The Courtyard Hotel by Marriott is really close to RDU airport and represents a terrific alternative to parking at the Raleigh Durham Airport lots. The lot is open 24 hours a day and a regular (free) shuttle service to RDU is layed on as part of the parking service.     The need to contact the hotel to get on the list for transportation to the airport needs to be more prominent on the site. I did not do this but was fortunate to get on the shuttle.

    They did not tell me where to meet to pu the shuttle, I called the Hotel for over 20 minutes during the afternoon and no one answered. I had to take a taxi to get my car.

    This is the fourth time I've used this service and overall it is great and competitively priced. However, last night it took almost 25 minutes for the shuttle to come -- and the hotel is less than 5 minutes away. But this is the first time that happened and I'll be back again! Nancy

    PROS: easy to find, close to the airport, fast service TO the airport CONS: I waited 30 minutes before I was picked up from the airport back to my car. I had to call multiple times before I was finally picked up. I saw several competitors shuttles circle multiple times, and will probably book with them next time due to their timeliness.

    I travel a lot and really wish I found this service a long time ago! The front desk staff and drivers are efficient and friendly. Also, particularly for females traveling alone, it is safer option. I arrived at midnight last week and felt far more secure being picked up by baggage claim and taken directly to my car as opposed to walking in the airport lot at that hour.

    We were not aware the shuttle was not pet friendly and they made a comment that they would take us this time but we could not use them anymore if we are traveling with pets.

    I did have some problems with your automated phone system upon my return. I went thru the option selection twice and the shuttle service option failed both times. I finally ended up calling your reception desk from the phone in the baggage area.
