    My family and I waited over 45 min for a shuttle in the cold and rain. Everything was good but very few shuttles for the amount of people. I called three times was told that it was on the way. I guess cut backs, are going to make them lose customers, I know they lost me.

    When arrived at Sheraton, service was not infomring enough. Misled the customer on the correct process. It did work out in the end when we returned, but they must inform public in a little more detail of what they need to do.

    We will probably not use this parking facility again. We didn't like the fact that you had to take the tram to get to the shuttle pick up and when we returned the tram was not working and we had to take a bus. It took us 45 minutes to get our car. We will probably find another self-park lot the next time we fly or have someone drive us to the airport and pick us up.

    The return shuttle was horrible. Totally disorganized and dangerous. Overlly packed with passengers to the point of being unsafe. The first shutlle that came did not even put luggage in the back so suitcases were brought onboard. We waited for the next. Our luggage was loaded in back and then we barely were able to squeeze onto the shuttle. It almost left us behind with our luggage onboard.

    Only real drawback for this service is being dropped off and picked up at P4 train station. You have to hustle your luggage pretty far to check in. But if you dont have a lot of luggage - it is a pretty nice service. Also - if you want immediate pick-up or delivery - this service is not for you. It runs on a schedule - period.

    The Sheraton and shuttle were great. There were just too many turns at the and I got turned around. I don't know if the signs for frontage rd were good from my direction. I was happy enough to try this again though.

    The Sheraton staff were very nice. I lost my yellow slip to get out of the parking and they looked my name up in the computer and got ne a new one. Great job.
