Had to wait 45 minutes for pick up on return. After waiting 25 min, the shuttle which came to pick me up didn't even pause long enough for me to navigate the other vehicles stopped at the terminal - and left. Called again and they said that shuttle would circle around. It never did and I had to wait another 20 minutes. So long Dollar parking! I have used them every time that I travelled from LGA. No more.

Making reservations was easy Although shuttles both ways were quick. I wish there was a more defined pick up location at la guardia. We had to flag the shuttle when we saw it coming. My car came back very dusty and dirty So I'm unsure if the car was parked inside or outside The lady at the parking counter of dollar airport parking (return trip) was not the friendliest or helpful. The lady that worked during our departure was much nicer but even though I gave her a printout of all my confirmation with my contac details, she still asked me to spell out all my info I recommend to call when asking for pickup from airport. I texted the number on the ticket but they did not receive my text message Rates were very reasonable. Make sure to search Internet for coupon code because its out there Overall satisfied with the experience

I was disappointed when I got in my car and noticed the seat and all mirrors had been adjusted along with the radio station. It makes me wonder how much my vehicle was driven while it was parked. Without addressing this I'm unsure that I will use Dollar again for my parking needs.

Drop-off was crowded and hectic but went fine. On return, the shuttle was fairly prompt to pick us up. However, the staff seemed to forget about us after we paid and it took a long time to bring our car around (even though we called ahead with our ticket number when we arrived, and the lot was not busy at that time).

the desk did not have the reservation that I made on line. the person that checked me out told me to pay the whole check even thou I had made a reservation. cause she couldnt find it. I had to go into my email while I was there to rpove to her I had a reservation and had made a deposit.

There is really something wrong with the pickup process. I used the text method and recieved a reply that my car will be ready to be picked up. A van did not come to pick us up. I called and was told that there is no way to know where I am and ask me which terminal we were at. When I arrived at Dollar, I was told that by two people including Mary that the box on the desk replied to me and they have no control over it. They said that I must call the voice number to be picked up. So why is there a text number, it is of no use to anyone, Mary said there is nothing they do with the information.

Don't let negative reviews scare you. We parked our car. A shuttle was waiting for us to leave. We arrived at the airport 5 minutes after we got to dollar parking. Once in the airport my brother in law realized he left his cell phone in the car. He called up and they promptly retrieved the phone and had a shuttle driver meet him outside our terminal with the phone! Upon return we waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle and then our car was ready when we got to lot. Very pleased w the service.

When we were picked up at the airport the driver called in my ticket number. When we to the parking garage, I paid and still had to wait 15 mins. for my car. I was the only person there at the time waiting for a pickup. There were 2 others renting. I do not understand why the driver calls in my number and then I have to wait when it is not busy.

Everyone I encountered was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the prompt service, and friendly attitudes. This included the counter staff, the shuttle drivers and the lot attendants. I would use this service again if I am flying from LGA.

The pickup took a long time, and the instructions--wave the bus down--were inadequate. I was told to wait outside American, but the bus was stationed down by United for a long time--too far away for me to distinguish that it was Dollar.

Dollar. We provide the ticket number when we call fro the terminal...but the car is never there when we arrive to pay...the interval from the call to arrival at dollar is anywhere from 20 minutes to a half hour. Then once we pay we can wait another 10 to 15 minutes (occasionally longer to get the car. Really unacceptable.

Dollar car rental was the worst parking facility we have used for LGA. The staff was rude, not honest with us, and made us wait for 45 minutes for a pickup from the airport after telling us it would only be 4-5 minutes. We will never use them again. If you want more information let me know

Only one problem with your service. Had to wait almost an hour to get my car out of the parking garage when I returned from my trip. We were told our car was on a lift and that was the reason for the delay. If you know a customer is returning on a certain day then those cars should be moved to the front earlier in the day to prevent customers waiting an hour to get their car back.

A woman by the name Lisa had to be called three times to send a shuttle. I had to wait in the freezing cold with two small children for over half an hour to be picked up by the shuttle. I would never use the parking at Dollar rent a car near Laguardia ever again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. When I called for pickup at the airport, nobody answered the phone. The shuttle next door from the Clarion gave me a ride. The attendants were rude as was the man that delivered my car to me. I will never use your parking again!

Checking in and shuttling to LGA between 9:00 -9:30 AM on Thanksgiving morning was fine. Coming home however was not. The woman answering the phone was so disengaged and you could barely make out what she was saying. Although I texted my # the driver requeste my ticket and read my number over the phone to the woman. When the van arrived the woman said that the computers were down. She was absolutely clueless and offered no explanations or peace of mind. I saw my car right outsid the window and it was beyond frustrating that she remained clueless. Fortunatelty there was a gentleman there who took our tickets and our credit cards and ran the transactions in the office . I was not happy and my take my business to Avistar. You need a more professional engaged team of representatives working that LGA location.

The attendant that brought my car upon leaving was very rude. Since this was the end of my otherwise good experience, it will be what I remember most when deciding where to park next time. There are so many offsite parking lots available, why use one where an employee yells at the customers.

perhaps it was pure luck but the shuttle bus was pulling up to the terminal as I was walking out. i didn't even call for pickup. the driver phone ahead to have my car ready. checking out was a breeze. from pickup to checkout to sitting in my car maybe 12 minutes total.

The shuttle driver on my way back was a nightmare. He was not speaking clearly, wasn't courteous, was kind fo rude with customers coming from CO, only women and not nice at all, then his way of driving was so poor: inefficient, horning for no reason etc... I have no name to give it to you, because on the top of this his name wasn't on the board inside the truck as it should be. Otherwise everyone was nice and efficient as usual. The shuttle going to airport was great. But the pickup took 27 minutes. They never called the driver to pick me up. They told me to flag a van down. When the driver came he informed me he didn't know I was waiting. It was in the evening and why would you leave a customer outside that long.

Drop off was a breeze. Pickup, however was excruciatingly long. I texted the lot in advance, as they suggested, yet it still took almost 1hr to get the car. And that's with just one other customer in front of me, and no other customers in sight. Inexcusable, as there were at least 5 drivers pulling the rental cars (not for rental customers - just restocking the rental lot) and completely ignoring me and the other parking customer.... and that still went on for a good half hour after we both complained to the front desk staff. Not what I'd call good customer service.

I texted the number that Dollar Airport Parking provided me when I arrived back at LGA, then I waited 30 minutes and no shuttle came. I called them and they said someone was on the way. 15 minutes later the shuttle did arrive and called ahead to have my car pulled out. However, when I showed up at the parking lot, 10 minutes later, the car wasn't ready and the attendant who was just sitting around doing nothing, begrudgingly got up to get my car for me. It was a frustrating experience and I won't use them again.

Car was not ready when I finally got to Dollar . I had texted and called twice . 15 minute delay due to construction. Then the car ahead of me blocked the exit due to a problem with their rental papers. Attendant staff were not attentive and almost rude in disallowing me to drive around the car and exit. All these delays cost me a vital half hour. I have used you for years because you're fast and quick and this was notthe case at all last night.

We had the wost experience this time at Dollar parking. Had to wait 45 minutes to get our car once we arrived at parking garage after calling when we got off plane. Parkers had to go down each aisle to find cars as they had not been logged in. Unbelieveable!! We will probably not park here in the future.

There was only one attendant trying to service several customers who wanted to either rent a car or just retrieve their car from parking. My wait to leave with my car was excessive (20 minutes) due to this. You need to have more people at the front desk at the NYC-LGA Dollar Park and Drive.

While parked in the Dollar Airport Parking at LaGuardia something dripped on the right front fender of the car ( perhaps battery acid) and ruined the paint. I did not see this when I picked up the car because the garage pickup area was dark. I noticed it when I got home. I called the manager twice and never received a return call. I will never use the garage again.

My biggest complaint was that it took 25 minutes to get my car, it was evidently misplaced in the garage. It was in good condition and the parking is convenient, but I am somewhat hesitent to use these lot again, due to the lack of organization.
