    I will never park here again. Parking is in a back lot about 1/4 mile walk to the shuttle!

    If you haven't parked here before, this lot can be confusing - being that we use this lot almost exclusively we know what to expect with the prepaid option. When you arrive you will get a ticket at the gates and park anywhere within the hotel's parking lot (you don't need any hang tag, etc designating you as airport parking). Upon arrival back to the lot proceed to the check in desk inside the hotel lobby. Give them your ticket and the PRINTED email receipt of your prepaid reservation. They will verify the times on it and then give you a new VALIDATED ticket to get out at one of the gates. There is hardly ever a guard at the gates - even though there is a booth it is all automated with the tickets.

    My arrival was a great experience. I was running late and missed the shuttle I needed. When I asked them to call a cab they drove me in a hotel vehicle free of charge instead. Excellent! However, my return was awful. I waited forever for the shuttle to get me from the airport. I prepaid online. They had no idea how to handle that. Even though I asked what to do before going to my car, I still had to call at the gate for someone to let me out. It caused a back up of cars being able to leave for at least 10 min so there were some other unhappy people as we'll.

    the parking lot stalls are very tight. when we returned from our trip, our black car had a new, white ding in the door... if you're going to have such tight parking spots I suggest valet parking only.

    This was our third time parking at this location. It seems that the previous kinks have been worked out (see previous review). The valet was very helpful. I like how you can park your own car wherever you like in their lot. Just watch out if you park under the pine trees you may wind up with the car that Has bird poop on it when you return. And I like that you get to take your keys with you. This lot seems very secure the shuttle runs promptly three times an hour. A great deal by the airport.

    Shuttle DOES NOT leave every 20 mintes; leaves on the hour and then whenever- almost missed my flight; nice people however, and convenient; would use again.

    I chose fare for attendant courtesy based on average service. Outgoing shuttle attendant was very good while the return shuttle personnel's attitude left a lot to be desired. I didn't bother to tip him. Other than this blip, it was a good enjoyable experience. I will give it another try and hope not to see any unpleasantness.

    The lot is very big and spacious. You can opt to park your car yourself and keep your keys (which I always prefer). At first we were a little concerned because there is no tag or marking to notify that your car is there for airport parking vs hotel guest and we were nervous we may get towed before we got back. But our car was still there when we returned. Normally you collect a ticket upon entrance through one of the many ticket booths and then pay at the self pay stations inside the hotel. If you book online there still seems to be a little confusion on how to pay. Upon arrival we were told by the concierge to take our ticket and printed receipt from this website to the booth upon exit so they could check that the amount we pd for matched how long we stayed. However if you arrive late at night, then there are no attendants at the booths and my husband and I drove around the large lot for 15 minutes but couldn't exit as all booths were unmanned. Finally I walked to the front of the hotel to the valet station who informed me you have to see the front desk to get a validated ticket to exit. He ended up walking with me back to the car to let me out of the booth manually. A little bit of confusion, but close to the airport (I think we literally could have walked!) Shuttle ran every 20 min in a continuous loop so don't necessarily plan to leave on the top of the hour, etc, it comes and then continues back to the airport again it seems. But overall good lot, spacious to park in and seemed secure. Would def park here again.

    The parking itself was convenient, but the Double Tree is using a new system so both showing up and leaving caused confusion at the front desk. They didn't know how to find my online reservation and when I came back, she didn't have me checked in - not even knowing my car was there. I'm sure in a couple months they'll figure it out.

    The procedure for parking was a little unclear-- we will know now for future parking, but it would have been nice to know that we had to go inside to the front desk to get our ticket to get out of the lot.
