The only down side is the shuttle pick up area at San Jose Terminal A is a long walk with luggage from baggage claim.

Unfortunately our truck was parked under a tree and there was a lot of sap on the windshield in addition a lot of bird droppings on the back of the truck bed lid. We got home late at night and did not return to advise of our problem.

It was really profoundly depressing to come home and find the attendant asking me to go into the hotel and log on to the site and reprint my ticket. It is your system. could not someone have done that in the two days that I was away. I had been away on business for two days and was dog tired. i could hardly focus. The parking lot that I usually use was full. I think that I will try to park at park an travel next time.

It is ridiculous to make people produce the printed reservation number. It took me an extra half hour on the hotel computer when I had your confirming email available on my cell phone. NOT what folks want at the start or end of a trip, but what they will definitely remember.

Return home service was very slow. Attendant at lit had nothing to do and did not offer at all to help with luggage despite fact I had brace on my arm. He styod there and watched me struggle until I finally had to ask for help. Also I was told when I called on arrival the shuttle was leaving hotel but they lied. It was at least 30 minutes before it showed up

Shuttle driver was great and valets were very helpful and courteous. Shuttle was on point time wise. I've had bad experiences at other hotel shuttle service places. This one was very good and reliable.

I have parked here twice now and will again. The shuttle driver was very sweet and courteous. Shuttle runs like every ten minutes so it's very conveniant and very little waiting if any. Last time the shuttle was already at the terminal when I picked up my bag. The parking lot was a little tricky only because as you pull in there is a parking attendant booth on your right which there is a natural inclination to go to since you might thing the valet runs out of there. However I quickly realized you just pull up right in front of the building further down the lot and the valet stand is right there. I do wish they had covered parking. Valet people were very good as well.

The shuttle driver was courteaous and friendly. The attendant (Joseph) needs training in basic customer service skills including answering the phone politely, saying please, thank you, speaking more clearly and smiling at customers. When we arrived after 12 days away and late at night our car was covered in dead leaves and twigs and the ignition key tab was broken. I have used your service several times in the past, seems like you have raised your rates and lowered your service - not a good business practice if you want to keep customers coming back.

This was a great service. The attendants were courteous and responsive. When I got back from my trip, I called in as I landed. The shuttle was there when I came out of baggage and my car was waiting for me when I got to the hotel. Totally awesome.

This was the best parking experience we have ever had. Pulled into the lot, handed over my key, jumped into the shuttle and at the airport in under 5 min. When we came back I called the phone number on the ticket, gave them my ticket number and within 5 min. the shuttle was there. Upon arriving at the Doubletree (less than 5 min later) my car was waiting for me. We will park here again!

I was dropped off in OFF SITE Parking,so I thought this is where I would be picked up. The drive blasted past so I called and they told me to go to HOTEL shuttle instead. The driver was a litle snippy and slammed the doors tot he van after I was settled in. All the passangers looked @ each other. Like oh no- angry driver behind the wheel. Needless to say - no tip from me.

Highly disappointed. Flight was delayed arrived into San Jose a little after midnight. Called at 12:07 for shuttle pickup and was informed that the shuttle stops running at midnight. I was told to find my own way over to pick up my car. They should check to ensure all flights have arrived before stopping the shuttle service to the airport. I resolved my problem by calling inside of the Hotel as if I were checking into the hotel. The hotel sent the same shuttle that would of come if I were only picking up my car. Word of advice is to make sure your flight isn't delayed. Or you will be paying an additional fee just to get a taxi to the hotel parking lot.

I was told to go stand at the wrong place by the first operator. When I saw the shuttle go by, I called again and told the correct place. It took another 10 to 15 minutes more. It was cold and raining. I ended up standing outside for 20 minutes or so instead of the 5 to 10 minutes told me over the phone the 1st time.

The staff at Double Tree has done an outstanding job the 2 times recently they have taken care of our car and shuttling. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They have done an excellent job, and are very courteous.
Arrival Info:
Drive to the main entry lobby of the hotel. The valet attendant will provide you a claim ticket to retrieve your vehicle. Proceed to the designated hotel courtesy pickup area near main entrance. At the hotel, please wait in at the covered porte cochere of the hotel lobby.
Airport Transportation:
All shuttles leave on demand - 4:30 AM to 12 Midnight- 7 days per week. The San Jose Mineta International Airport requires all shuttle vans and buses to only either drop-off or pick-up guests at the terminals. This can not be done simultaneously. If guests are dropped off, the shuttle is required to circle the concourse, and then come back and pick-up guests at the courtesy shuttle area. The design of the entrance will not allow the shuttle the convenience to drop-off and pick-up guests within one ride around the terminal. There will be slight delays and this will increase the wait time.
