

Snow from Thursday was still not cleaned up on Saturday. I suppose this is understandable, but it might have been possible to clear cars that were due for pick up that day. As it was, it took almost 1.5 hrs from the time I called for pick up to the time I got my car.

I will NEVER use EZ-Way Parking again. I called from the airport at 6:06 AM. They picked me up at 6:20 AM. They did not retrieve my car for me until 7:20 AM. I do not know where they parked it, but the attendant was gone a LONG TIME. All other airport parking operators have had my car ready for me upon arrival, no matter what the weather.

EZ-way's car pick up end was completely disorganized. They didn't have the car ready, though they knew when we were coming back. It took them over an hour to get the car AFTER we were in the lot. Someone had been lounging in the car, listening to music (and who knows what else) in reclined seats, and they used a 1/4 tank of gas keeping warm while they did it.

The service provided was very poor. Shuttle came more than 1 hour after I made a phone call to be picked up. Attendant was careless and was not able to locate the key of the car. All people were tired to get their cars. My wife asked about survey and many people did the same. People complained that it was the worth service they ever had. Of course the weather was not good, but Easy Way should be prepared to serve customers to the best they can not only collect money and who cares. It took about the same amount of time to fly to the Dominican Republic and the time to be picked by shuttle and getting car ( almost 2 hours of back and force conversation. To many people were complaining that it was the last time they used such as company. I will spread this message to the friends that this service is not reliable and better to find better one.

the parking lot was dimly lit. by pulling our car into the light, we saw that our bumper had been scraped on our new mercedes. in 25 years of using airport lots, we have never experienced this before.

Finding the lot was almost impossible. The address brought us to Spring st. not the lot. We had to call and got a very short reply. All of your staff was very friendly and helpful except for the woman that answered the phone and took the keys. She was sullen and unfriendly. The fact that I mentioned the Crowne Plaza Hotel and she said we are there was the only thing that allowed us to find you. It was very confusing that you enter the hotel lot and there was only 1 small out of the way sign.Even though everything else worked out well and your fee is very fair we will not use your service again as I don't feel I could find your lot even after being there.

When taking customer's to airport it took minutes but at least for me the last two times I tok your service which I use three to four times a year it took at less 30 minutes and two phone calls.

Outbound the service was fast & efficient. Inbound on 12/31 my flight was 3 hr late and did not arrive until midnight. It took 40 min to be picked up from time of phone call. Then another 30 min to get car. Being new Years Eve and minimal staffing

E-Z Way Airport Parking is located at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel and offers free shuttle bus transport to and from the airport 24 hours a day. They ask that you arrive at the Parking lot 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR terminals. Upon return to Newark Airport please go outside of the baggage claim area, you will receive specific instructions when you park. Please call 908-994-1999 for shuttle pick-up.
