a little hard to find but, fast friendly service for the trip to the airport. On the return, needed to call office twice to get picked up, waited over 45 min. when the shuttle finally came, he took the luggage from the people just walking out of the doors then telling us we needed to wait for the next one. we sternly expressed our disappointment with him. He came back quickly for us.
The attendants were excellent. The shuttle to the airport was immediate, however I waited over 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Best price. I would definitely park here again.
Second time using the lot and I would use it again. It has the best rates and the staff is nice enough. It's right off of route 9 but somehow I always have difficulty locating it right away.

I like parking here because it is the cheapest spot around! The facilities are a little run down but I don't care about that. My car is safe and ready when we return. The woman at the check in remembered me even though I had only been there once before. Service was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that it took 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. That's quite a bit too long! Will use them again however due to the great pricing.
About average for off airport parking at EWR
I'm a business traveler and have stayed at this lot more than a dozen times, their drop-off wait time usually is only a few minutes but they have gotten much worse on pickup times in the past year. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it has been consistently too long. At least 20 minutes and often closer to 30. This trip took exactly 25 minutes from the call until the van arrived - 25 minutes of waiting outside in the winter. Often I have seen other parking companies make multiple pick up trip in the time it takes this lot to finally arrive. After a long trip you just want to get home and this is simply too long.
All info was very adequate. During my travels, I lost the ID number associated with my reservation. The phone number for the parking was still good for Sunday, our arrival day! The ID number was in the dash of our car, so it could then be matched to the set of keys!! Thanks so much!!

EWR parking has been great value all along with prompt and courteous service. Now with the new van, no reason to park anywhere else.
The initial experience leaving the car was good. However coming back we called several times to get picked up with no answer and finally took a cab there which cost $24.00 I made my concern known but got a negative response from the attendant. I feel I should have gotten a refund for the cab since the return ride was suppose to be included. Will not use again. Highly dissatisfied. Won't recommend !!!!!!!!!!
Easy to make reservation and find using my GPS. Wait time on my return was 1/2 hour....had just recalled in my location when the van arrived. Most importantly, I always do a walk around the car when I pick it up and it was in good shape. The facility itself a bit tacky but the price was very good.
On the way to the airport waited 30 minutes to get taken. On the way back from the airport waited 30 minutes to get picked up, and then once back at the lot was told my car was out front waiting for me. It wasn't. I had to wait for someone to come move the car that was blocking mine. Basically it took me an hour from the time I called until the time I was able to leave the lot. Would definitely recommend using a different service/lot.
Great deal but if I had a nice or new car I might of had doubts about leave it in this shady parking lot.
The van need to repair the steps. Its very difficult to get in. I will not use there service if the steps aren't repair.

days inn parking is actually EWR parking. i have no specific complaints- the price is nice, the place is for the most part clean, the people are mostly nice- not mean and not super nice- very average... they had my car ready for me when i returned ( which must have been difficult cuz the cars are parked at least three in a row...), the wait time was pretty short... basically i would say its a good place unless you have a very expensive car. u might feel a bit uneasy from the surroundings. there was nothing wrong, just a small aura of unease. i cant put my finger on what it was... otherwise i would say it was a good experience
The only good thing about this lot is that is close to the airport. The lot was very difficult to find and in a very terrible/scary area. I was a woman alone and did not feel comfortable. I thought because it was with the Days Inn that it would be OK but not so. The lot was small. The van that they used is in incredibly poor condition. The running board was so damaged you could not step on it so it was difficult to get in and out of the van. The seat was so poor and sagging I felt I was almost sitting on the floor. With all the other choices to park near Newark Airport, I will not be using this one again.
