    The return shuttle driver for the Crowne Plaza was exceptional. He went out of his way to take care of two elderly people (us) traveleling at midnight. He saw us safely to our car in the parking lot and made sure we were on our way before he left us. Sorry I didn't get his name--it was on Dec 8th--at midnight-into Dec 9

    We had a horrid time trying to get from the parking lot to the hotel shuttle; in fact, it was especially bad for my husband who couldn't walk through the hotel easily at all. Hindsight says we could have done it differently, but even getting from the shuttle back to our car on the return was a lot of walking.

    Can't beat the price if you don't mingd a little inconvenience. Shuttles supposed to be every 30 minutes on the hour. Waited an hour. Can't call anyone, only get a recording telling you shuttles ar every 30 minutes.

    If departures from the Crowne Plaza O'Hare is evry 30 minutes (on the hour and half-hour), so should the pickups at O'Hare to return to the hotel.

    The walk to the Shuttle site at O'Hare was quite a hike from Terminal 3. But, it was clearly marked, so we found it & the shuttle was there when we arrived.

    Directions from the airport to the shuttles is difficult to follow. This was our second time using the shuttle and we had a problem both times. There were other people lost too. Your parking lot was easy to find but airport pickup was not.

    I had misplaced my e-mail confirmation upon pick up of my vehicle. The hotel had no way of knowing how much to charge me. Luckily I still had it saved in my e-mail and was able to reprint it.

    Would have rather been dropped off at international terminal rather than being dropped off at domestic terminal and walking to train to international terminal. Price was good. Easy to sign up online.

    I had to call for international pick-up, and they said it would be 20-45 minutes depending on traffic. After an hour, I called and they said that all 4 shuttles were running and they were always full with domestic flights - so they just IGNORE the international customer that paid to park in the lot for 11+ days??? The person on the phone said he'd make sure the driver went to the international terminal on the next run, and it was ANOTHER 45 minutes! After a 10-hour flight from Europe, dead tired and jet-lagged, I was irate at having to wait almost TWO HOURS outside the terminal for my shuttle to pick me up! I would have just gone with standard O'Hare parking had I known the headache I would have endured - a TERRIBLE way to come back home after a long trip abroad, VERY disappointed in the poor service, and shocked that I didn't get any financial concessions for my wasted 2 hours standing around the airport waiting for the "courtesy shuttle" that doesn't seem to care about international fliers if the shuttle is full of domestic flight customers. I saw other area parking lots and hotels come by 3-4 times or more before my stupid shuttle finally decided to swing by! Plus, the shuttle was NOWHERE NEAR full - there were only 4 people on the shuttle from the domestic flights and there was room for probably 10-15 more!!

    Driver was rude on the return from the airport and waited a long time for the bus. Then had a long wait at the counter as they had only one person at the desk It was ok but would not use that location again

    When we were taken to the airport along with several other travelers who all got off at United, we discovered that a gentleman took our luggage and his was left for us. We had to run back to United and spent a good hour tracking down our suitcase. The shuttle driver did not offer to help us get our right luggage back. I think it would be good for the drivers to make sure people are checking there luggage especially when there are some that are similar. Our luggage almost went to Turkey.

    Everything was perfect until we came home from our trip. We made it to door 2 of the shuttle center at 10 minutes before the top of the hour and expected the shuttle to arrive within 15 minutes. It did not show up for 45 minutes. There were a few other upset passengers too. (Ohare airport, Chicago 3-25-11)

    The automated parking ticket machine was broken and I had to park in the rear. There were no proper directions to get back to the lobby as there are many hotels in the vicinity. The Shuttle chauffeur did not ask where I needed to be dropped and had to walk with baggage from the international terminal to terminal 1.

    My only comment, is that the instructions should state that you should use Bus Shuttle 3 to go to P1, because it was the only set of elevators that stated which floor to get off for pick-up. Bus Shuttle 2 had me confused. I would use Airport Parking Reservations for my future trips.

    The hotel did not answer the phone for return shuttle. Let ring for 9 minutes, then decided to catch cab from airport to hotel for $10. Need better signs directing between garage and parking lot - both in and out. That garage is shared by 3 hotels and a convention center.

    Drop off at the garage and shuttle were good. When we arrived back at the airport after a 19hr flight, had to wait over an hour to get a shuttle for the 1.5 mile trip back to the car. Not very happy with the shuttle for the return trip to the parking area.

    Crowne Plaza only had one shuttle running on Saturday morning. There were over 30 people that needed to take the shuttle which did not have enough room. I ended up paying an additional $12.00 to take a cab to the airport. I have used their service several times before but not sure if I will use it again in the future.

    I parked with the Crowne Plaza and was not informed prior to my departure that I had to call in order to get picked up at the International Terminal. After waiting for about 45 minutes I called, then waited another 30 minutes. I liked everything about it except that I was not informed that I needed to call to get a ride.

    Instructions were not clear on picking up our car. The hotel had a sign saying there were no attendants at the exits so we had to walk all the way back to the front desk to pay our balance. When we drove to the exit, an attendant was present!

    Return shuttle wait was approx. 45 minutes, waiting passengers overfilled mini-bus to Crowne Plaza. Calls to the hotel were "wait for the next shuttle". A few of us were able to negotiate with another hotel's driver to drop us off. Front staff of hotel appears to be over tasked, at first I thought they were rude when I called, then as I was waiting to pay for the parking, noticed how little time they were able to devote to a customer due to constant phone calls. Shuttle drivers I used were very courteous and professional.

    Our experience was overall awful! We arrived at the shuttle spot (door 2) at approximately 10:10pm. The shuttle did come around 10:20pm. The problem that occurred is that approximately 40+ people were also waiting for this same shuttle. It was mass chaos in trying to get in line and to put your luggage in the back. I was able to fit my luggage in the back and the attendant did state that those who had luggage in the back need to come in. However, no one listened and by the time everyone pushed and shoved there was no room left for me. The attendant rudely stated to me "Why didn't you get in the bus when I told you to?" This was not my fault considering the people pushing and shoving (a mother with an toddler could barely get though). We were told to wait and the luggage will be at the hotel. After another 40 minutes he returned. The attendant appeared more calm and tried to tell everyone (still many people) that those who had luggage in the first round needed to go first. No one listened to him as people were pushing and shoving and not allowing me in. I did manage to get in eventually, but there were people who were left stranded again. I tell this complaint not to get the attendant in trouble as obviously his authority didn't matter much to anyone. When we book these reservations I clearly stated the pick up time and drop off time as I'm sure everyone else does. This was poorly organized so that people were left and fighting like savages to get into the shuttle. The hotel should have anticipated this and made arrangements. I'm not sure I will use this particular parking/shuttle service in the future because of this crazy experience.
