    arrived about 4:30 PM, 8/4/14, when called for pick up - the girl that answer the tel, don't know where is united airline terminal, telling me to ask anyone at the terminal where is it. can you train your employee, please. Bus driver to and from airport - excellent. your office worker - Zero, - Nada

    Our service was quick. The parking lot did not seem to be at the Days Inn but rather adjacent to it. On returning from airport had only a 10 to 15 minute wait time. Had no real complaints.

    DO NOT EVER USE THIS PARKING! The parking lot was not plowed and there were big chunks of ice and snow to drive over and not much room to pull up. I was told there was no room even though I had my receipt (already paid) that I reserved 5 days prior. It seemed unsafe and sketchy anyway so I asked for my money back. The attendant pretended not to speak English and told me to call a phone number which put me through to him anyway!! When I proceeded to video him on my cell phone, suddenly he said he had a parking spot. In the shuttle, a customer that checked in behind me said he couldn't believe what happened because they gave him a spot right away. I believe they did this because I was a woman travelling with children and no male and it was 3am. This is shameless business and I plan on calling the Attorney General. Also, upon returning, they refused to pick us up at baggage claim and we had to walk quite awhile to get back to departures to meet the shuttle!

    Shuttle bus smells odd, too old and dirty. Other than that, so far so good considering the parking rate.
