Arrival Info:

Must park in main hotel lot (Gated). Use intercomm to gain entry to parking lot. Only park in the blue outlined spaces in lot. Stop by front desk of hotel to register your vehicle. Wait for shuttle to take you to airport. *PLEASE NOTE - ALL UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT VEHICLE REGISTRATION. **ALL VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT REMOVED FROM LOT 12 HOURS AFTER SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME WILL BE BOOTED UNTIL ADDITIONAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. PLEASE CONTACT HOTEL IF YOUR SCHEDULE CHANGES TO ENSURE THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT BOOTED.

    I tried this for the first and last time ever. Have to haul your luggage from way out in the parking lot, go register at the front desk and wait until 5:30 AM no earlier rides to the airport. So if you have an early flight don't park here. When you register your veichel it is best you know your license plate number before you get to the front desk (and I did.)

    Parked at the Marriot and didn't have any trouble. Walked out of the airport and had a shuttle waiting. Went very smooth. Parked at the Red Roof Inn last month and it was not near as good. I will be parking at the Marriot from now on!

    Experianced no problems. I recieved a quick and freindly shuttle to the airport and the same on my return to the lot. I did have to extend my stay so I called the customer service number to pay the additional amount and to make sure my vehicle would not be towed or booted. I ended up calling twice and talked to two different people. They both gave me different instructions after a period of asking and checking with others as they were not sure how to handle this situation. In the end they said to just pay when I got to the lot and that they would make a note that I had called so that my vehicle would be OK. In the end they did not charge me for the extra days. I will use this service again.

    We used the parking at the Courtyard Marriott on Broadway and were very pleased. The people who helped us park our vehicle, load and unload our luggage, and drive the shuttle to and from the airport could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this parking facility.

    Driver left while I was unloading my luggage...front desk was unreceptive to my problem...call a yellow cab to catch my flight...$5 service charge and sales tax plus an $8 cab ride multiplied by the frustration factor makes it too expensive

    The only think I didn't particularly care for is dragging all my luggage, etc. into the lobby of the hotel to "register" the vehicle. Isn't there a better way, so that when you arrive and they buzz you in, someone can come load up your luggage and give you a clipboard to fill out the information on the way to the airport. Would save a lot of time. Also, on the way back our flight was almost 1/2 hour early, so found myself calling to get shuttle and they said they would send someone right over. I did appreciate the ability to pay in advance and not have to worry about it on the way back into town.

    Everything was wonderful, the staff was great and finding the hotel, parking the car and getting in the shuttle was super easy. The parking spaces allowed for this parking service was very limited and we had to park in what was technically not a space for the service, which was confusing at first because we thought reserving parking meant we would have a space, but parking next to the assigned spaces was fine with the hotel, and everything else was wonderful!

    The shuttle service ended at 11 pm. So I had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. So basically it was the same as parking at the airport. Probably won't use this service anymore.

    I was pleased with everything but the wait time. We expected to be picked up quickly as we still had a 2 hour drive ahead. The driver was kind enough to take us to the lot rather than waiting for delayed guests, otherwise the wait would have been even longer. Probably won't use parking again unless we stay the night. Some of your links dont work on survey.
