There need to be more signage on where to park. The blue marked area need to be freshened.
Made my trip less stressful. Will definitely make arrangements to leave my car here the next time I go out of town.
the pick up time from the airport was to long almost an hour
We have been parking at the Marriott Coutyard for a couple of years. Always great service
It was great to park and know your vehicle was safe. Not one worry while we were out of town.
The staff at the Courtyard Marriott was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was also very friendly, courteous and helpful. We would recommend this service to anyone looking for parking close to the airport. I believe we even paid less than we would have had we used airport parking.

Well let's start the day I arrived . Your site advertises 5-10min shuttles times run well when we first arrived . I asked when the next shuttle was leaving and they said runs every 30 min . I was upset because I schedule my airport arrival around the 5- 10min run time, well I came with enough Time so I waited . The driver tells me without me saying anything , sir I am leaving exactly at 530 am in a rude voice because another traveler had to be on time . Well my response to him was well ( I too have to be on time ) like another words why just her . We are all there at that time for a reason , so we all have pressed schedules . Now when we arrived back to SA we waited a 30 min for shuttle to arrived at the Hotel shuttle Pick up sign and the shuttle never came . I saw it seems like every other hotel shuttle come every 5 - 10min through . Which I was a little embarrassed because they were starting to feel sorry for us . They even offered a ride . So we then called the courtyard Marriott and asked why the shuttle hasn't Arrived and they said oh we have to call . It does not say that anywhere were I read that I was suppose to call for a shuttle ,it reads shuttle run time every 5-10mins . That means to me if you wait 5-10min you will see one . Well when we called they said it would take the driver 15 min to arrive . Mind you I have already waited a 1/2 hour , I said ok and waited the driver does not show 40 min. Later . When he arrives I waived him down and I was standing right under the hotel pick up sign where there was a van already at so I was waiving him down so he can park right in back of that van because there was nothing behind the van literally 4 ft behind the van and he said no to me so he made us walk past 4 huge 15 passengers ford vans to get to him . It is not that we had to walk with our baggage 70 ft it is why would he do that to his passengers when he could have parked right behind the van that was In front of the sign . So we felt he did this on purpose . Especially when we were already standing there in the empty space . Well not only does he park in front of those other van he literally opens the rear doors of the van and sits and starts to play with his phone. He does not try to tells us (I am here ) or anything he just sits in the back of the truck and starts playing with his phone . I can see him from were we were standing I purposely waited about 3 minutes to see what he does and as I suspected he did nothing . Well within those 3 minutes while I was still observing him all the vans had loaded and left so as a common courtesy I feel he should have reversed and said let me make you heavy baggage load a little easier (nope ) he continued fiddling with his phone . So when I arrived I told him in a calm voice how I felt and how he could have made it easier for his passengers and he did not want to hear it and seemed agitated with me . When we arrived I said thank you and he rushed to get our luggage out of the van as to say ( I am done ) the ride back was super uncomfortable he did not ever apologize or try to be courteous just total silence .. As you see I am still heated even after the next day and that's why I am taking the time to do this review .. I am usually the one that never types just gives 5 stars . Unless someone goes out of there way for us . But this deserves less than the one star it allows me to give . Please change the shuttle times 30 min plus don't advertise falsely to consumers .. By the time you go through the reservation process, drive to the location, wait for shuttles, pay extra fees, you spent the same amount of money as the airport long term lot but spent much more time dealing with parking. Save yourself some time, park in the airport lots.
When I called from the airport for pickup, the hotel person told me to ask around to figure out where the shuttle pickup was. Then the driver started to drive off with the back door open.
Driver was rude to start telling my wife and I he was full then turned to another person and saying sure we have room. He saw that I noticed then said you need to read the email that says you have to be here 30 mins before your appt. His delivery was rude as hell and we were stuck with no other option at that point and had to wait for him to go drop off, return and then take us. He said we had to wait until 6:30am but what saved 3 stars on this review was he took us immediately when he got back. Also Joey the other driver when we returned was awesome and just the opposite. He was prompt, courteous and professional. 5 stars for Joey. Thank you
This is the 4th parking service I've used in San Antonio...some of the others were good or ok. No problems really. But this was the smoothest and closest to the airport. I will use in the future. Thanks.
I have a great conversation with the driver, when coming back. I also received Shuttle to car service...didn't have to pull luggage from front to Parking lot.
I'll use this service again.
There are TWO Airport Courtyards, both have friendly people, but BE SURE YOU KNOW WHICH ONE YOU ARE CALLING WHEN YOU ARRIVE BACK - this one is on BROADWAY, east of the airport, the other is on 410 Frontage, south of the airport - both have shuttles - this one's shuttle is GREEN (the other's is white). Friendly, on time, but security is strictly superficial (gate there, but always open), oddly, giant bushes cover 50% of the space designated for this parking service so expect to have your car or truck half-burried in a bush while there.

More expensive than the lot I used to use, but still cheaper than airport.
Check-in quick--waited about 5 minutes for shuttle to leave. Returning shuttle pick up at airport came in about 6 minutes. We will continue to use this service---quick, curbside drop-off & pick-up, less expensive than on site parking, dropped us off right by vehicle in secure, well lit lot at hotel. Plan to recommend to friends.
Great convenience. Don't have to drag luggage all over the airport to get for airport parking to terminal. Driver handles your luggage and helps you at the terminal. on return, driver takes you directly to your car. My hat off to whoever invented this service!
