Enter off of River Road, and drop any luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel and proceed to the parking lot, OR enter through our other second entrance on Balmoral Road and park your car. Upon entering, take a ticket from the dispenser, park your car, and proceed back to the canopy at the entrance to the hotel for the shuttle. There is no need for you to stop by the front desk when first arriving to the hotel and parking your car. If you do park in back of the hotel or the parking garage, cutting through the hotel will allow you quicker access to the shuttles. When you return from your trip, stop by the front desk with a copy of your parking reservation and the parking ticket you received from the parking gate upon entry. The front desk team will graciously validate your parking ticket, allowing you to exit the lot.

I have parked at this facility multiple times, It is by far the best OHARE PARKING option! Shuttle was super quick on the way back!
HAD TO WAIT ONE HOUR FOR THE SHUTTLE TO ARRIVE AFTER SEVERAL CALLS
I PARK HERE ALL THE TIME WHEN I FLY OUT OF OHARE! THIS IS THE BEST PARKING LOT AT OHARE!!!!
Airport pick-up is always slow. There are no parking lot attendants
P/U was slow .... had to call times.
Was the first time using the lot so as usual is kind of confusing at first. But once we parked and verified with the front desk, everything else was easy. The shuttle going there was a short ride with a few stops before getting to the airport. I thought it would be a straight shot to the terminals but I guess not. For the shuttle ride back everything was great. Called for the shuttle and arrived in about 20-25 min. And was a short ride to the parking lot. Overall was nice.
Hard to exit to travel back to River Road.
Parking was ample and easy to find. Shuttle service was quick, driver was helpful, and the shuttle bus was clean. When we were dropped off at the airport, the driver made sure to explain the pick up procedure. Great experience.
There was one issue, there is a valet/emergency entrance that was open and created a lot confusion. I had to leave the parking lot and enter through the correct ticketed entrance.
Was hard to find a space in the outside lot, so I waited for someone to pull out. I was lucky but after I parked their were still other's looking for parking spaces. On my return the lot had more spaces so it may just be the timing.
The only disappointing thing about our experience was when I called while we were on our way to park, the front desk said the next shuttle would leave at 6:15. We got there a couple min before 6 and while my husband was parking, the bus loaded and left by 6. So we waited 25 min before we could catch the next shuttle. Just a little nerve racking when you are trying to catch a flight and loose almost a half hour of time, just by one minute of missing first shuttle.
If you read the directions on the printed reservations, you will have no difficulties
We parked in your parking lot and were pinned in to our spot by valet parking. Fortunately, a valet attendant was nearby and moved the car for us.
Overall things went smoothly. There was some confusion when we were first parking about whether or not we needed to check in with the front desk. The parking attendant seemed unsure. He was polite though.
The hotel receptionist was also helpful when I couldn't find my exit ticket. Crown Plaza is also a good place to park. I will go back there whenever the opportunity arise.
After our trip, trying to get home... we re-verified the shuttle runs automatically (twice) we waited 35 minutes then called to inquire again. We were told the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes and to wait at a B5. 25 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The driver got out, started yelling at everyone and announced he had room for one person ONLY. He told us to take a taxi!! So more than two hours after we landed, we finally arrived to pick up our vehicle (had to pay an extra day along with a taxi fair)!!
Hated my experience
Granted it was a hot and humid return day. Perhaps we JUST missed the shuttle - but we waited WELL over 1/2 hour (sorry, I didn't time it - had to be closer to 45min or more). Yes, a lot of O'Hare congestion -- however, we saw Sheraton shuttle 2-3 times - Hilton - and at least 3 other shuttle names, before we saw our Crown Plaza.
The instructions I got when we returned to O'hare were to call the Crown Plaza to arrange a pickup ( we arrived on an international flight). I called 4 times and each time I was put on hold or was told I called an "invalid extension". Not once did I ever speak to a live person. After trying unsuccessfully to contact the hotel for 20 minutes, the shuttle pulled up outside the terminal. If you want us to simply wait outside the terminal for the next pickup, that should be stated in the instructions on the website. Revise your instructions for international flights. Very frustrating.
Easy to book the reservation, location was great and the shuttle service was very prompt. I would use this services again!
