    the shuttle didn't show up for 30 mins and no one answered the phone.

    Horrible experience, would NEVER recommend this option to anyone. Got to the Hilton at 4am and was told that the shuttle was a first come first serve basis, there were 9 people already waiting, which I didnt know was the rest were in the lobby sitting down and the people out front were holding the spot, the women at the front desk was rude and said that I could take a cab over if I didnt want to wait for the next shuttle I had a 6am flight that I just made as they were closing the doors of the plane, then on our return the confirmation page (reservation receipt) said shuttle picks up every 20 minutes from P4. Not explaining that you had to take a bus to P4 location I went and so did other people to P4 which was the parking deck at the airport. When I called the hilton 3 times they said he was on his way, we waited an hour and had to take a cab and pay $25. This would keep me from even using the hotel if there shuttle service is so unreliable.

    No muss no fuss. Paid when we parked, and then just packed up our bags into the car when we returned and were on our way. Can't beat the price.

    I really like parking here because you get the safety and security of a hotel and can wait in the lobby for the shuttle which is prompt most of the time. They even give you warm cookies when you check-in to the front desk for parking. I wish they were available for my upcoming trip but unfortunately not...

    It is disconcerting to see that the attendant for the shuttle takes luggage from the man showing openly money while those of us who were passed by the previous shuttle because there was no space for luggage. The person with the money exposed came after the rest of us who filled the shutttle.

    there is no indication that you should stop by the hotel when you park. They are supposed to give you a ticket although you get one when you enter the parking. Once you leave you are supposed to return a yellow copy of the ticket or cannot take the car out. All sounds reasonable but not well explained and I had to wait 20 mins at the lobby to get any attention ... the hotel needs to smooth the service and make it easier otherwise it's not worth it parking here

    The shuttle never came to P4 to pick us up, we called front desk and spoke to Ahmed, he tried to contact the driver but could not, after waiting for mor than an hour we took a cab in order to get to hotel parking lot, once we got there I talked to front desk, he apologized but did not give us a any reason.

    Airport Parking Reservations is the best!!! We are were in Connecticut and looking for an affordable way to get to Newark. The shuttles were expensive and we decided to drive. This was our first time using your service and we could not be happier!! We parked at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Newark Airport and the staff was wonderful! They made certain that we knew how to use the Airtran and also made certain that we knew how to get back to the parking area on the Airtran route where the hotel shuttle would pick us up on our return. The ease of leaving our car for one week in parking was surprising to us, we didn't think it was possible! Thank you Airport Parking Reservations we will definitely use your services in the future!!

    The shuttle didn't pick up or drop off at the terminal so you have to take the AirTran. I didn't see this mentioned prior to booking and had to pay for a taxi to take me to the parking lot as taking the Air Tran was not an option when travelling with a toddler and disabled elderly person. I will not park here again.
