The parking itself was convenient, but the Double Tree is using a new system so both showing up and leaving caused confusion at the front desk. They didn't know how to find my online reservation and when I came back, she didn't have me checked in - not even knowing my car was there. I'm sure in a couple months they'll figure it out.

The procedure for parking was a little unclear-- we will know now for future parking, but it would have been nice to know that we had to go inside to the front desk to get our ticket to get out of the lot.

Shuttle was every 20 mins, not every 15 like posted.
Arrival Info:
Off-Airport Parkers may Self Park in any unreserved parking space. In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver.
Airport Transportation:
The shuttle picks up at the front of the hotel every 20 minutes beginning at the top of the hour, 24 hours a day.
Operation Hours:
24 Hours per Day, 7 Days per Week
