Use intercom to gain entry to parking lot. Only park in the blue outlined spaces in lot. Return to lobby and wait for shuttle to take you to airport. *PLEASE NOTE - ALL UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT VEHICLE REGISTRATION. **ALL VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT REMOVED FROM LOT 12 HOURS AFTER SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME WILL BE BOOTED UNTIL ADDITIONAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. PLEASE CONTACT HOTEL IF YOUR SCHEDULE CHANGES TO ENSURE THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT BOOTED.

There are TWO Airport Courtyards, both have friendly people, but BE SURE YOU KNOW WHICH ONE YOU ARE CALLING WHEN YOU ARRIVE BACK - this one is on BROADWAY, east of the airport, the other is on 410 Frontage, south of the airport - both have shuttles - this one's shuttle is GREEN (the other's is white). Friendly, on time, but security is strictly superficial (gate there, but always open), oddly, giant bushes cover 50% of the space designated for this parking service so expect to have your car or truck half-burried in a bush while there.

More expensive than the lot I used to use, but still cheaper than airport.
Check-in quick--waited about 5 minutes for shuttle to leave. Returning shuttle pick up at airport came in about 6 minutes. We will continue to use this service---quick, curbside drop-off & pick-up, less expensive than on site parking, dropped us off right by vehicle in secure, well lit lot at hotel. Plan to recommend to friends.
Great convenience. Don't have to drag luggage all over the airport to get for airport parking to terminal. Driver handles your luggage and helps you at the terminal. on return, driver takes you directly to your car. My hat off to whoever invented this service!
I had a pre-paid reservation! However, there was only one parking space available. I had to walk in the rain with my two suit cases to get to the loading area. I was told if I couldn't find one, I would need to park at another hotel (didn't know where it was) and it was 4:30 in the morning. Not good for a single woman. This will not be a first choice for me in the future.
I had a really great experience parking at the Marriott Courtyard. This was really easy, and I saved a few bucks!
The parking and pick up when we got home was great!!! We would use this parking again.
I called the hotel when we were grabbing our bags and told a shuttle would arrive shortly. We waited outside for 30 minutes (trying to be patient) before being put on hold for several minutes. I hung up and called back and was told that the shuttle had had to drop someone else off at another car rental lot and it should be less than 5 minutes. We ended up waiting a total of 40 minutes from my initial phone call to be picked up.
Very easy to use. Quick shuttle, close to airport.

a bit disorganized at front desk
There was only one parking spot open when I arrived to park. I was able to park without any problems. The clerk at the front desk was prepared for my arrival and polite. The shuttle driver had to drop us at a different terminal because of a rule prohibiting drop off at the Alaska Airline terminal. My husband has a difficult time walking and it was a problem for us. The shuttle driver apologized. The pickup driver even dropped us at our vehicle rather than the lobby of the hotel. I will use this parking option in the future.
These people have it ALL together. They are so professional and fast. This is the ONLY way to go for long term Airport parking.
This is my second time parking at the Courtyard Marriott by the San Antonio Airport. The lady at the front desk was rude, disrespectful, demeaning, and sassy to my questions both times. Terrible customer service. We tried to give them a second chance but will NEVER be using them again. I am part of the Marriott rewards program and love using Marriott but since the front desk is the "face" of the whole experience I would not recommend anyone to park here. The front desk lady needs to be fired and until then we will not use their services.

I was made to wait for the hotel shuttle going to airport property for 20 minutes because only shuttle and had flight attendant and poppet one drop off. Waited thirty minutes at apprx 11:00 pm because hotel receptionist failed to tell me tio go to exit B after retrieving my bags resulting in shuttle flying past me and then two calls to hotel because I was still waiting
Parking lot could use the trees trimmed back where long term parking is located, but otherwise, service is good. Shuttle can take awhile sometimes but other times is very quick.
I was never told to call the shuttle when I arrived back in San Antonio. I waited for 25 minutes before I decided to call the hotel and see when the next shuttle was coming. She had said I was supposed to call to get picked up. Nowhere was that information ever discribed to me.
