    Lot condition is great. But shuttle is a big problem. When we return, there are more than 20 people waiting for shuttle. Their shuttle can only take 10 people at a time. While we are waiting for the next one, more people were coming and there was no waiting line. People just fight for shuttle spot. I will not use this lot again.

    Getting dropped off at P4 was a surprise (must have been in the fine print) and we had to drop off and pick up airline staff - so our trip was a little longer. Otherwise the price was right - Paul

    No parking spaces empty were available. Luckily one of the attendants removed his own car to accommodate my car.

    When I returned to the lot after my trip my car was not where I had parked and locked it. Nobody at Doubletree knew where my car was and for 15 minutes I thought it was stolen. I finally found it on the other side of the hotel and nobody at the hotel knew how or why it was moved. The employees at the hotel could not have cared less about my predicament. I will not use your parking again.

    It's very hard to rate this because they were two completely different experiences. Upon arrival we were greeted very well by both parking attendant and hotel desk. However, there was very limited parking even though we prepaid to reserve a spot. The biggest negative was the return trip. It was late and there was twice as many people trying to fight to get on shuttle than were seats. Families were separately and was quite frankly chaos and caused many fights. People's luggage got on, but not the person. I don't think I will return to this hotel for parking because of this bad return experience which is unfortunate since the beginning was such a pleasure.

    My car was moved after I parked it. So when I came back to pick up my car I could find it. And nobody knew anything about it when I asked the clerks of the front desk. It wasted more than half hour to finally found car. It was horrible.

    Frequency in the afternoon was worse than other hotels. Small van with no easy visible signs...just a tiny paper stuck on the window. Driver rude and had to load bags myself inspite of having a baby with me. Used the doubletree newark hotel parking

    waited longer to get a van. All other hotel vans came twice but ours came late, which was having some passengers already inside (It was suppose to be empty? ) and just picked only few. However driver called for another van and we waited longer for our turn.

    The only negative is needing to take the Air Tran to P4, but fortunately the shuttle arrived right after we got there.

    The shuttle that came from Doubletree to pick us up at EWR was a van and didn't have enough space to accommodate all the passengers, The driver was rude and forced everybody in like a pack of sardines. He was also late. (10: 05 pm).

    The fees were extremely affordable compared to using the parking lot on airport grounds. I will use this every time. There was not one issue or complaint!
