    Parking at DoubleTree by Hilton in Newark was a good experience.Shuttle runs every 20 min, my wait time was about 10 min for both pickup (at midnight from P4) and drop-off (5AM at the gate). Finding the location can be tricky. After the I-95 N toll booth, stay on right of I-78 West then get off immediately.

    Shuttle was timely and comfortable. Directions on pick-up after return flight should be more detailed. We were correctly told P4, but had to discover on our own that we had to take the Airlink to P4. Aside from that, no problem with drop-off or pickup.

    Shuttle for arrival at airport was extremely difficult and frustrating to find at Newark airport. All it said in email was p4 we saw many shuttles outside gate c arrivals and p4 was nowhere to be found. We found parking lot p4 and walked all over until one person explained we had to take an AirTran shuttle over to p4. All said took over an hour to find.

    My reservations said Sheraton, the hotel name changed and we were never notified. Then we waited over an hour in the rain for a return shuttle. Poorly run. Won't use again.

    Lot condition is great. But shuttle is a big problem. When we return, there are more than 20 people waiting for shuttle. Their shuttle can only take 10 people at a time. While we are waiting for the next one, more people were coming and there was no waiting line. People just fight for shuttle spot. I will not use this lot again.

    Getting dropped off at P4 was a surprise (must have been in the fine print) and we had to drop off and pick up airline staff - so our trip was a little longer. Otherwise the price was right - Paul

    When I returned to the lot after my trip my car was not where I had parked and locked it. Nobody at Doubletree knew where my car was and for 15 minutes I thought it was stolen. I finally found it on the other side of the hotel and nobody at the hotel knew how or why it was moved. The employees at the hotel could not have cared less about my predicament. I will not use your parking again.

    It's very hard to rate this because they were two completely different experiences. Upon arrival we were greeted very well by both parking attendant and hotel desk. However, there was very limited parking even though we prepaid to reserve a spot. The biggest negative was the return trip. It was late and there was twice as many people trying to fight to get on shuttle than were seats. Families were separately and was quite frankly chaos and caused many fights. People's luggage got on, but not the person. I don't think I will return to this hotel for parking because of this bad return experience which is unfortunate since the beginning was such a pleasure.

    My car was moved after I parked it. So when I came back to pick up my car I could find it. And nobody knew anything about it when I asked the clerks of the front desk. It wasted more than half hour to finally found car. It was horrible.

    Frequency in the afternoon was worse than other hotels. Small van with no easy visible signs...just a tiny paper stuck on the window. Driver rude and had to load bags myself inspite of having a baby with me. Used the doubletree newark hotel parking

    waited longer to get a van. All other hotel vans came twice but ours came late, which was having some passengers already inside (It was suppose to be empty? ) and just picked only few. However driver called for another van and we waited longer for our turn.

    The only negative is needing to take the Air Tran to P4, but fortunately the shuttle arrived right after we got there.

    The shuttle that came from Doubletree to pick us up at EWR was a van and didn't have enough space to accommodate all the passengers, The driver was rude and forced everybody in like a pack of sardines. He was also late. (10: 05 pm).

    Secured lot with guard. Very nice lobby. seems farther away than the other lots but the nice lobby makes up for that.

    The fees were extremely affordable compared to using the parking lot on airport grounds. I will use this every time. There was not one issue or complaint!

    The wait time for the shuttle on the return trip (from P4 to hotel) takes a lot longer that it should. The one that left on the 20th minute went missing. The one that left on the 40th minute took a long time to reach the P4 station for pick-up.

    The shuttle refused to pick us up when the airtrain shut down after 1am due to malfunction. We had to get a ride from the Windham hotel shuttle. Never again.

    Sign at the hotel took a while and I had to wait for someone from the hotel to take the info and payment. Maybe it would be helpful if all that info could be taken when someone signs up for the parking on your link. But service was excellent and I will recommend it to others.

    The location is hard to find from Google map and I ended up in the Newark airport terminal then asked for the direction. The shuttle is not very frequent. On the way back I saw other hotels had two rounds of shuttles while Sheraton only had one.

    The two poor comments are due to the attendants lack of attention and consideration when arriving at P4. He picked people up in one location and proceeded to drive away. I had to run after him - he slowed down, twice, looked at me and proceed to drive away - after screaming at the top of my lungs he finally pulled over.

    Upon arrival to our lot, we were instructed by booth attendant that we had to pay him cash. Once car was parked, Sheraton Airport Hotel informed us that we had to pay at reception. Instructions for payment unclear, otherwise service was excellent. The wait for the shuttle on our return trip took longer than expected.

    We did not like that we were not dropped off at our terminal because we had to go to a designated P4 area to be dropped off and then had to move all of our baggage by ourselves to our terminal. We would not do this again.

    My family and I waited over 45 min for a shuttle in the cold and rain. Everything was good but very few shuttles for the amount of people. I called three times was told that it was on the way. I guess cut backs, are going to make them lose customers, I know they lost me.

    When arrived at Sheraton, service was not infomring enough. Misled the customer on the correct process. It did work out in the end when we returned, but they must inform public in a little more detail of what they need to do.

    Only real drawback for this service is being dropped off and picked up at P4 train station. You have to hustle your luggage pretty far to check in. But if you dont have a lot of luggage - it is a pretty nice service. Also - if you want immediate pick-up or delivery - this service is not for you. It runs on a schedule - period.

    We will probably not use this parking facility again. We didn't like the fact that you had to take the tram to get to the shuttle pick up and when we returned the tram was not working and we had to take a bus. It took us 45 minutes to get our car. We will probably find another self-park lot the next time we fly or have someone drive us to the airport and pick us up.

    The return shuttle was horrible. Totally disorganized and dangerous. Overlly packed with passengers to the point of being unsafe. The first shutlle that came did not even put luggage in the back so suitcases were brought onboard. We waited for the next. Our luggage was loaded in back and then we barely were able to squeeze onto the shuttle. It almost left us behind with our luggage onboard.

    The Sheraton and shuttle were great. There were just too many turns at the and I got turned around. I don't know if the signs for frontage rd were good from my direction. I was happy enough to try this again though.

    The service is excellent the Sheraton is easy, fast, and a convenient service to and from airport. Have used it 5 times this year alone. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Your the reason I go to Newark Airport.

    The instructions on where to find the shuttle after arrival were not clear. It said to wait in P4, but the airport has a "passenger pickup p4" as well as lot p4. Should specify that you need to take an airtrain to get to lot

    Parking payment at the Newark Sheraton is handled by the front desk, therefore one is subjected to lines based on people checking in or out of the hotel at any given time. The shuttle only services P4 at EWR and that limits its appeal but the price is reasonable.

    Reservation service was excellent. Parking facility description needs to advise parkers to avoid parking under trees. The trees housed many birds which generated a large amount of droppings on the vehicle.

    The only comment I have to make is that my husband is blind and it is difficult to manuvere through the airport it would be more convenient if we were drop off at our terminal.

    This was the first time parking andwasn't sure of the drop off point. My family went ahead because of the time it took me to pay. The next shuttle dropped everyone off at the terminal because the driver took a private fair from one of the other on the shuttle. My family waited at the correct drop off point while I waited in the terminal. I didn't have a cell as it was with my luggage and family. We wound up being the last to board the plane even though we got to the lot over two hours before the flight

    AirTrain was not running---very annoying----shuttle bus to P4 was very crowded and driver did not user speaker to announce parking lots.

    We thought we were being dropped @ Continental Departure terminal C, Not @ P4. You should make that very clear! This should be considered as an option in the future. We had 6 people w/ luggage for 9 days and found it most difficult to get through that facility w/ all those bags! I went alone to retreive the van myself and p/u the family and bags @ arrivals. Moved the bags one time! Everything else was GREAT!!!!!

    Just came back from traveling abroad. We, in the Metropolitan area need to step up how we act toward other people. That is why I check FAIR under the courteous question. Need to greet people with a smile, carry on some basic dialog, make people feel welcome/good.

    The instructions should have been more clear in that I needed to pay and register at the hotel lobby front desk first before I left my car there. I didn't know until the receptionist told me. My car could have been towed.

    One shuttle seat had popcorn spilled on it, and i do not believe that the shuttle had seat belts.

    Difficult to find based upon provided directions. Was not aware that shuttle would not take me to airport, but rather to a remote parking lot from which I had to catch the monorail. This added time to the trip that made the inconvenience of parking away from the ariport greater than the value of the discount I received for it.
