Driver left while I was unloading my luggage...front desk was unreceptive to my problem...call a yellow cab to catch my flight...$5 service charge and sales tax plus an $8 cab ride multiplied by the frustration factor makes it too expensive

The only think I didn't particularly care for is dragging all my luggage, etc. into the lobby of the hotel to "register" the vehicle. Isn't there a better way, so that when you arrive and they buzz you in, someone can come load up your luggage and give you a clipboard to fill out the information on the way to the airport. Would save a lot of time. Also, on the way back our flight was almost 1/2 hour early, so found myself calling to get shuttle and they said they would send someone right over. I did appreciate the ability to pay in advance and not have to worry about it on the way back into town.
Everything was wonderful, the staff was great and finding the hotel, parking the car and getting in the shuttle was super easy. The parking spaces allowed for this parking service was very limited and we had to park in what was technically not a space for the service, which was confusing at first because we thought reserving parking meant we would have a space, but parking next to the assigned spaces was fine with the hotel, and everything else was wonderful!
The shuttle service ended at 11 pm. So I had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. So basically it was the same as parking at the airport. Probably won't use this service anymore.
I was pleased with everything but the wait time. We expected to be picked up quickly as we still had a 2 hour drive ahead. The driver was kind enough to take us to the lot rather than waiting for delayed guests, otherwise the wait would have been even longer. Probably won't use parking again unless we stay the night. Some of your links dont work on survey.
The staff was awesome! The entire experience was very good. You guys are now permanently stored in our Navigation System next trip to San Antonio, TX. Thanks!

We had an excellant experiance parking at Marriott. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Vans were new and picked us up very quickly. Parking area was clean and safe. Superior parking.
A great concept makes a good option affordable.
Would use this service again. Much easier than parking at airport.
