Enter off of River Road, and drop any luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel and proceed to the parking lot, OR enter through our other second entrance on Balmoral Road and park your car. Upon entering, take a ticket from the dispenser, park your car, and proceed back to the canopy at the entrance to the hotel for the shuttle. There is no need for you to stop by the front desk when first arriving to the hotel and parking your car. If you do park in back of the hotel or the parking garage, cutting through the hotel will allow you quicker access to the shuttles. When you return from your trip, stop by the front desk with a copy of your parking reservation and the parking ticket you received from the parking gate upon entry. The front desk team will graciously validate your parking ticket, allowing you to exit the lot.

Very convenient. Shuttle runs on the 1/2 hour
We will use this parking service again because it was easy and our time from the Hotel to the Gate was quick. Thank You!
I would use Crown Plaza again. It was convenient and well managed.
I was extremely disappointed that no one would respond to pick us up from the airport and called several times. We had response that they were busy and had to call back four times. After waiting and calling numerous times we had to take a taxi at our own cost. Have used numerous hotels with parking in the past and decided to try crown plaza due to location but was extremely disappointed with service.
Used the Crowne Plaza before and the service was great. This time was just the same. The people are professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
It was a little unclear as to how we get out of the lot since we prepaid but the front desk cleared that up, a little hard to find the "shuttle lot" but now that I know I'll use it again, thanks
when I landed from my 14 hour international flight, I called the hotel notifying them that I could be picked up at O'Hare terminal 5. This was as 12:20 pm. They said the next shuttle was leaving the lot at 12:30 pm. I waited till 1:05 pm and finally had to wait in the taxi line for 10 minutes to get a taxi over to the hotel. I raised this to the front desk at the Crowne on N. River Rd and they quickly reimbursed me for my taxi fare. wished they had just told me to grab the taxi so I could have saved myself 45 minutes of standing around. Second time I used airportparking.com --- next time it will not be at the Crowne O'Hare...
Perhaps the shuttle times could be lowered to ever ten minutes?
Great lot, busses actually run every 15 minutes from 7am-10pm which made things nice and quick for us! We parked in the covered garage so we didn't have to clean snow off the car! Will use again, A+
shuttle took forever about 50 minutes
Staff at Crowne Plaza were incredibly helpful upon our return to pick up our car. Will definitely utilize this location again. Wonderful and helpful.
If we can help it will not be using it again
I arrived0500 Sunday morning, 2/14. No, none, zero parking spaces available. Other drivers obviously we're creative. I ended up parking in open space, made sure cars could get around, and prayed for the best. Alas, my car was still here, Thank Jesus. So, do your best if lot is full & pray (if that is your thing) your car will be there when you return
Excellent price and location. The shuttle only runs every 30 minutes that is the only improvement needed.
The shuttle provided by the Crowne Plaza, Rosemont Illinios to Chicago O'Hare is a travel and cost saver! Shuttles are on time. Making parking reservations through Airportparkingreservations.com is very easy.
I waited 30-35 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive when I landed. I was tired and cold and wished that I did not have to wait so long for the shuttle bus. The receptionist at the hotel was professional and friendly when I informed her that my parking space was pre-paid and she did not charge me extra because of the returned flight delayed. I appreciated her warm greetings and her understanding especially I was already exhausted! I probably would go back and parked again at this hotel, if price is right.
Very efficient and easy parking. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the shuttle bus drivers. Bus was clean and tidy plus waiting in a hotel lobby is great because you have the hotel amenities and bathrooms are great.
Used their parking from Jan 28th until Feb. 1st. We landed in Chicago at 10:54 on Feb. 1st. We called 3 times to let them know we were arriving/waiting. We called when we landed, we called after waiting 30 minutes (11:45) and then we called again after waiting an hour and five minutes 12:05AM. Each time they promised the shuttle was "on its way." After an hour and a half, we took a taxi and wasted another $15 only to arrive and see that both shuttles were parked in the parking lot with no intention of ever coming to pick us up. If you plan on flying into Chicago after 9-10pm, I wouldn't park here or expect to get picked up! When I asked the front desk personnel what happened, he showed no empathy and just said he would talk to the driver later on. Don't waste your time or money.
The shuttle from Crowne Plaza only leaves every 30 minutes, so if you use this location, know that you won't get to O'Hare in a timely manner unless you just happen to get there at the top or bottom of the hour. Same for when you return to the airport. I had to wait about 25 minutes for the shuttle, all the while watching other hotels' shuttles make multiple trips. The lot is fine, and the lobby where you wait for the shuttle is comfortable, but the wait time (to me) doesn't justify the cost savings.
I had stayed at the crowned plaza 2 weeks earlier, so I knew where everything was. Might be a bit confusing to a new person.
