DoubleTree by Hilton St Louis at Westport provides complimentary shuttle service to St Louis Airport daily from 6:00am - 10:45pm.  Please check in at the front desk and pay in advance. You will need to arrive at the DoubleTree by Hilton St Louis at Westport 45 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport terminal. Upon your return to St Louis Airport, please go to exit 18 at Terminal 1 or Exit 15 at  Terminal 2. Use the courtesy phone on the hotel board to request pickup.

    Have used this service 3 times since Oct. 2010 and very satisfied with the service! I actually drive PAST the airport to use it and every time Doubletree has got me there on time. Safe place to leave my car!

    The shuttle service was terrible! I almost missed my flight. Even though I called twice in advance, they skipped one trip and had to follow many people around the hotel lobby to finally get them to take me to the airport. And nobody seemed like they cared that I was missing the flight.

    The lot was well lit and very safe feeling. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Free newspapers and coffee while we waited for the shuttle and the drivers were also very polite! WILL USE AGAIN!

    The hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel parking lot is clean and appears well lit - safe feeling. The shuttle was a bit difficult to find when leaving but I think that had more to do with the airport's remodeling process not the parking venue.

    First shuttle taking us to airport was perfection, driver was extremely courteous and prompt, very pleasant experience. Second shuttle picking us up on return trip was over 30+ minutes in arriving, poorly marked and packed with people going to three different hotels, driver was nice but stressed and overwhelmed. When I called Doubletree to ask about the shuttle being late the desk person was rather curt and informed me the shuttle had been to the airport twice while we were waiting which was absolutely NOT TRUE as there were a number of us and we couldn't have all missed it two times!!

    Shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was very good. However, the service from the airport back to the hotel parking was very poor. I had to wait more than 30 minutes after I called for the shuttle to arrive. Had I used airport parking lots, I could have been home by the time your shuttle arrived.
