Drive to the main entry lobby of the hotel. The valet attendant will provide you a claim ticket to retrieve your vehicle. Proceed to the designated hotel courtesy pickup area near main entrance. At the hotel, please wait in at the covered porte cochere of the hotel lobby. Please remember to remove any additional attachments; such as bike racks and large tow hitches before coming to lot. Site may refuse to park vehicle.

Airport Transportation

All shuttles leave on demand - 4:30 AM to 12 Midnight- 7 days per week. The San Jose Mineta International Airport requires all shuttle vans and buses to only either drop-off or pick-up guests at the terminals. This can not be done simultaneously. If guests are dropped off, the shuttle is required to circle the concourse, and then come back and pick-up guests at the courtesy shuttle area. The design of the entrance will not allow the shuttle the convenience to drop-off and pick-up guests within one ride around the terminal. There will be slight delays and this will increase the wait time.

    I called at 8:19pm on 7/25 and I picked up my car at 8:55pm. This took way too long. First, it took 20 mins before the shuttle came to pick me up (I was told that it had to wait for two hotel guests). Then the person at the hotel front desk misplaced my ticket. After waiting for about 10 mins, I asked him why he hadn't brought my car to me. He went through his stack of tickets and told me he didn't know which one was mine. He continued with other business and totally ignored the fact that I had been waiting for my car. Finally, I remembered there was a zero in my ticket number and helped him find my ticket. The person didn't offer any apology. Shouldn't he be responsible for locating my ticket?

    Wait time to the the airport was excellent ( shuttle was there and ready). Trying to return from the airport was a different story: 3 phone calls, 45 minute wait time ( with an elderly person in a wheelchair) including watching the shuttle whiz by without stopping at our terminal. Location was very convenient, but the return trip has soured me to this service. The attendants at the hotel attempted to make up for the poor service with a hand written voucher for 2 days off our next parking stay and warm cookies, but I not use the Doubletree again!

    Everything you could hope for in long term airport parking. Shuttle both going and coming very timely and all drivers were very helpful and friendly. Parking attendants have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. Valet parking. All was so easy....we drove in, unloaded our luggage and belongings and shuttle was there. On returning home we called the park and fly for shuttle and they arrived to pick us up within maybe 10-15 minutes. When we got to Doubletree our car was waiting for us under the port. We've used this service 3 times and each time has been the same. Well worth the $9.50/24hour cost to know all will run smoothly and your car is safe.

    I have used several SJC parking lots - this is the best one. Closest to the airport at the Double Tree and my car was waiting for me upon return - just like a valet is supposed to do!

    It was so easy and quick! I would highly recommend it! It saved us time and money. We pulled up to the DoubleTree, they took our car, the bus was right there, and we were at our airlines in 5 minutes. When we got back, we called, they were there in 5 minutes, and when we got to the hotel our car was already pulled out front!

    Doubletree is the BEST parking lot and always my first choice. When circumstances have made me have to use another lot, I am always amazed at the quality and convenience that Doubletree has that other lots do not have. Easy access, valet parking, a VERY frequent shuttle service. I literally do not wait more than 1-2 minutes. They come immediately when I call from the airport, None of this every 15 minutes stuff that other fancier and more expensive lots do

    Having to a paper copy of the reservation was the biggest pain! Having the reservation on your phone should be allowed in this day and in Silicon Valley. This was the biggest down side.

    My (Southwest Airlines) flight was delayed, and by the time the airplane landed (approx. 12:00 midnight/SJC), the shuttle service (Double Tree Inn) had ended (12:00 midnight) when I called for the shuttle bus service. However, at the shuttle pick-up area, the Double Tree Shuttle Bus was waiting. When I approached the shuttle bus, I talked to the driver, and he said he was waiting for an airline 'Flight Crew'. I showed him my parking ticket and he let me on the bus. Then, we had to wait a few more minutes for the Flight Crew to arrive, and I my vehicle was waiting at outside the hotel inn front lobby area.
