Very nice staff, picked us up at the airport in a reasonable timeframe, would park there again
Everything went pretty good... Service was slow at the office, but the online system was good for reservations.
It started out good: friendly, the attendant stapled my discount coupon to my ticket so I would have it when returning and paying. When I returned to pay, it was pointed out that the fine print showed the coupon was expired. Ok, fair enough, but why have it available to print on the web if expired? But here's the thing: the cashier Teri was totally unsympathetic. There I was wondering if I was being scammed, or just the victim of bad management and terrible marketing, and all she wanted was to get in the last word to show that she had all the cards. It left a bad taste. The car attendant was sympathetic: he said the employees were treated badly too. I'm ok, though, because there are lots of other places for my family, friends and me to park.
I had to call twice for pickup when I arrived to LGA. Otherwise the service is ypically excellent
First time using this service and was very happy. The shuttle was actually waiting for me upon my return, and so was the car. Had no problems with calling upon my arrival, although I didn't do the text and you do need to press a couple of buttons to get a person. The guy who took my car even gave me a free day coupon, which made me very happy. And the car was returned with no dings or scratches, so overall very pleased.

We called the # on our parking ticket from inside the JETBLUE terminal as instructed. We then waited at ground transportation for 45 minutes before being picked up. Our 1st call went unanswered - then we texted the # on our little card - finally, the 3rd attempt to contact you, did we speak with a person and the shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. We were freezing and very upset about this. This was not what we expected, we then had to wait on a long line back inside the office to retrieve our car. There should have been more people working the desk, or at least moving faster. Yes, it was Christmas Day, but customer service was severely compromised in my opinion and there were other disgruntled customers there when I was. This is an honest assessment. I would seriously listen to the complaints, they are legitimate and troubling. Thank you.
The system of texting ticket number when I was returning did not seem to work.
No problem with the Web Reservation Service or the Shuttle Service, but the Reservation Staff at Dollar need some courtesy training.
Dollar Parking was good, shuttle going to airport prompt. Waited 30 minutes for return shuttle and the driver was rude. The AM employees were courteous and PM employees were less so.
on return, the person answering the phone was rude and unable to listen to a very precise question of where to find the shuttle.
Drop off was ok waited a while before being helped but rep was courteous, same when picking up car. Once we received our receipt I was instructed to give a copy to security outside and car would be brought to me, I handed to security as soon as I got outside and waited over 30 minutes for my car cause he forgot I had given my receipt to him. Mind you I was traveling with two kids and our flight was delayed so it didn't make matters any better
My fiancée and I used your service while flying separate airlines at LaGuardia. We were both picked up promptly and arrived at almost the same time to your garage. The car was even washed which we weren't expecting. We were extremely happy with your drivers in the shuttle and the people who watched our car. We will definitely be referring ALL of our friends who go to LaGuardia to your business
It took an hour from calling the lot to getting in my car totally unacceptable.
On 7/12, no one greeted us at 5:50AM when we pulled into the Dollar rental garage. When we got out and walked to the office an attendant yelled across the lot at us to leave the keys in the car.The lady attendant at the counter was not courteous. The bus driver did not help us on or off the bus with our luggage. Upon return to LGA on 7/19, I called the number on the ticket which at first was an automated response. When I finally got the operator on the phone she told me to flag the bus at the arrival area. There are 3 possible lanes to wait for the bus. The Transit officer told us to wait in the center lane but the bus came to first lane which required dashing across the busy road. Bus driver did not help us on with our luggage.
We arrived at midnight on Sunday. We waited about 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Apparently there was only one shuttle, and LOTS of people were waiting. When he finally arrived, many people got on. The bus driver said there were too many people on the shuttle and he would need to shut down the service because it was a safety issue. So people had to get off before he would leave. I fail to understand why he didn't count as people got on so he could stop people when the shuttle was full. And I also don't understand why there was only one shuttle running. Tempers ran high, and this company was foolish. When we arrived at the Dollar counter, people didn't know what line to stand in, and several people were never given tickets to get their vehicles to begin with. A bit more clarity by this company and more foresight to have appropriate transportation for its customers would have been greatly appreciated. I have used Dollar in the past and have not had this kind of issue, but this was a total mess. I hope they learn something from this and do better in the future!
Dollar shuttle took 45 minutes to pick up, the people at the counter were rude. I will never use them again. Very poor service and bad attitude as well. They treat parking as a nuisance.
