HORRIBLE, whatever you do DO NOT PARK there and leave your car. It was not the parking that was bad but when I returned to get my car at the airport and called them at 10:40 am to get a shuttle he said we only run on the hour but he would try to get someone out to me. at 11:30 no shuttle so I call and he said, it would be another 15 minutes, so 20 minutes later I call and he said it will be another 15 minutes. Now it is 12:00 at 12:15 I took a taxi back to the airport! I would never leave my car there again They are located 3.4 miles from the airport so why they could not get a shuttle there is beyond me.
shuttle hour ends at 12:30am and we had to take taxi to pick up our car.very dsappointed
Parking at the Day's Inn was very convenient, especially on the return trip where pickup at the airport was timely and for me, heading north, it was already several miles on the way home! The pickup frequency at the hotel of 1/hour is inconvenient - would prefer at least twice that frequency.
The driver of the van on the way back from the airport was driving rashly & was arrogant in some sense (demanding a tip at drop off time). The driver on the way to the airport however was very professional and offered to help with loading/unloading our bags, etc.
it would be great to have the shuttle receive an automatic sms once your flight land, and a reminder for the traveller itself on where to go exactly to meet up with driver.
Quick and easy. The only problem is that the parking lot is accessible from 2 streets, and they make you sign a liability waver. If anything happens to your car, you are on your own.
I was "truly" disappointed when I arrived and "no" shuttle was available to take me to the airport - had to take taxi for $25! Not good business practice!
Had to wait in the street for the shuttle bus. Glad the weather was fine.
My original reservation was cancelled. I picked the Days Inn and it was a long wait for the shuttle coming and going.
I had to spend $20 in cab fees to get to the airport from the lot. Their shuttle only runs hourly. I would have been better off parking at the airport for the amount I had to pay and the inconvenience.
shuttle only runs once every hour which seams ridiculous to me for a an airport parking place. i have parked at many places and the norm is usually 15-20 minutes. we had to actually park and than take a cab so we would not miss our flight
Parking at Days Inn worked out just fine. There's not many options at SFO, so I'll take what I can get.
