We recommend that you arrive at least 2 hours before your flight time. Upon arrival at the hotel, please come inside with a PRINTED COPY of your reservation to avoid being delayed. Shuttle leaves 4AM to 1AM. Pick-up FROM the airport is ON DEMAND. Please collect your luggage and head to the courtesy shuttle van pick-up area located at the Lower Level. Call us at 972-399-1010 and allot 30 min for pick-ups.

    The driver for the pick up was very rude. He tried to separate a 2 person party. He tried to close the rear door stating there was no more room and he needed to send a larger van for the pick up; however, he did not ask if there was space on the van before stating this or trying to close the door. After I explained there was another person in my party and I was not leaving without that person, then he tried to explain he wanted to pull over to the side to add my luggage into the van. The wait time for pick up was nearly 30 minutes and this was my experience after waiting.

    We called for the shuttle at the time we arrived, one hour and 15min later shuttle arrived, 4 calls to get the shuttle and 4 calls to see where the shuttle was.

    Shuttle only leaves parking every hour on the hour, so make sure you are there very early. It took the shuttle over 45 minutes to pick us back up from the airport. When I returned to get my car, it was boxed in and I could not leave the parking area. Cars were double parked on the fire lane. Will never use again. Not worth the money saved!

    The shuttle was on time to take us to the airport but whenever we returned from our trip the shuttle took 2 phone calls for them to respond. The operator said at the 2nd time I called that she did not request the order to the driver because she was new. I guess she forgot. Bad service

    Had to wait more than an hr for the shuttle from hotel to airport. Fortunately I got to hotel way ahead of time. On return flight had to wait 50 mins for the shuttle back to hotel. I give then a 6.5 review!

    Do not use the DFW airport hotel and convention center, spend your money somewhere else. Hotel staff was rude and slow, the shuttle left at 8:58 to pick up somebody st the airport, while I was told it would leave at 9. I missed the shuttle and was told to wait till 10.

    I ended up taking an uber to and from the airport because the shuttle times were too inconvenient. It should leave every 30 minutes instead of on the hour. Also, I did not want to have to wait for at least 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport upon arrival.

    The trip to the airport was great, no waiting and a friendly driver. We arrived at DFW in what seemed like just a few minutes. When we arrived back from vacation, it was a different story. I called for the shuttle 3 times and there was never an answer. I finally called the front desk and they were able to reach a dispatcher. We were told to watch for a Toyota mini-van. After sitting where we were told to wait and watching several shuttles from different companies coming and going for an hour, I called back. We waited for another 30 minutes and I called again and was told the driver took "the big van" I told the dispatcher that we asked every driver that arrived if they were from the DFW Motel and none were. One time during our wait, a large shuttle slowed down, never stopped, and then left before I could ask the driver. After 2 hours, and one final phone call, the dispatcher called for a driver and told me that he would be in the Toyota mini-van this time. He finally arrived and we finally got a ride back to the parking garage. I realize things happen and this might be an isolated incident, but we probably won't be using this shuttle again even though it was the cheapest.

    I arrived at the lot and was greated with multiple problems. 1. Parking is first come first serve and in my case lot was mostly full and was difficult to find a spot. Taking a lot of time I didn't have to waste. 2. It was very early in the morning and dark we we arrived and the lot is poorly lit. Had a long, dark, wet walk back to front of building. Did I mention it was raining too. 3. I was not aware that the shuttle to airport only runs every hour so I had to use a cab that gouged our eyes with a rediculous price. We shared a cab to airport with another unhappy customer and it cost us $75! My experience was expensive and poor. Would NOT park here again.

    On our outbound trip we arrived as the hotel airport shuttle was about to leave. The driver would not wait. We were then told the next shuttle wouldn't be for an hour. Did not know that. We could not wait for fear of missing our flight. Staff arranged for a Lyft driver which cost $16, after being told it would be $11 less a $5 credit, in addition to what we paid to park and ride the hotel shuttle. The return trip worked as it should. Should we ever use a hotel park and shuttle service, it will most likely not be the same one.
