I usually give the Doubletree 5 stars, and it's my preferred airport parking. Drop-off was a breeze, but pick-up not so much. I arrived at 10:30pm. It took a while to get through on the phone; I had to call two numbers. The person answering the phone was not sure what to do. The shuttles were overbooked, and it looked like I was not going to get a ride on the first shuttle, but the driver made an executive decision to take everyone who as present (was not a safety issue). Back at the parking lot, a sign said the credit card machine was temporarily out of service, cash only. That seems understandable, but the same sign was up on my previous trip 4 weeks earlier, so it seems like they are not trying to fix the problem. They seemed short of staff. Cars were not available for all who had arrived for pickup, and the desk guy also had to get the missing cars, adding to the wait. From arrival at the lot to driving away was about 15 minutes, even though I was fully pre-paid. Normally it would be about 1 minute. I will use the Doubletree for my next trip, and I expect the service to be excellent. Either way, I'll write another review.
I have used this service several times and will continue to use it because of the efficient and professional customer service the employees provide.
My car was waiting for me when I arrived. Staff asked me about my holiday trip. I felt like home.
I've had a couple bad experiences with the service, but it was mostly because my Airline Flight Itinerary was LATE getting me to my destination on time, and Airport Parking Reservation shouldn't take the brunt of that! So, otherwise the service and the Hotel/Shuttle service I use have been very reliable.

Easy parking. They took me directly to the airport. When I returned, I called for the shuttle as I came down the escalator. It took a few tries to get through, but I when I did, the guy was courteous. After a 10-15 minute wait, the shuttle arrived. My car was waiting for me when I got off of the shuttle. This was my first time parking at Double Tree. I'll likely park here again next time I need long term parking.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the shuttle seems to run frequently, and the pick-up on my return was prompt and easy to do. My car was waiting for me when I returned to the parking area from the airport.
Our car was in breezeway ready for us to pick up. When paying for balance of parking, we were informed that we had to pay cash as their credit machine was not working. I luckily had enough cash on hand. First time this has ever happened since parking at this hotel.
We should be able to pay our balance with a credit card instead of cash....this is not a good policy after returning form a trip. This was also not made known in advance so I imagine, some clients might not have enough cash to get their car without going through a lot of inconvenience. Because of the valet parking, we could not tell the condition of the parking lot, but we found the hotel without any problem.

The price raised to $11.00 is too high. I will not be using this lot again. I have been parking at doubletree for years. Also the credit card machine has been broken for months. Needs to be fixed
1. Would prefer to be able to pay in advance when we make reservation online. 2. Credit card machine was "down temporarily" on Wed when we flew out... it was still down on Sat when we returned. Not great to have to pay in cash at the END of vacation. :-) 3. The only reason our wait time was longer was because we had a large group (9) and couldn't fit in one shuttle trip with other hotel guests. Part of our group only had 5-10 minute wait.
I have stayed at the Doubletree airport parking for the last ten years. This is the first time my car was disgusting dirty with pigeon poop all over the back of my car covering my back window. I asked to see if there was anything to clean it so I could see when I drove and was referred to the front desk. They provided sanitary wipes but I had to rinse off not to damage my paint. Not a good experience.
When I dropped off my car on Wednesday morning it was very clean; when I picked it up Friday afternoon it was filthy!! It was covered in dirt, bird droppings and little tiny leaves. I use your hotel to park quite often, and am considering another lot now because of this. Very disappointing.
It was nice having a warm lobby to stand in waiting for the shuttle bus.
Whenever I fly from San Jose I use your lot. Easy to use and good price. Better than parking at airport lots. Will use again. Thx
Only wish walk with large luggage wasn't so far to pick up point when flying United or AA @ SJC
As always we had a wonderful experience. However, lately when we return to get our car, it is quite dirty with bird droppings. I am not sure if the location of the parking has changed but am not happy that every time I have to wash my car so the droppings do not damage the paint. Other than that, great service!
