Arrive through the front entrance of the hotel and bear right into the Courtyard lot. Please check your car in upon arrival. See the front desk for parking locations. Shuttle pick-up is in front of the hotel. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Please allow additional time.

The Courtyard Hotel by Marriott (Atlanta Airport North) provides a really great alternative to Atlanta Airport parking lots. Courtyard offers the convenience of self parking at their hotel lot with a short shuttle service, provided free by the hotel, will drop you off and pick you up at your terminal. Why not try The Courtyard next time you fly from Atlanta International.

There was not a courtesy number for me to call. Most of the other motels/hotels had a number for the courtesy phones!! This was excellent customer service!!!!
The is good, but a extra discount for seniors and those who are retired would really help us out. Some thing you should think about.

Shuttle to the airport was 15 minutes late; that could've made a difference in catching the flight! Shuttle back- the handwritten card was a little unclear - I couldn't remember which hotel it was and it wasn't a specific enough hotel name to figure it out easily at the airport shuttle pick-up location.
We asked where to park in the lit and we're told anywhere. When we got back they must of had my car towed to another part if the lot but no one called or emailed to say they were doing that so we were panic stricken looking for out car. Apparently they were re-paving the part if the lot we parked in, we happily would have parked elsewhere if the desk clerk had known that they did airport parking and told us to park somewhere else! She didn't even know her hotel offered this service!
Resurfacing the parking lot at the Marriott Ctyard, no one told us, made us late for the airport, had to wait for another shuttle.
The courtesy van driver on the return stopped at the Renaissance Hotel and then left us sitting for 10 minutes while he waited for his friends, members of the hotel staff, to ride the shuttle to the Courtyard. They were loud and discourteous. If the van runs every 15 minutes, why not catch the next shuttle???
The front desk man was exceptional. I was lost and he gave me explicit directions and I MADE my FLIGHT!!!

Shuttle service was not prompt. On the day of my flight the shuttle was 40 min late and it was not running every 20 min as advertised. The same happened on the return from the airport. I would not park at the facility again.
Shuttles only run every 20 minutes (:00; :20: 40) so plan accordingly. I had to wait 25 minutes on the shuttle to the airport and 15 for the one back to the hotel.
Safe parking for a good price. BUT be sure to tell the desk clerk that you want a shuttle. i checked in showing my receipt and ASSUMED he would know that we'd NEED the shuttle, as previous desk clerks there, did, but he never called the shuttle and after waiting 1/2 hr. i checked the desk again asking if there was a problem. He said that i hadn't told him to call the shuttle. So be sure to tell the clerks to call the shuttle for pickup at the hotel. also, had a 1/2 hour wait on the return, so i'm going to call the hotel and request the airport pickup the next time i park here.
The hotel did not have enough employees to help everyone. There was no mention of what shuttle to take on return & it was very confusing. There was not a lot of parking & the parking lot was not gated. I enjoy your service but I will never choose this parking lot at this hotel again.
We will definitely do this again the next time we fly. The only constructive comment I can suggest is that the individual parking establishments tell customers whether or not they pick up passengers at the international terminals. We waited 20 minutes and then called the hotel. The clerk was apologetic and then we were told that we needed to go to the domestic side of the airport and that their shuttle did not go to the international side.
I would have preferred covered, secure parking. It would be nice if this was listed in the description.
