Made travel much easier.
Check-in took forever. There wasn't anyone helping people trying to drop off cars, a couple of whom were on tight time-to-flight schedules. It seems as if someone should be checking cars in when you pull in, rather than walking away from your vehicle and then standing on line to register. On the other end we called 3 times to get someone to come pick us up because the wait took a long time (it was late in the evening - not a lot of traffic - shouldn't have taken so long). Not sure we will use the Dollar lot in the future. It is fair to note that our car was returned to us in good condition which was reassuring after the "relaxed" attitude of the employees.
when we first arrived we waited 15 min. for the shuttle. on our return it was less than 5 min.
The representatives at Dollar Airport Parking were incredibly slow and unhelpful. It was a "third party company" next to the counter for the Dollar car rental counter; the parking company kept me waiting for a long time when I arrived to drop off before anyone even came to the counter, and I asked at least 5 attendants/reps from the car rental side if they could see if there was anyone available, and they all said "no, it's a third party company, not our concern." Finally, the employees who had been chatting in the back decided to come and help me. On top of that, the shuttle took a long time; and the phone line for customer service was also atrocious. Every time I called the NY specific line, it would take me to a general center dealing with the car rental side of the company, and they kept re-routing me to people who couldn't help me. It was so ridiculous. Will never use this parking lot again.
Very disappointed and frustrated with this company. Was a first and LAST time ever using them again. I waited 45 minutes last night to get the shuttle to come pick me up. I called 3 different times. The first 2 times I asked where specifically I needed to stand and they just said go outside and that's it. The 3rd time someone different answered and told me where to go but I still had to wait 10 more minutes. What makes no sense is you could literally walk to this place from LGA. I called at 11:36pm and got picked up at at almost 12:30am. No one else was around. When I got there there were a ton of other frustrated customers standing in line. Use with caution.
Made reservation at Dollar LGA only when my usual alternatives were all booked. When I pulled up there was a line of incoming cars 6 deep waiting on the street (at 4 in the afternoon, not the middle of the night), with no attendant in sight to allow cars to get through the gate. I almost panicked and drove off to try to find a spot in the airport when after at least 10 minutes someone came by to let the cars in. On the return they didn't ask for the ticket number over the phone like other off site parking places, so they can get your car out. After I paid the parking fee, I waited OVER 30 minutes before my car was retrieved. Moral of the story...book a reservation early where you want.
I was hesitant to park here since I didn't know what to expect. They were friendly at 5:00am when I arrived and got me right over to the airport. I was picked up on my return about 5 minutes after I called and was in my car on the road about 10 minutes later. All around excellent service.
Your customer service will ruin your business in no time flat. I waited for a long time to get to the terminal and although pick up upon arrival was fast your driver drove like a maniac and was as rude as could possibly be. In addition my car was dented and I didn't realize it until the following morning when I was going to work. I would be hard pressed to use your services again!
The wait time both ways was twice as long as your competitors. I wasn't greeted when I pulled in. Other people that were waiting got into a taxi instead of waiting. I complained when I returned but was not satisfied with the reason. She said because because they are busy with rentals of three brands they can't provide good service for parking. If you can't provide good parking services get out of the business. Why accept mediocrity.
Dropping off the car was fine and the shuttle was there to take us right away. Coming home it was unorganized. Person at desk had zero personality and took a long time to get to her. Then when we were waiting of the car the attendants were all over the place. Blocking the outgoing cars for over 5 minutes just to get out. Need to fix that. Ty
Show never came to the airport when I landed waited 40 minutes had to walk then the counterperson had an attitude Called numerous times they pick up the phone and hung it up
From the time I landed to the time I pulled off in my car, it was over an hour. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
Dollar Parking shuttle took over 45 mins for pickup at LGA. this after 5 calls and text messages sent requesting a pickup. Once back at lot they where unable to locate my vehicle for 30 mins! Won't use them again!
After waiting over 20 minutes for the shuttle, it was jammed pact when it arrived and I had to stand near the front to avoid waiting even longer for another shuttle.
This was a complete disaster. We waited for the shuttle for over 40 minutes. We called 3 times and texted twice. When we got to the lot we waited over 30 minutes to pay for and get our car. The girl at the counter was incredibly rude.
When I returned they lost my car for 25 minutes and told me they could not find it. Then they brought the wrong car. Eventually they did find it but they need to be better organized. The counter people take care of the car rental people customers before the parking customers so you have to wait a few minutes at the counter.
Lines were long and wait was excessive. They should find a way to separate out those who are parking from those who are renting or returning rental cars.

Do not always answer when calling for a pickup. Do not tell you how long it will be before pickup which is strange since van driver is constantly talking to desk. Cashier for parking spent 10 minutes talking to some lady about how to get somewhere on the subway even though it was late and there were people in line waiting. I'm not using Dollar again - not that they care one way or another.
