I gave a two-star rating because of the misunderstanding when arriving back from my trip. Before departing I was told to text/call a number to arrange pickup and that it would take 15-20 mins to arrive. OK. that's fine. However, when I arrived and called the number, the operator said nothing about what the vehicle would look like. About 20 mins after I saw a "Dollar" shuttle bus, but it wasn't clear that was for Dollar Airport Parking. In addition, I wasn't told that I would have to flag down the shuttle bus. I was under the impression that it would pull over to pick me up, as do all of the other cars, taxis, and buses in the terminal.
This is for Dollar parking. Nobody at the desk, so car was not ready when arrived. Had to wait for someone to finally come to the desk. Then had to wait a long time for car, which should have been ready when I got there. The whole process took much too long. Will not be using Dollar again.
every radio station changed on my car
you need more staff when i arrived to drop off my car ti was unreal people were waiting over an hour to pick up there reserved car. No one was there to help me
I waited almost an hour to be picked up from the airport. After flying all day this is very frustrating. I called four times and was told that the shuttle was almost there. The driver didn't even get off from his seat to help me with the luggage. I had the tip on my hand and after his attitude decided not to give it to him. when I picked up the car, the attendant didn't even offer a hand with the luggage and just walked away. I will not park here again.
A pleasant experience
frequency of the van to pick up from the airport is terrible on top of that your phone no with voice mail is really annoying esp when someone is waiting on the airport to be picked up
We were in our car in less than 20 min. It was easy and the employees were a delight!
Front desk slow, parking overcrowded. Also on reserving they didn't tell me my vehicle was oversized. So I ended up paying more than a car service. Next time I will rent a car and leave it at the airport.

Mixed experience. Making the reservation and car drop off were fast and easy with very pleasant attendants. Unfortunately when we picked up our car a week later there was a new dent in the fender. Manager was not very pleasant in this interaction- we are hoping that he and the company will do the right thing in the long run and follow through on fixing the damage.
Finding and reserving a parking spot with your system was quite easy. Parking and being picked up after the flight was great also (as expected from a car rental company) but after waiting on line and paying the balance due I had to wait an additional hour for someone to finally bring down my car. I understand "Parking" is not your primary business but finding and delivering a car in an hour is unacceptable. A horrible experience.

After we parked we ended up taking a cab to the airport. The shuttle was suppose to come with in 15 min from us dropping off the car. It came after 20 min and when it did the driver went on break
My experience was a nightmare. I plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company. The shuttle failed to pick us up at the airport to bring us to our car. Even after about 6 phone calls and assurance that the shuttle was on its way, it never arrived. All other shuttles were passing us by, but not dollar. When it finally did pass by, it just sped by and didn't stop for us. We eventually convinced another shuttle to take us to our car which was against their rules, but the felt bad for us and accomodated. When we got to the garage to pick up the car, the locating system was down and they could not locate the car. It took them atleast another half hour to get the cars after an hour of trying to get to the garage. This was a major convenience since it was already past midnight and we were exhausted and had to work the following morning.
