We are always happy when we park here. We love that they pick you up and drop you off right at your car. Also you don't have to deal with the long wait of making several stops. They take you straight there. Drivers are also very friendly. -Thank you

We always have great experience when we park here! Also we have never waited more than 5-10 minutes for a shuttle. We love the service directly to your car. It is so convenient. I also like that you don't have to wait while they make several stops on the way. Drivers are always very friendly and helpful.

Only problem was when we called from the airport as we arrived back home from our trip on Wednesday, which is when we were told to call and let you know we were ready for a pick up. A guy named Andy answered and was quite rude to my wife telling her if we were not at the 513 exit on the third island we were not getting picked up. He laughed and then hung up on her.

Will not use DIA Park anymore. Shuttle bus was unsafe. Seat belt unusable, rear seat not bolted down. This lot should be removed from APR listing until safety issues are resolved. Dave Van Abel Lakewood, CO

We appreciate being able to stay at the Comfort Inn, and having the shuttle taking us to it the evening before leaving, then picking us up the next morning.

I will not park in this lot again. I was not impressed with the quality of lot. The carports are not big enough to fully fit your truck under. The parking was options were poor. I was very disappointed in this experience and will not reccomend it to friends or family. We waited a long time for the shuttle (30+ minutes) while other companies came and went several times. (canopy for example came through at least 4x's while we waited for the shuttle. ) The bus on the way there was dirty and not a quality vehile. Drivers were nice and did a good job of driving.

My only negative is that I had to wait 20 -25 minutes to get picked up on my return. After a long trip, I need the reliability of the shuttle being every 10 minutes. This would be my answer to the "other".

Very courteous driver, when we arrived back in denver there was almost a foot of snow and the driver helped brush our car off and made sure we got going. Very friendly and helpfull!

The parking lot had black ice, which was hazardous. Also, when I picked up my car, it was very dirty (mud splashed on windows and sides). Both shuttle drivers were very friendly and courteous.

DIA Park offer a safe and reliable parking service close to Denver Airport. They have 24 hour surveillance for your piece of mind at a great rate. Make a reservation today to avoid disappointment. You will need to arrive 20 minutes before you need to be at the departure terminals. Once you have parked the shuttle bus will pick you up, you will receive free help with your luggage and be transported to DIA for free at any time of the night or day. When you return, you will need to call the phone number on your claim check for immediate pick up to be returned to your car. The current pick-up location at the airport is Level 5, out door 513 on the East Side of the Terminal, then walk out to Island 3. Directions, phone numbers and other information will be on your receipt. While your car is with DIA Park you can have it washed or detailed, please inquire when you check in.
