Would be a good parking provider if they didn't work for so many hotels. It took nearly one hour getting to the airport from the lot because the driver had to stop at nearly all the terminals and I was leaving from terminal E, and over 1 hr from the time I called them at the airport to get to the lot because again there were so many hotel stops before mine.
Before going to the motel to park I called the motel to sign up for the airport shuttle I needed. Upon arrival to the motel I parked where I wanted and checked in at the front desk. They helped me get change for smaller bills so I could tip the driver and the shuttle arrived. I had a 20 minute ride to my terminal. The shuttle driver, who had loaded my bag on earlier, then unloaded my bag from the shuttle. I arrived within 5 minutes of the time the motel had said I would when I called earlier to choose what shuttle to reserve. After my trip, i called the motel when i finished at the baggage claim. It took 20 minutes for me to be picked up and about 15 minutes to be dropped off. All this cost me an average of $6.66 per day in total which does beat the price of most of the airport parking options around. Overall I am very pleased and I would very much recommend this company.
Be advised-they use a general van to pick up multiple people at multiple hotels. Also I asked the hotel to tell the driver to call me-he did not and did not show up at the scheduled time. It then took another 45 minutes for him to 'circle around'. There are better options.

The wait time was over an hour. Ridiculous. It seemed as if there was only one driver doing the runs because there were lots of people waiting and the van was full. Unacceptable.
The parking price is reasonable, but the wait time to get pick-up from the airport is horrible ove an hour, total wait time was more than it took to fly back home. In addition, the shuttle have goes to several other hotels for pick-up which increases the time to catch ones flight. Overall Good
Normally, I dont write bad reviews. But Day's Inn transportation service is so bad that it took me 1hr 20 mins to get to parking lot after I called in for pick up. This has happened for more than 4 times in a row now. I would never park here again.
The Hotel and shuttle personnel were excellent. It was a bit difficult that the schedule ran the shuttles every 40 minutes so when we missed the ideal shuttle time we almost missed our flight to wait for the next shuttle and the distance it was from the airport. It was our own fault and the personnel did everything in the power to help us
We had to wait over 45 min to be picked up from the airport, and it turns out the shuttle is shared by several parking lots, so it took an extra 40 min to finally get to our car. Will not use this parking lot again!
I'm not sure who's fault it is but the parking lot was way over booked. Several people missed the shuttle and almost their flight do to trying to find a spot.
The driver's I've dealt with have been wonderful - they've been so kind, polite, courteous, and helpful.
Took an hour from airport to pickup. Circled twice in 2 terminals. Will have a friend drop me off or take uber next trip.

Parking was awesome and the price was fair. The only problem we had was having to wait an hour for the shuttle to pick us up upon our return. Unfortunately, we were late for another engagement we were attending.
The first time I called to request pick up the female that answered the phone was confused placed me on hold then hung up. I called back spoke with a male who stated the van would be there in 20 to 25 minutes. The van showed up 45 min later. This was with Days Inn off 114.
I did not know that I had to call ahead of time to make a reservation for a seat on the van. I feel like I was scammed because I ended up having to pay for a taxi in order to not miss my flight. The taxi guy was there in less than five minutes which makes me think the whole thing was planned. I will not park my car there again.
This worked exceptionally well for me. With all the construction around DFW, it was a big relief to let someone else do the driving getting me directly to my gate. The staff at Days Inn was courteous, helpful, and totally knowledgeable about their parking program. I will use their services any time I need to fly out of DFW and a place to economically park my car.
This was the worst place I have ever used. I parked at Days INN my wife called then to let them know we were ready to be picked up. The guy told her the van would be there in 20 min. At 33 mins I called them (they never called me) and ask where our ride was, he told me they were stuck at the airport entrance and he did not know why and did not know how long it would be. We did get picked up 57 mins after my wife called for a pickup. I am NOT Happy with my first experience with this. I most likely will not use this service again.
The Days Inn Grapevine location we were sent to was horrible. The drivers are rude and the people at the desk are unorganized. The driver that picked us up from the airport was the worse. He drove down rough roads at very unsafe speeds putting the passengers in danger.
I am disappointed that I have had to wait almost an hour sometimes to be picked up from airport.
