Both drivers ( departure and arrival) were very patient and courteous .
When we arrived at the terminal we called the crowne plaza to let them know we arrived. We were told that the shuttle would arrive in 15-20 minutes. 55 min later the shuttle never arrived. I called the hotel and was told I had to wait another 15-20 min. I felt this to be very poor service. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel to pick up our car. I will not likely use this service in the future. This is a shame I have used them several times in the past.
Had to wait 30 minutes plus until the hotel shuttle bus picked up at the airport. During the wait, the other local hotel shuttles picked up at least twice in a 30 minute period.
people at front desk and shuttle driver very friendly and helpful. It was slightly inconvenient to have to enter on Balmoral Dr instead of right from the circular drive.
Worked out great. Dropped us off and picked us up. Only waited about 10 min for the shuttle. Only problem was 294 ramp was closed for construction. Hard to get back on the interstate. Nothing to do with the service of the shuttle.
The parking at Crown Plaza is nice. However the number of shuttles going and coming back to the airport are less frequent than other locations I have parked before.

The Crowne Plaza Rosemont is a joke. One Shutte....supposed to run every 30 minutes and actually was over 45 minutes. Then at least half the people waiting, in the snow and very cold, could not get on the shuttle.....so another 45 minute wait. The Crowne Plaza Rosemont is 1.6 miles from the pick up point at O'Hare.....I know because I actually had to get my car and pick up my son in law, on crutches, who the driver of the shuttle would NOT LET ON THE BUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I noticed that when we were let off the bus at the Crowne Plaza, I cleaned of my car, checked out of the lot, and picked up my wife at the front door of the Crowne Plaza...it took over 20 minutes to do this.....and guess what.....the shuttle bus was still sitting empty in front of the Crown Plaza.....knowing there were at least 30 people waiting at O'Hare to be picked up......you tell me if they are not qualified to run this program. I will NEVER use the Crowne Plaza again....ever...under any circumstance. It took 2 hours from the time we began our wait for the shuttle...until we were home. We live 20 minutes from O'Hare. And I actually called the Crowne Plaza twice as we were waiting and told both times....10 minutes.......obviously they have no one in charge of this who really cares.
Shuttle wait time on the return was greater than 30 minutes. Once the shuttle arrived I had my two small boys get in and wait for me to load our bags. In the mean time they ran out of space for bags and we were asked to exit the shuttle. Unacceptable. I will not use Crown Plaza again.
This was the best service ever. I cannot believe that I didn't know about this before. It was less expensive than the taxi that I usually take. The only thing that I didn't know is that I would have to walk kind of a long way through O'Hare to get to the shuttle, but for the price difference, that isn't even an issue. I will do this again!

The last 3 times I have parked in this lot I have had to wait an hour for the shuttle. The response from the hotel when I called them each time was that "you must have just missed the shuttle". If I use this parking facility in the future I will either take a taxi from the airport or take the shuttle of a neighboring hotel and walk from the hotel next door. Shuttle service needs to be more reliable and more frequent in order to compete with other neighboring hotels. My flight landed at 10:50am, was at Door 2 at 11:20, however did not get into my car until 12:20pm (with no checked luggage). When I departed on my trip, 2 nieghboring hotels had shuttles that pulled up to the front door and dropped other people off. I should have taken this as an omen.
Posted directions from the shuttle drop off at the hotel to the parking lot behind the hotel could be improved. We like your service and recommend it to others.
Very good experience
I always have a decent experience whenever I use this lot, but my only complaint would be that they always try and charge me on the way out. The problem always gets solved, but it is sometimes an inconvenience to wait for somebody to come outside.
Parking was hard to find also to get to the lobby with all my luggage was a hastle.
The parking was difficult to find at Crowne Plaza. Difficult to get to lobby of hotel from parking lot. Shuttle did not arrive at airport to pick us up when we returned. Overall, very poor service. Definitely would not use Crowne Plaza again. Also, had to use cab from airport and service was lousy. Driver was not interested in getting us to hotel. Would not have been needed if the shuttle service had worked as promised.
Upon arriving at O'Hare and waiting for pick-up back to the hotel, I had to wait 45 minutes. I called the hotel twice to find out why the shuttle was delayed...
Lanes were blocked and not clearly marked. Exit was not clearly marked. Poorly lit.
The lot was secure and the shuttle was prompt.
