The Parking is cheap and the service was pretty good.
Wait time going out was approx 30 min. and Doug our driver was extremely courteous. The driver upon my return arrived in 10-15 min... the van was packed with people. In the past the driver has driven us out into the lot to unload our bags but this time we were dropped at the entrance.
My car wouldn't start when I returned from my trip. The employees at the hotel were very helpful and accomodating. The service at this hotel was excellent and I would definately park with them again.
The shuttle TO the airport was okay. Upon returning, I called and he said he would be there "in a few minutes". It took 30 minutes for him to arrive. THEN he had to drop someone else off at another part of the airport that the driver couldn't find. We eventually found it, and the total time to get back to the parking lot was around an hour. More recently I paid $9/day to park at economy parking (IND) to avoid this delay.
Upon purchasing the service at the Jameson Inn, I was provided with a ticket with the number 57711 on it. I was instructed to text 57711 upon my return from my trip and then I would be promptyly picked up. Yesterday, I followed such texting instructions. I waited for 50 minutes during which time I had to make an additional 3 telephone calls in order to get picked up. Teresa, at the Jameson Inn, could have cared less about the fact that I was waiting and no ride was showing up. I will never use this service again. The staff at the Jameson Inn are rude and incompetent and the text for a prompt return ride from the airport does not work. I hope you go out of business.
Shuttle driver that was supposed to take me to the airport decided to take two employees home and pick up a customer at another hotel out of the way so I almost missed my flight.

Directions were not clear on shuttle pick up upon arrival. Driver was only responding directly to calls when I landed. The call number was not provided in the confirmation. So the result was an hour wait after calling hotel front desk.
The hotel name changed from Days to Jamson. Little confusing.
The hostess at the desk at Jamison Inn in Indianapolis was very courteous, friendly and helpful. She deserves 5 stars. We also appreciate the safe parking lot and the reasonable prices! We had concerns, though, about the drivers (one as we left, a different one as we returned). On our way TO the airport, our driver stopped at the baggage area, took out our bags and opened the door for us to get out, even though we had stated that we were flying Southwest; all other passengers were taken to their prosepctive airlines for check-in. We were left to struggle with our luggage through the claim area and up the escalator to find our check-in counter. To add to our confusion and frustration, another passenger was PICKED UP at the baggage area, as we were dropped off. For our return pick-up, we were expected to drag our luggage across two streets to the Area 2 waiting area; there had never been an option to be picked up right in front of baggage claim, but this driver seemed to make exceptions for one passenger, while deliberately making things difficult for us. We are baffled at the differential treatment. When we returned, we had a different driver; he was on time, but appeared hostile and cold. He seemed resentful and drove unsafely, taking every sharp turn way too fast, making us slide into each other in the backseat. He should have slowed down for these sharp bends and turns. He was taking an unnecessary risk by going that fast. He seemed to be taking his bad mood out on his passengers. The front desk is great; the prices wonderful, and the parking area outstanding; the drivers need some further training . Sue in Indiana

The service was great, had trouble finding the lot would be helpful if there were a Jameson Inn sign at the end of the street to know where to turn in. Overall will definitely use again.
I would like to thank the driver who pick us up at the airport after we texted and called for the shuttle, his response was quickly and friendly even when he wait for us as our bags were delayed. Great Service!!
Traveling as a group of 7, we were a little disappointed to be dropped off at the airport using your van instead of the shuttle. It was a tight fit. Overall a good experience and a good value.
Service is quite good. I will book same hotel for reservation next time.

Great service! Apparently the hotel recently changed its name to the Jameson Inn. This was a bit confusing for me when trying to find the place. Other than that minor issue, everything else went very well and I would definitely use their services again.
The hotel changed name, so it was a little hard to find -- because it didn't exist anymore with the name I thought! But other than that, it was all great!
