Great place to park. Exit from the hotel is about 300 yards from the on ramp to the interstate. On my way home very quickly.
Very courteous and helpful staff. Going from the courtyard lot to board shuttle to catch flight was immediate. Coming back from our flight was another matter. We had to wait for 35 mins! Driver claimed bad traffic near mall but going to our lot, there was no traffic to speak of.

Looked for a quick and easy way to park my car for 5 days. Attendant was helpful and shuttle service was very quick. Recommend this service highly as an option.
This service makes are trips easier and I have past on the information to other friends.
The service is great they do as they say. They came to the airport within 8 minutes of me finding my bags. The service inside the hotel was terrible. When we arrived in the early morning to catch our flight the attendant behind the counter was rude. He treated us like children then complained he didn't understand the computer system. He couldn't get us out the door for the shuttle ( like 15 mins) which we had to wait for the next one 30 mins. . He clearly was not a people person and should be cleaning the floor instead of dealing with customers at 4:30 am. To be clear the actual service after getting away from him was great. thats why 3 stars
its stated they redeem you taxi cab fare after the shuttle stops running at 11
Full Billing (charging of card) should wait until end of trip in case of flight/travel changes (Ex. Hurricane Sandy)
The lady at the courtyard marriot desk was very incompetent and unhelpful
easy to use
over all the service was very good . Only complaint was that when we checked our car in and was waiting for the shuttle the attendent said it would be every half hour it was 3:31 and the shuttle was still outside and she said it would be another half hour wait even though the shuttle had not left .
Keep this lot available for future trips.

the shuttle driver was great, went out of his way to dig our car out in the snow storm that hit while we were gone. Now that is customer service above and beyond the call of duty!!
Only dislike was that where they told us to park - while we were gone they must have mowed the grass a time or 2 because a lot of grass clippings were stuck to the front of our car!
Indicated that after shuttle hours cab fair will be reimbursed will have to wait to see if this claim is honored.
front desk clerk wonderful. I'd recommend instructions that tell you to come into the hotel to obtain the pass for the windshield.
My parking experience was excellent and I will do it again.
CAB FARE WAS REIMBURSED UPON RETURN AFTER SHUTTLE STOPPED RUNNING FOR THE EVENING AFTER 10PM. EXCELLENT PARKING LOCATION.
