First shuttle taking us to airport was perfection, driver was extremely courteous and prompt, very pleasant experience. Second shuttle picking us up on return trip was over 30+ minutes in arriving, poorly marked and packed with people going to three different hotels, driver was nice but stressed and overwhelmed. When I called Doubletree to ask about the shuttle being late the desk person was rather curt and informed me the shuttle had been to the airport twice while we were waiting which was absolutely NOT TRUE as there were a number of us and we couldn't have all missed it two times!!

Shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was very good. However, the service from the airport back to the hotel parking was very poor. I had to wait more than 30 minutes after I called for the shuttle to arrive. Had I used airport parking lots, I could have been home by the time your shuttle arrived.

The service they offer is great value for money as every 7th day you park is free. They provide luggage assistance, a free USA today newspaper and great value for money. Doubletree Hotel St Louis at Westport ask that you check in at front desk and pay in advance. You will need to arrive at Doubletree Hotel St. Louis at Westport 20 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. Upon your return to STL go to exit 18 in the Main Terminal or Exit 15 in the East Terminal. Use Courtesy phone on hotel board to request pickup.
