Allow 20 additional minutes for dropping off your car and transportation to your terminal. Completely enclosed customer drop off and return keeping you out of the weather. OVERSIZE VEHICLES: SUVs and other Oversize vehicles which are 15ft or longer or 7ft and higher (or 8ft in height regardless of length). Airport Transportation

LaGuardia Airport shuttle service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Free shuttles to and from your airline terminal. The shuttles are 2007 and 2008 - 14 passenger vans, with high capacity padded luggage racks. Allow 20 additional minutes for dropping off your car and transportation to your terminal. The shuttles run every 20 minutes.

    Mixed experience. Making the reservation and car drop off were fast and easy with very pleasant attendants. Unfortunately when we picked up our car a week later there was a new dent in the fender. Manager was not very pleasant in this interaction- we are hoping that he and the company will do the right thing in the long run and follow through on fixing the damage.

    Finding and reserving a parking spot with your system was quite easy. Parking and being picked up after the flight was great also (as expected from a car rental company) but after waiting on line and paying the balance due I had to wait an additional hour for someone to finally bring down my car. I understand "Parking" is not your primary business but finding and delivering a car in an hour is unacceptable. A horrible experience.

    After we parked we ended up taking a cab to the airport. The shuttle was suppose to come with in 15 min from us dropping off the car. It came after 20 min and when it did the driver went on break

    My experience was a nightmare. I plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company. The shuttle failed to pick us up at the airport to bring us to our car. Even after about 6 phone calls and assurance that the shuttle was on its way, it never arrived. All other shuttles were passing us by, but not dollar. When it finally did pass by, it just sped by and didn't stop for us. We eventually convinced another shuttle to take us to our car which was against their rules, but the felt bad for us and accomodated. When we got to the garage to pick up the car, the locating system was down and they could not locate the car. It took them atleast another half hour to get the cars after an hour of trying to get to the garage. This was a major convenience since it was already past midnight and we were exhausted and had to work the following morning.

    Prefer Clarion parking but had to use Dollar. Although they are good, the service is VERY slow. Waited over 25 mins for pickup at airport upon return and waited another 20 mins at location for vehicle.

    BE PREPARED TO WAIT WHEN PICKING UP YOUR CAR UPON YOUR RETURN HOME. My wife and I were picked up at the Airport by the Dollar Shuttle bus - that I did NOT have to wait to long for. I was asked for my Parking Stub - the driver called in the numbers to their office. Wow...I thought that was great....All I have to do is get there and the car will be waiting...NOT SO !!! When my wife & I got there - we were dropped off and my wife waited outside and I went in and was confronted with a line of (8) people who were being by (1) Salesperson. These folks on line were (1) Reserving Rental Cars (2) Returning Rental Cars (3) Picking Up there cars that were parked (Like Me) (4) Checking in Cars for Airport Parking. After about 25 minutes I finally got a ticket to give at the gate. My car was brought down and NO one offered to help my wife with the luggage. Now the fun begins...Trying to get out - Was S-O-O disorganized - It took another 10 minutes to exit. STAY AWAY !!!! There are many more better alternatives. Shame...Shame on these folks !!!

    It started out good: friendly, the attendant stapled my discount coupon to my ticket so I would have it when returning and paying. When I returned to pay, it was pointed out that the fine print showed the coupon was expired. Ok, fair enough, but why have it available to print on the web if expired? But here's the thing: the cashier Teri was totally unsympathetic. There I was wondering if I was being scammed, or just the victim of bad management and terrible marketing, and all she wanted was to get in the last word to show that she had all the cards. It left a bad taste. The car attendant was sympathetic: he said the employees were treated badly too. I'm ok, though, because there are lots of other places for my family, friends and me to park.

    First time using this service and was very happy. The shuttle was actually waiting for me upon my return, and so was the car. Had no problems with calling upon my arrival, although I didn't do the text and you do need to press a couple of buttons to get a person. The guy who took my car even gave me a free day coupon, which made me very happy. And the car was returned with no dings or scratches, so overall very pleased.

    We called the # on our parking ticket from inside the JETBLUE terminal as instructed. We then waited at ground transportation for 45 minutes before being picked up. Our 1st call went unanswered - then we texted the # on our little card - finally, the 3rd attempt to contact you, did we speak with a person and the shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. We were freezing and very upset about this. This was not what we expected, we then had to wait on a long line back inside the office to retrieve our car. There should have been more people working the desk, or at least moving faster. Yes, it was Christmas Day, but customer service was severely compromised in my opinion and there were other disgruntled customers there when I was. This is an honest assessment. I would seriously listen to the complaints, they are legitimate and troubling. Thank you.
