The Courtyard Hotel by Marriott is really close to RDU airport and represents a terrific alternative to parking at the Raleigh Durham Airport lots. The lot is open 24 hours a day and a regular (free) shuttle service to RDU is layed on as part of the parking service. Low rates, free shuttle transportation - why not park at The Courtyard next time you fly from Raleigh Durham?

4 out of 5 stars only because they should give you a card on the way to the airport with the number to call when you return and where to wait. Other than that all is perfect.

The problem that I've now experienced twice is the the phone number on the reservation form goes into your computerized system and never gets me connected to shuttle pickup. I tried all four or five options and got nowhere! Both times I've used your service, I've had to go to the hotel telephone bank in the baggage area to request a pickup. Luckily last night your shuttle was there awaiting another pickup so we didn't have to wait.

The shuttle on the way to the airport was great. Got there fast and in time. But, the shuttle that was supposed to pick us up after we returned never showed up. A DIFFERENT hotel shuttle offered to take us to our hotel, because he had already driven past us two times. Once we finally got to the hotel, our shuttle was STILL parked in front. It had never left. We will not be using this service again.

The parking lot was easy to find. The only thing that was wrong was that the instructions in the email for the shuttle back to the hotel were incorrect. It said go to "Terminal 1 Zone 9." However, Zone 9 does not exist. I believe the hotel pick up was in Zone 1 or 2. However, there are signs that are clearly labeled about where "airport" is. There is no call box there either (even though the email says there is one). Staff was very friendly.
I will use this airport parking again for RDU.

The need to contact the hotel to get on the list for transportation to the airport needs to be more prominent on the site. I did not do this but was fortunate to get on the shuttle.
Great service! Very timely, professional and courteous. This service is wonderful; I have used them twice...will definitely use Courtyard Marriott again.
They did not tell me where to meet to pu the shuttle, I called the Hotel for over 20 minutes during the afternoon and no one answered. I had to take a taxi to get my car.
This is the fourth time I've used this service and overall it is great and competitively priced. However, last night it took almost 25 minutes for the shuttle to come -- and the hotel is less than 5 minutes away. But this is the first time that happened and I'll be back again! Nancy
