The worst. Do not use. We were told the shuttle van service wait time going to the airport would be 20-30 minutes. Had to take a cab instead. And when we got back the shuttle never showed up at the terminal. Texting Dollar when you land, as the receipt tells you to do, never works according to the manager.

Overall experience was very good. There were only one desk clerk taking care of rental and parking. Since I was there in busy time, I needed to wait until she finished with rental customers.
They did not have a dedicated person for the airport parking and have to wait until one of the rental agents became available which took about 10 minutes
Both pickup and drop off the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional We we're over charged and it took her 5 minutes of convincing that I was being over charged. All she need to do was look at the receipt provided by the parking service to see what I owed. Other attendants and security were professional and courteous. Will never use dollar again.
The time it took for the attendant to find my car, wash all the bird droppings off it, and get it to me
It took far too long to get picked up by the shuttle and brought back to get my car after landing. Over an hour.
We waited over an hour for the shuttle at midnight after texting the info, as they had instructed. Make sure you call, not just text. The guy said (afterwards....) that the machine is in the corner and they don't always get the text. We waited even after we called. The whole operation seems sub-par to AirPark, which is ALWAYS stellar, but was full.
When I dropped off my car, I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter until someone approached to check me in. There was no one ahead of me in line. When I arrived back at LGA, I texted the info as requested on the receipt -- I received no response. I then called the number listed, had to go through a voice mail menu, and finally got through to someone to let them know I needed a pickup at Delta C. As soon as I said "Delta C," she hung up -- no acknowledgement, no time estimate, nothing. Once I got my car back at Dollar, there were a few cars ahead of me in line to get out. The driver of the car in front left her car to go back inside and figure something out/argue with the staff, thereby leaving her car blocking anyone else who wanted to leave. No one in charge told her to move the car, or move the car for her -- nothing. All in all, pretty bad customer service and I doubt I'll be using Dollar again.
dropping off car and getting to the airport was a breeze. But pick up was not. Took a long time to get shuttle (more that 15 min) and even longer time to get the car once we got to Dollar (more that 20)
I waited an hour anf the parking attendants were discouteous. I WILL NOT USE dOLLAR lONG TERM PARKING AGAIN. 1
We had a woman pick us up and she told us to go into the parking garage. After standing there for 1/2 hr I went it to find out that I was supposed to stand in line and pay! She had long cornrows and was not very nice or helpful! This was Sunday night around 8:30! Hope you can talk to her about her job and people skills!! Not a happy customer dice we still had a 2 hr ride home!!

We had to wait a shuttle driver more then 50 min. when been in rush to the flight. That's not acceptable.
I had to wait longer than I expected for my car when I came to pick it up.
Understaffed at desk when returned for pick up. Only one girl at desk for rentals. No one at return.
slow to pick up and super slow to get my car despite calling before even getting outside. why they didn't have my car ready was a mystery.
The parking lot attendant was very rude when I went to park my car. For more than 10 minutes there were no one to attend. Later when someone showed up and said that the wait time to park my car was 25 minutes. When I told them that I would miss my flight they said they would not care and they advised me to find parking else where if I cannot wait. And when I came back and called the parking for shuttle service the wait time was more than 25 minutes again. My over all experience with Dollar airport parking has been stressful and will never park my car there. Usually I park my car in Parking spot and they are the best in the business when compared to Dollar parking.
I waited for the shuttle to pick me up for 30 minutes and had to call twice. Once I arrived at the parking lot I had to wait for about 25 minutes for my car to come so that I could drive home. I arrived to LGA at about 11:15 pm. Unacceptable wait times at a time of day when it wasn't at all busy.
