Arrival Info:

Drive to the main entry lobby of the hotel. The valet attendant will provide you a claim ticket to retrieve your vehicle. Proceed to the designated hotel courtesy pickup area near main entrance. At the hotel, please wait in at the covered porte cochere of the hotel lobby. Please remember to remove any additional attachments; such as bike racks and large tow hitches before coming to lot. Site may refuse to park vehicle.

Airport Transportation

All shuttles leave on demand - 4:30 AM to 12 Midnight- 7 days per week. The San Jose Mineta International Airport requires all shuttle vans and buses to only either drop-off or pick-up guests at the terminals. This can not be done simultaneously. If guests are dropped off, the shuttle is required to circle the concourse, and then come back and pick-up guests at the courtesy shuttle area. The design of the entrance will not allow the shuttle the convenience to drop-off and pick-up guests within one ride around the terminal. There will be slight delays and this will increase the wait time.

    We had a parking reservation at the Doubletree. Because the flight crew was picked up before us we had to wait about 15 min. This was 11 pm. Luckily, the weather was not cold so this was not uncomfortable. Our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the Doubletree and off we went.

    I've used the DoubleTree parking facility for years. However this time it was a horrible experience. Our return FLT. Arrived at 9:45 pm. By the time we picked up our luggage and made the call for pickup it was a little after 10:00 pm. We were not picked up for approx. 45 minutes. I made numerous calls only to be told they only had one pick up van running and they were very busy. Twice I saw our van drive by completely full and was told they would be back. If terminal 2 is the second stop, one #1 was always packed with pickups you can deduce our delay was exponential. Plus we were traveling with a 3 year old. There was only room for me and luggage so I had to drive back to pick up my family. At the hotel there were 2 additional vans but they were out of service???? Bad experience!

    It was first time for me to use this one, but was more excellent than expected. after picking me up, driver confirmed my ID and called to prep my car in front of the lobby. To catch the shuttle, a gesture is needed to be found out by the driver, I felt. I did it.

    No one was at desk when I arrived. When I called the desk upon my return, I specifically told them whereI was waiting which turned out to be the wrong area. I missed the first shuttle and on account of missing the first shuttle I was late to a very critical appointment. In addition, my car was extremely dirty.

    There was an huge cluster of folks arriving at the same time. The service was VERY courteous, but I called twice to get a pick up and gave them my ticket number yet that message was not effectively relayed because my car wasn't at the curb when I arrived. So, maybe a better protocol for when it gets really busy...the time when efficiency matters most.

    Hotel shuttle driver refused to take me onto the shuttle because there was no more sitting room. I had a small carry on and could have easily fit in (standing or not). It is a very short ride to the Doubletree. If there was any safety issue at all, I would not object. But because of that, I waited another 20 mins for another shuttle to come. That is not customer service.

    CALLED UPON ARRIVAL FOR SHUTTLE. WAITED FOR 10 MINUTES AT AIRPORT BEFORE LEAVING TO RETURN TO PARKING LOT. WHEN ARRIVED AT PARKING LOT CAR WAS NOT BROUGHT UP EVEN THOUGH WHEN I CALLED I GAVE TICKET NUMBER

    Excellent service and excellent price. So much faster and easier than dealing with Long Term Parking. I have used this parking service many, many times at all hours of the day and night and have always had the same great service. Plus, the warm chocolate chip cookies are the best!! This is the only parking I consider.

    They have SERIOUS COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS among DoubleTree hotel person, valet attendants, and drivers. They excused differently and HAD US WAIT FOR 30 MIN at night. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
