This is the second time I park here. I feel my car is safe and the price can hardly be beaten by the fees from the airport. Thank you for such a good service!

When I returned, my car battery was dead & I needed assistance and had no one to call. The young lady working the front desk (I wish I had gotten her name!) was incredible. She found a number for assistance online, treated me wonderfully as I waited. She went above & beyond. Her kindness left a lasting impression. I hope you will commend her. Also, the young man who drove me to the airport was professional, friendly & extremely helpful. I will highly recommend your service. Thank you so much.
there are two Courtyard hotels, when I called to pick me up from Airport I took wrong shuttle. I told receptionist that it was better told me when I called FOR shuttle, she said " I DON'T HAVE TO!!!"
Courtyard by Marriott employees were excellent and made sure I was well taken care of.
we were told to park on the blur parking lot, but the parking lot was full and there was a container taking about 5 parking spaces plus a tree with low branches was taking another space.

The attendant I spoke to 7/9 at 3:45pm was very rude and hung up before I had time to ask a question.

I used this parking service over the Thanksgiving holiday, and I was pleased with the service. I was happy to find it was available as I usually park at Budget Airport Parking, which was unavailable, and I needed parking for the day before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend it.
I tried this for the first and last time ever. Have to haul your luggage from way out in the parking lot, go register at the front desk and wait until 5:30 AM no earlier rides to the airport. So if you have an early flight don't park here. When you register your veichel it is best you know your license plate number before you get to the front desk (and I did.)
Parked at the Marriot and didn't have any trouble. Walked out of the airport and had a shuttle waiting. Went very smooth. Parked at the Red Roof Inn last month and it was not near as good. I will be parking at the Marriot from now on!
Shuttle service to the airport was a bit slow, but the pickup was super quick and easy!
Everything went well. The Courtyard San Antonio Airport were very courteous and helpful. They are an excellent source for off site parking. Their service was reliable and quick.

Experianced no problems. I recieved a quick and freindly shuttle to the airport and the same on my return to the lot. I did have to extend my stay so I called the customer service number to pay the additional amount and to make sure my vehicle would not be towed or booted. I ended up calling twice and talked to two different people. They both gave me different instructions after a period of asking and checking with others as they were not sure how to handle this situation. In the end they said to just pay when I got to the lot and that they would make a note that I had called so that my vehicle would be OK. In the end they did not charge me for the extra days. I will use this service again.
