Doubletree Hotel: Washington DC-Crystal City offers shuttle transportation to the customers departure terminal every 15-30 minutes (depending on time of day) to Washington Regan Airport.     Parking was totally painless. Shuttle driver was very helpful as was the parking valet attendant at the DoubleTree-Crystal City. This was the first time I used your service, but I will definitely use it again.

    The paying could be better completed. Having to pay balance at parking lot at hotel inconvenient. They are not set up to provide receipts. Exiting also poorly done, had to have attendant let me out.

    Was tough to find the lot but once I asked the valet he showed me where to go. Other than that the shuttles were prompt and the service was stellar. This was a fantastic deal!

    Everything was good but they need a Check out service when leaving double tree took 1 hrs to get car shuttle 35 min to get back to pick up garage and had to go inside and wait in line to pay parking and get exit key very time consuming.

    My first experience with airport parking was a great one. I pulled into the DoubleTree lot and the Attendants were right there to help. When I came back from my trip the driver was pulling up and I only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes. Parking at the DoubleTree was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

    There were few available parking spaces on the first level of the parking garage upon my arrival. However, upon my return, there were plenty of spaces available. I didn't have to wait at all for the shuttle to the airport. I did wait for some time (maybe 20 minutes) to get picked up upon my return, but it was no longer than could be expected. It was easier getting out of the garage than I was led to believe from other reviews. Once the parking bill was settled, the hotel front desk personnel issued me a swipe card that I used to exit the garage. I would definitely use this location again.

    Other than calling up the hotel upon arrival (around 12:15PM) and being told that the shuttle runs every 15 mins when in fact it was 30, I had a great first impression with using this website's services. Definitely will use them again!!

    This was the worst of all the lots I have used. Only because of the issue of trying to leave. There is no valet down in the garage, you have to go to the valet kiosk to pay and then get your car, call them and they run down to open the gate for you. All this would have been nice to know in the directions and not after I had already retrieved my car and had to make a trip back to the kiosk. All other experiences I have had with this service have been great and easy. Especially the Sheraton at Pentagon City. Easiest one in the 3 years I have been doing this.

    Getting out of the garage was complicated. Valet had to come down and personally let you out the gate. Would have thought they would have a more automated system.
