    There should not be people hanging around the parking lot. There should also not be hotel employees yelling at them and chasing them down the street for people to witness. The shuttle driver made a stop to the gas station when I told her I was in a hurry and didn't feel safe having her stop.never again will I park here. I will not hesitate next time to pay $20 or more a day for parking just to ensure my safety.

    The parking lot was not well lit, the hotel was of poor quality, the guy working the counter was discourteous, and the shuttle driver was reckless. Rather than ride the shuttle back to the car, we took an uber and asked him to drop us directly next to the car. I will not leave a car there again.

    It was a typical motel type parking lot. Our car was still their when we got back. Ants were in our vehicle. There are overhanging trees and I think the ants were coming from these.

    Horrible service on my return home. I waited 45 mins, called twice and finally a driver from a nearby hotel gave me a ride. When I spoke to the person at the desk inside they didn't seem to really be concerned. Very disappointed

    What a dump. I was really afraid to leave my car there. The shuttle was a total bucket of bolts with A/C that barely worked. We were never picked up by the Days Inn after calling and waiting 45 minutes, when we returned to ATL. Another driver from a neighboring hotel had made two round trips to his hotel and saw us still there, he was nice enough to offer us a ride to our car. Never again!

    We arrived at the lot very early in the morning for check-in when the desk attendant was also trying to get the breakfast area set up. That delayed our check-in process enough to cause us to miss the first shuttle of the morning. Better communication with the shuttle driver might have prevented this "miss". Fortunately, we had allowed a little extra time for traffic - and our flight was also delayed a little - so we made it to the gate in time.

    I parked at Days Inn on Old National Hwy & had a great experience. I waited less than 10 minutes on both ends for a shuttle - absolutely no problem. Cheaper than parking at the airport, easier & very quick! I'd definitely recommend parking there!

    Pickup was on time to get to airport. Asked driver to take us to the international side of Atlanta airport. He drove about 20 feet from the domestic side and said this was it. Obviously he lied and I will not use the Days Inn on Old National again for parking. Rather the driver be truthful and tell us to take the shuttle to the international side of the airport than lie and mislead.

    Parking not organized by hotel staff. I was told to go and try and find a parking space or park along the fence. No parking decal to indicate paid parking.

    I didn't have to wait that long for the shuttle. While waiting for other people to show up the man that was driving the shuttle let us seat in the heated shuttle for ten mins before cooling off the shuttle. It didn't take long to get to the airport the man was very polite with handling our luggage off the shuttle. While heading to the zone the lady on the phone was not polite she called me a lair and gave me the wrong direction to the zone where i was suppose to be standing to be picked up. I got left the first time because of her rude attitude and not guiding me to the right zone. She needs to fired for not being a people person.
