We had to wait a very long time for the shuttle to pick us up when we returned. Also, they did not tell us where the shuttle would pick us up so we didn't know where to look for it.

Very pleasant experience with pick up and drop off. A little costly given that one can park closer to the airport for less $$. $5.00 a day is more reasonable.
