    Friendly, courteous as there was a large suitcase, two people disables, one wheelchair, one walker, 3 canes, and we left the dog at home!, Excellent service and we will be back and tell others.

    Self park outdoor parking which was difficult to find a space. Clerks behind the front desk moved in slow motion and acted like they were doing me a favor. Upon returning to Phoenix, called the number 8 times with letting it ring for at least 25-30 times and finally someone picked up at the hotel for the shuttle.

    Great service. It was sooooo easy. Drove in, checked in, and the shuttle was waiting go. When I picked up my car, David dropped me off at my car, and the wait time at the airport was less than 10 minutes. This was great, and took a lot of the hassle out of my airport travel. Thanks

    I wish I had been notified that I should plan an additional ten - fifteen minutes to park my car, complete paper work with the desk clerk (who couldn't even be bothered to say good morning at 5:45 am), and then to walk outside again to my car to place a paper on my dash and walk BACK to the hotel again. When I arrived back, I waited over half an hour for my ride at the airport as well. I won't be doing this again.

    When I have takes the shuttle ( from other hotels) the driver lifted my bags off for me and put them in the car and you driver did not. Since he did not I didn't tip him which was a first for me. Everything else was great.
