    Upon arrival, staff did not know how to check us in, had to call manager for help, appeared to be untrained. Had to call for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, staff admitted they would not have come until they had other people to transport, new employees didn't know how to use van functions, front desk staff didn't know how to check us out or how to charge us. Called manager who told staff to take cash only. Wasn't able to give proper receipt of payment. Manager told staff to give a receipt as if we were renting a room. Took an additional 45 minutes before we could even get our car. Will NEVER use this service again.
