    I had to wait about 30-40 minutes for the shuttle. The shuttle is not even Days INN. It was an old La Quinta shuttle bus, extremely old and dirty. The shuttle service individual did not even open the door and made you struggle to get inside disgusting and moldy bus. It was extremely sketchy. And my car had dirt all over it after I parked there; it was in bad condition since they have construction going on. In addition, they charged outrageous 9-10 dollars for their poor quality and service. They also had representatives who could not speak english and when you can't understand them; they speak to you rudely for their language barriers. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you have no choice. It is worth paying an extra 0.50 cents per day for another lot.

    I will never use the lot again, office girl was great in helping me. Cab tried to over charge me on trip cost. Left item in cab, called from airport before departing never received a response.

    Most economical lot, awesome driver, know that they leave every hour on the hour so time your arrivals and departures accordingly. Free coffee, juice, cereal, toast during breakfast time was unexpected bonus.

    I have parked at this hotel twice and neither time have I had a problem. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and I felt my car would be fine. On my last return trip, I was told a time however the shuttle was already there when I got to the pick up point. Would use again!

    The driver was 10-12 mins late for my departure from Days Inn in Elk Grove and I was unaware that the shuttle was only available every hour on the hour. Rode in van with a dog, kinda unexpected for those with allergies.

    Worst parking experience ever. The site is far from O'Hare and the shuttles don't run often. I waited an hour to be picked up from O'Hare, and it took another 25 minutes to get to the lot. The lot is not secure and is very run-down in appearance. I returned and had a flat tire.

    Address for location of lot was incorrect on confirmation. Attendant at hotel could not find our reservation in their system. THis created delays. We did not fly out of O'Hare but rather took the train into the city.

    There's only one shuttle per hour from the hotel to the airport unless someone happens to get picked up from the airport at a time that coincides with your time. On the return trip I called the hotel from the airport and was told there would be a 40 minute wait for the shuttle so I just took a cab, which cost $30, easily canceling out what I saved on the parking. Parking lot was fine, attendants were very nice. If they could just have more frequent shuttle service I would recommend the Days Inn for my friends.
