    Excellent service! The shuttle driver waited on us to drop our bags in front of the hotel and then park the car. Very quick pick up after the trip and very nice lady at the front desk. She even gave us cookies. Will use them again.

    Wretched return experience! The web site said to pay inside. After waiting at the desk for about 20 minutes (lots of hotel registrants, only one hotel employee who was busy on the phone), I was told to go to a kiosk to pay. When I finally found the kiosk, it was out of service. So was the second one, after I flagged down a hotel employee to ask for help. Nobody at the Doubletree seemed to know or care how to pay for airport parking. The parking exit booth had no attendant, but I was able to pay with a credit card there. No receipt was issued, which will be a pain to deal with for employer reimbursement. Very frustrating experience on the return end.

    NOTE: This place does not valet your car! You have to park it yourself, lock it, and take the key. Also, it is not indoor garage parking. We were a bit thrown off by all this since we have only parked at the valet lots, including Hilton, and I thought since Doubletree is a Hilton hotel, it would valet our car, but it did not. Not a big issue, just wasn't expecting to walk in the freezing rain from our parking spot to the front of the hotel where the shuttle picks you up.

    There are two entrances to the parking lot, one entrance was turned off or not working, with no mention that there was another entrance on the other side of the lot that was working. This is not acceptable when rushing to catch a plane. A separate sign saying "airport parking entrance this way" would help.

    Things went smoothly. When we landed, we just missed the shuttle, so it was most of 20 minutes before the next one arrived.

    My husband and I and our dog travelled on Christmas day and returned on the 4th. The hotel is easy to find and close to the airport. Plenty of parking in the back lot. If you have lots of luggage and travelling with a pet, I would suggest you off load luggage/pet in the front of the hotel where you will board the shuttle and then one of you park your vehicle. We didn't do this so it was brutal carrying two pieces of luggage, golf bag, dog's kennel, and the dog on a leash to the front of the hotel to get on the shuttle. It's a 1/4 mile to the front of the hotel. You will get a parking ticket when you enter the parking area. Keep your ticket with you as you will need to have it validated upon return to exit the parking lot. There is no need to leave it in your vehicle. We left it in the truck and when we returned had to walk to the back lot and then bring it to the front desk to have it validated. If you pre-pay you will also need to show the printed copy. The people at the hotel were very nice and friendly. When I walked through the hotel to the front lobby with my dog on a leash everyone was very nice. We waited a few minutes for the shuttle and I really appreciated that they allowed my dog to ride with me in the shuttle. He was a little nervous but felt better sitting next to me. The ride to the airport is 5 minutes away. We had an excellent experience, we know how this works now for future reference, when we travel with our dog, we will off load first, etc. The parking lot is large and nice, and we found our truck safe and sound. The 1/4 mile walk is no big deal, I didn't have to wait at the counter, and if I did, I really don't mind, the price is right.

    Was unable to walk through hotel after parking at the far back of the parking lot and was forced to walk all the way around the building. Maybe issuing a temporary access card to get into the hotel to avoid the rain/snow/cold/windy conditions outside. or walking in the driveways with no sidewalks.

    Arriving and parking was very easy. When I returned, it took me thirty minutes to find an attendant, and another twenty minutes to find to find an exit. The attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful. In addition to that, this parking lot was so cramped that it was almost impossible to turn around and maneuver through. Next time, I will probably just pay extra and park at the airport!

    Beware that the Double Tree Parking does not have a shuttle that comes around the parking lot so you may have to walk and carry your luggage a couple city blocks if you end up in the distant parking lot. The exit booths are not attended so you have to go back into the hotel front desk to get your parking validated to get out. In my case this took an additional 30 minutes and another long walk across the parking lot.

    We were told that once we parked we weren't allowed to leave the lot. We wanted to go out to eat, but had to stay in the area or pay to get the car out of parking. Front desk agent was very confusing on directions and rules.

    It was a bit confusing to figure out where the additional parking was in back of the building. The designated airport parking was full and I had to go to the back. Possibly adding more signage indicating this would help out and also adding some signage in the back lot with letters or numbers to remember where you parked out. I arrived at night and it took about 5 extra minutes to find the car.

    Easy, convenient way to plan airport parking. Much better and less expensive than airport parking or other off site parking lots. I woul definitely use your service again! The only difficulty I had was in printing the original receipt.

    The service at this location (Seatac Doubletree) seems to be falling off. The shuttle wait times have gotten longer and longer-- do they not have enough staff? We'll be trying out other parking options in the area for next time.

    The instructions on how to park could have been clearer. I parked at the Doubletree, and there weren't any signs indicating what I should do with my ticket. The employees each gave different instructions on what to do with it. (It turns out, you don't have to visit the hotel front desk until you return.) The shuttle ride from the hotel to the airport was prompt, but the return ride was slow; it looked like they were short-staffed. Otherwise, everything went well.

    Drivers are almost always courteous and attentive. Getting the ticket to get out the gate can be annoying when there's just one person working the desk and Honors members keep getting priority while I wait. A little strange.
