Drive to the main entry lobby of the hotel. The valet attendant will provide you a claim ticket to retrieve your vehicle. Proceed to the designated hotel courtesy pickup area near main entrance. At the hotel, please wait in at the covered porte cochere of the hotel lobby. Please remember to remove any additional attachments; such as bike racks and large tow hitches before coming to lot. Site may refuse to park vehicle.

Airport Transportation

All shuttles leave on demand - 4:30 AM to 12 Midnight- 7 days per week. The San Jose Mineta International Airport requires all shuttle vans and buses to only either drop-off or pick-up guests at the terminals. This can not be done simultaneously. If guests are dropped off, the shuttle is required to circle the concourse, and then come back and pick-up guests at the courtesy shuttle area. The design of the entrance will not allow the shuttle the convenience to drop-off and pick-up guests within one ride around the terminal. There will be slight delays and this will increase the wait time.

    Some of the problem may have been on my part--my hearing isn't as good as it used to be. On my return to SJC, I had difficulty hearing the parking lot attendant so didn't know exactly which station on the ground transportation island to use to wait for the shuttle. So by the time I figured that out, one shuttle may have come and gone. These attendants need to know to speak clearly so that seniors who may be a little hard of hearing can hear what they're saying over all the background noise of cars, busses, etc. going by.

    Parking at the DoubleTree Hotel near the San Jose Airport is a no-brainer. Once you provide your reservations, the attendant takes your car and you are whisked away to your flight. On return, you phone the attendant, he sends the shuttle and your car is waiting when you arrive back to DoubleTree. Wonderful.

    Awesome service. I spilled water in my car and the attendants were kind enough to give me a towel to sop it up before I left for the weekend. The wait time was also only 5 minutes on the way back. Very cool service.

    This was our first time parking at the DoubleTree hotel. We took a quick weekend trip to Austin, Tx. Left our car at the hotel vallet at 5:30am and only had to wait 2 minutes for the next shuttle/bus to arrive to take us to the SW terminal. Everything was very smooth. Pick up was easy. They told us where to wait and our bus arrived in only a few short minutes, maybe 5 mins at the most. Car was there waiting for us when we got back in the same condition we left it. This service is very busy at this hotel and I see why. We would definitely use them again int he future. Highly recommend long term parking at the DoubleTree Hotel.

    I love Airport Parking and have been using it for years. It is fast, convenient, courteous, couldn't be happier. I with SFO had such a service. I always try to go out of SJC partly because of the ease with which I can park here.

    We had a hard time getting through on the phone while waiting at the airport. Our # for the vehicle wasn't taken over the phone, therefore we had to wait for our car after arriving via the shuttle. A very nice gentlemen got water and cookies for us! That always helps!

    Everything went well. Could not have been better. Not sure about the parking lot as we didn't see it. Dropped off the car with the valet, and they had the car ready for us when we can me back on the shuttle. All went exceeding well at the Doubletree.

    Everyone we dealt with was so polite and helpful! They took us to the airport as soon as we arrived and dropped our car;then when we got back, they were there within a couple of minutes after we got our luggage. This is the second time we have used your services and it wont be the last. You are GREAT!!!! The only little criticism we have is when we called from the airport for our pick up, it was very difficult to hear the person who answered. Very bad phone connection.
