Have used this parking area numerous times. Have had zero problems.
The problem was that I assumed it was covered parking. Also, the girl working the front desk at the hotel didn't seem too sure of herself with regard to the parking.

No problem with the experience, but I had to park quite a distance around the side of the building; the luggage haul was long to the main door where the shuttle picked up, and I was a little scared because it was dark. But I would use the lot again.
Thank you for the receipt however there is an error in it. Not sure who made the error or when but unless the car gets approximately 60 miles per gallon (which is not possible) the mileage report is incorrect. I picked the car up in Orlando and drove to St.Augustine and about another 60 miles more and then back. I actually reset the trip odometer when I left Sixt and upon my return it read right around 300 miles. So someone there misread the odometer or made a mistake somewhere. This I am sure of.

I did not bring the shuttle information with me upon returning, so I used my smartphone to get the main hotel (Doubletree) phone number. After several attempts there was no answer, and no shuttle at the designated van pick-up area. With some perseverance I finally found the direct phone number to the hotel.............. The hotel desk told me to park my car in the designated "park and fly" area. I never saw any signs that said "park and fly".

Double Tree Phoenix was trouble free. Best parking experience I have had at PHX
Parking lot was easy to find and the attendant was courteous. The hotel receptionist was a bit slow but overall the transaction was smooth. No issues while dropping or picking up.
