Have parked there several times over more than 2 years. Service was great. Shuttle was very convenient.Drivers more than heklpful. Will definitely use them again.

I was told I'd be picked up at the same location that I was dropped off. I waited at the location I was dropped of at for the shuttle. I was rather disappointed as I watched the shuttle drive past me while I was waving him down. Overall wait was 40 minutes to get a shuttle; even after a phone call to the hotel.

I left from Miami International on July 4th. This was the first time I left my car at a parking facility. I have to say that this experience makes me wonder why I took so long! Everything from start to finish was excellent.

Returning from our overseas trip, about 1AM (3/18/2011) we arrived at MIA, well behind schedule. To our delight the Crowne Plaza parking lot was attended! The worker was new on the job but so pleasant, and called his supervisor for assistance, who also was very pleasant Absolutely wonderful service. Great parking lot, plenty of room, hidden away, fenced in. We will always use Crowne Plaza MIA for parking when we fly from MIA. Thank you so much!

Very poor service. the parking lot was full had to wait half hour to get a spot due to a convention. why not reserve part of the parking lot for travelers. when there is a convention on, what happened if one loses their flight for waiting for a space to park.the bus was full from airport to lot had to wait for second bus , with a better management of the parking and bus shuttle it would be a better service.which needs improvement.

We were told that the hotel shuttle ran every 20 minutes, which was true, but they didn't say where to meet it. That would have been helpful, because Miami is a very large airport.

In the future would take a cab from the airport. The shuttle took a passenger around a second time that had missed their stop and we were left to wait at our pick up. The shuttle should run every 20 min to ensure quick turn around.
