    Very easy and convenient. I was impressed. Just FYI, we arrived and left during the day. I think nighttime arrivals are a little harder to coordinate.

    when called to have them pick us up was told to wait by the gate and then the shuttle bus drove past us, then was told after the 3rd phone call to be by the grey signs. so we waited about 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up.

    We got yelled at because we forgot to call an hour in advance to book to shuttle (in the morning). We were driving and just forgot. The shuttle that morning was very quick. The courtesy shuttle areas are not well labeled so when I called for pickup the people answering the phone said they couldn't help me until I knew where I was and I should ask people around me for help because he couldn't help me. I understand that they need to know where I am to come get me but there is no clear signage. We had to wait 35 minutes for pickup at the airport. Then we stopped at 5 hotels before we got dropped off. The whole process took about an hour. We had no idea the bus would stop so many different places. It was fine because it was cheap but I wish I had known some of these things, I would have parked elsewhere.

    After an overseas flight, waiting for 50 minutes and stopping at another terminal and 2 other hotels before ours....I will not ever park here again, even though it was less expensive than other hotel parking lots.

    Parking lot is fine; HOWEVER the lot can get full and you may need to park "out in the south forty".

    This was my first time using the shuttle service from this particular location. and i must say, i was very disappointed. I arrived at the hotel at 2:15p. I was told the next shuttle will be departing at 2:45p. 3:00p no shuttle. I went to the desk to ask what was going on and they told me the shuttle was a few minutes away. Another 5 minutes went by and no shuttle. My flight departs at 4:26p. If i'm paying for shuttle to depart at 2:45p that's what i expect not 15-20 minutes later. Upon my return flight, I called the hotel to let them know of my arrival and no one answered the phone right away. Call back again finally got someone to answer to let them know that i had arrived and they ask me my location and hung up. Nothing else. No letting me know that the shuttle should be arriving in 10 minutes or anything. I called back no answer. I end up calling back 8 times before i got someone to answer to let me know the shuttle was enroute. That is horrible and i would like a refund. I will for sure never ever visit this location again and inform any friends or contacts not to do same.

    I will never use Hotel Connection again. When I arrived at Day's Inn (intending to catch a 3:00 shuttle), there were already two customers waiting and complaining the 2:40 shuttle was late. Staff called the driver again saying he had "two for pick-up" when I'd already checked in so it would have been 3. I walked back to my vehicle to collect my bags and as I was coming back, the shuttle driver shows up, quickly ushered the two into his van and took off which me standing on the opposite side of the vehicle. When I asked staff why they didn't tell him I was walking across the lot towards the van, they responded that he was running late and would be right back. Luckily I'd allowed lots of extra time or I would have missed my flight. The return trip was even worse. I called at 5:30 upon landing (as instructed) and was told a van would be there within 30 minutes. Told me to stand under the grey courtesy van signs at the lower level. A little after 6:00, I saw the van coming and walked to the curb; however another passenger (who had been waiting when I arrived) flagged the driver down in front of the exit doors. Instead of the driver motioning for him to walk down to the grey signs where everyone else was standing, he pulled over and picked him up. Of course, I assumed, he would pull over and pick me up as well since I was standing in the correct position. When I waved at him (the same driver that delivered me three days before), he moved into the far lane (so I could not board) and motioned that another van was right behind him. I waited 5 minutes or so, then called the hotel again to say their driver blew through the stop and did not pick me up. Your staff said they would send him right back. After waiting another 35 minutes, a different driver arrived and after making two more terminal stops and three hotel stops, I finally arrived back at the Day's Inn ... two hours later!

    I parked at a hotel. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. The shuttle stopped at multiple hotels so getting to and from the airport was longer than expected. The hotel to call and request the pickup had issues with the phone bouncing over to their fax line so I had to try calling multiple times to speak to the rather uninterested person at the desk. The drop off driver seemed uncaring but the pick up driver was much better.

    The price of this hotel lot is better than any around, but that being said, you get what you pay for. I called 30 minutes prior saying that I would get to the hotel at 11:27am. The staff told me that the shuttle leaves no later than 11:25am and I would have to wait 30-45 minutes for the next shuttle. When I pull up, the shuttle takes off. I had plenty of time so this wasn't too bothersome but a little annoying. Now to the reason for why I will not park here again. While I was on the shuttle 30 minutes later, a guy pulls up who was late to catch the shuttle (like I was). He pretty muchs says the same thing I said earlier, but this time the shuttle waited over five minutes for him. In my opinion, it was not fair.
