Our shuttle starts at 4:30 am. Just remember every hour on the half hour. 4:30; 5:30; 6:30 etc. till 4.30pm then on demand till 2AM. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Upon your arrival call the hotel then walk towards hotel shuttles area and stand in ZONE # 1 to be picked up..(next to MARTA train station entrance)

The drivers to and from the airport were very nice and helpful. I will defiantly use you service again when I travel.
I had to wait 30 minutes for pick up at airport. Shuttle runs on hour and half hour. Took another hotel shuttle and got back to hotel before shuttle I was waiting for had left for airport. To airport good service.
when you return from the airport, you'd better to call. I waited more than 40 minutes to get back from airport to hotel parking. They are currently doing a renovation, adjust your time accordingly.
Online booking was easy. The staff at Days Inn Best Road were very efficient and very courteous.
If Days Inn is going to keep this up then they need to work on a more friendly staff who excels at customer service and is SMART enough to explain things to you. Getting to the air port was a breeze, coming back was a nightmare! I waited over an hour and called for my shuttle THREE times. It wasn't until the third call that the guy working at Days Inn told me I had to go to the south terminal under station W-1. How was I supposed to know that??! And why was I not told that the FIRST time I called? But if he wasn't so short with me the first time or talking over me the next two times I called, then that may have been able to happen and my experience would have been a lot better. I ended up taking a taxi out of frustration. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!
Everything was fine except for the being picked up from the airport where I had to wait over 15 min. When I arrived the driver took us immediately to the airport, which I appreciated. He was nice and helpful with explaining where we go to get picked up.
Had a really easy time getting to the airport. Not so easy getting back. I called to request a trip back to the hotel after my return flight, could hardly understand where the hotel front desk said to go and waited over half an hour in the Hotel van pickup area. Ended up taking an Uber back. Not a big deal. If you need cheap safe parking this is a great option.
The front desk attendant at Days Inn was less than hospitable. The shuttle only runs once an hour, even at peak travel time. Overall, our car was safe and the price was good, but I would be willing to pay a small amount more in the future for convenience and courtesy.

I was lucky to jump into shuttle right after arriving to hotel and to airport so do not know how long one needs to wait it. However, the description of shuttle location in airport (hotel shuttles parking, zone 1) is too brief and uncertain so one could experience difficulties to find it. Something like "next to MARTA train station entrance" or "behind baggage carousels on north side" needs to be added.
Shuttle is supposed to run every 30 minutes, I waited 40 minutes to get to the airport and 30 minutes once I returned
Area for pickup at airport was easy to find. Picked up on the hour so if you missed the hour, you had a long wait what is what happened to us at airport. We arrived 5 after hr. so had to wait.
Arriving at the location we waited 30 mins. to be taken to the Airport.. Returning we waited a full hour for the driver to pick us up because nobody answered the phone at the hotel desk.. When he did arrive he had a long discussion with other drivers.Never again
I was cutting my departure time very close due to traffic and unrealistic driving time estimates. The shuttle was out for fuel when I checked in but by the time I had parked and retrieved my bag from my car it had arrived and immediately took me to my terminal. My arrival was not so smooth. It was a 5:30 am arrival and the shuttle was will call. I had been waiting a very long time when another hotels driver invited me into his van to get out of the cold while he located my driver. I would choose a different facility if I had an early arrival as the other hotels shuttles came regularly while I was waiting.
The parking lot was fair. You need to be clear before the time of purchase the hours the shuttle bus run.
The shuttle was on a schedule and when I arrived there was 50 minutes to the next time to go. However, the driver chose to take me early. When I got back from the trip I was told to call for the shuttle but it was already there and waiting. The shuttle was clean and the driver polite. He left immediately and was very pleasant.

The motel where the slots were located was a bit out-of-the-way relative to I-75, however not too hard to find. The staff were good about making sure that the shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived at 1 am--much appreciated.
Parking at Days Inn was inexpensive and a quick trip to the airport. Departing was no problem at all - a whole van of us at 4:30 AM to the airport. However, upon my return (after a large flight delay), I immediately called to let them know I landed and they directed me to wait at "ground transportation". When I got to ground transportation, there was a large area where they could have picked me up and I walked around frantically trying to find them. Ended up having to pay a $10 cab ride back to the hotel. More instructional information and courteousness would have been much appreciated.
