The shuttles did not run often enough. On the way back from the airport, the driver tried to cut into traffic and got hit by another vehicle.

Crystal Gateway Marriott - very reliable service so far; could do a better job of announcing shuttles leaving the hotel, and communicating how many stops they need to make enroute to the A/P. Transit time can vary from 5 mins to 20 minutes.

Pouring down rain coming home- shuttle bus driver sat in vehicle at least 5 minutes after we started knocking and trying to open doors ourselves, we were all soaked. Leaving garage no one was at booth to pay. There was a line, everyone was just leaving, I pulled out went around block came back. Parked, went into hotel-- soaking wet-- and to speak to 2 different people to persuade them to take my money. They told me no one would have noticed. I could just not pay!!! I figured it would somehow come back to haunt me I was sure-- so I jumped through the hoops. First time parking outside airport. Most likely the last.

The hotel parking lot's ticket machine was out of order at our arrival. We had to ask an valet to handwrite our time in on a ticket.

When returning to the airport we went to the shuttle area to wait. We watched our shuttle stay in the left hand lane & pass without stopping or even slowing down. We waited 30 minutes before calling the hotel. The shuttle arrived 5 minutes after our call.

The older caucasian guy was extremely rude! You would think that his attitude would be different towards the person who gave him a tip, but that was not the case. I know next time to not give him a courtesy tip and if I had gotten his name and had wasn't in a rush I would have gotten a hold of his supervisor to let him know how rude he was.

No problem with finding the lot or parking. On return, and upon exit, there was NO attendant on duty, and the gate was open. I had to pay at the desk in the hotel. Based on their comments no attendant at the parking lot is a common occurrence.

The driver on our trip from Reagan airport to the Marriott parking was a little reckless. I realize he is very familiar with the route, but at night in the pouring rain, surrounded by other drivers (whom he honked at multiple times) that may not know the area very well, it was a little disconcerting having my family's & my own life in his hands.

It was a good experience and I will use this parking arrangement again. To be dropped off at the door to the Delta ticket counter and picked up outside the door to baggage claim - how much more could you ask for? And it was hotter than Hades and my car was parked indoors - sweet!

The drivers were very professional and immensly witty and fun! The only flaw was the parking lot stalls. They are too small and even when I parked well away from all the other cars, my car still ended up with a huge door ding.

There was a problem at the time of leaving the garage. The attendant indicated the credit card machine was not working. I could wait 20 minutes, pay cash (who coming from vacation has any cash left?), or go into the hotel, pay at the front desk, and then bring the receipt back to the gate. This was rather frustrating.

Shuttle service ended at 11 PM. My flight was delayed which cost me a $10.00 cab ride to the hotel. Attendant required cash due to equipment problems.

It was difficult finding a parking spot. The garage was full. We had to drive around twice, then upon exiting, the ticket booth attendant directed us to valet parking. That was ok, but we wasted valuable time.

More communication with lot/attendants would be helpful. One attendent said I didn't need confirmation number, another did- Lost my deposit on return. I did find confirmation letter which did clearly state necessity of paperwork. No way to solve problems/get information about reservation at site. Also no information about size of car/spaces available at reservation. We were within a few inches of maximum height on our vehicle. I would have used another vehicle if I had known in advance. Shuttles and service from hotel staff was fantastic. Parking attendants satisfactory.

Directions inside the parking structure need to be improved. There are no signs to show you where to park, so I was not sure if I was parked in the right area of the garage. Had to go inside the hotel to ensure that I was parked in a location that I would not be towed.

Parking garage signage was confusing as to where you could park versus which spots were reserved for the apartment/condominium complex. Also, the garage was dimly lit. Overall, this was an excellent experience as the hotel staff and shuttle drivers were excellent.

on return March12 the shuttle was prompt and the driver friendly(12:30pm). BUT on departure March 4 we had a 6:50am flight. Needed the 5:45 shuttle to be there and ready to go. IT DID NOT SHOW! We quickly grabbed a cab,at additional cost to get to airport.

Shuttle had NO seatbelts! (all were broken). My wife was upset about this. The garage is adequate, but there are no signs in the hotel about where to find it. And it is confusing (a long twisted walk thru empty halls; an unmarked elevator that says nothing about a parking garage). The garage's exit signs are out of Alice-in-Wonderland: nonsensical. After exiting the garage onto a dark and abandoned street, we had not a clue which direction we were facing or how to find anything. A few friendly signs would help!

Reference question on condition of parking lot and shuttle - shuttle is fine, but the parking lot has some VERY low hanging pipes which make for very cautious moments driving through the facility. They really need an apparatus to show min ceiling height available. The next question pertaining to directions - there is no signage I saw regarding where the parking entrance is. I found it as a result of asking the dorr bellman.

I would give the Crystal Gateway Marriot parking 4 of 5 stars. Although I may have missed it, I really did not see signage on the outside pointing to where the parkling entrance was. And the routing from parking area to lobby was not very obvious...it could benfit from simple signs.

The shuttles were very prompt and the drivers very courteous. I left an interior light on in my car while I was gone and one of the attendants helped me with a jump start. I was so impressed with this service! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

There were no signs in the parking garage to direct you to the lobby. I just happened to see someone walking in the area as I was driving in. Other than that it was convenient and fairly priced. I have already booked for an upcoming trip and I would recommend it.

I found the signage inside of the parking structure to be inadequate. I struggled to exit the structure upon my return. The exit was not easily seen and then parking on the resident side of the parking structure simply made it worse. The parking attendant noted that was a common problem. It really should be addressed.

Trip was 11/28-31/10. Weather forced a couple of changes. You canceled & refunded first res. Thanks! & 2nd res. went very nicely. I think yours' is an excellent and very useful service. As long as you keep customer No 1, you should do well. Will use you again.

Great service. One complaint: we got to airport 4 hours before flight. There was no flexibility in schedule and I will likely rent car next trip, which will cost only a little more but will allow us more time to spend time with family and not have to get up at crack of dawn and then wait in airport.

The first shuttle was totally filled, the driver stopped to tell us to wait at gate 5 and another shuttle would be there shortly. After waiting 25 minutes for th e first full shuttle the second one took another 20 minutes to get to us!

My battery had died over the trip and one of the drivers was kind enough to give me a jump start using his own vehicle. It saved me a lot of time and cost. I definitely recommend this service. Plus it was covered parking!

As previously mentioned, the parking was not self-park, but rather valet. So, although they were courteous and the shuttle buses prompt and efficient, shuttle buses have mulitple hotel pick up sites which adds 10-15 minutes and add on 10-15 minutes
