Arrive through the front entrance of the hotel and bear right into the Courtyard lot. Please check your car in upon arrival. See the front desk for parking locations. Shuttle pick-up is in front of the hotel. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Please allow additional time.

The Courtyard Hotel by Marriott (Atlanta Airport North) provides a really great alternative to Atlanta Airport parking lots. Courtyard offers the convenience of self parking at their hotel lot with a short shuttle service, provided free by the hotel, will drop you off and pick you up at your terminal. Why not try The Courtyard next time you fly from Atlanta International.

    The shuttle to the airport was a very short wait, but from the airport to the hotel was over 15 minutes. Also, I had to cancel my reservation because of flight problems from Paris, and the car was fine for the extra day.

    The website lacks details of parking instructions (do I need to get any paperwork from the hotel front desk? Do I need to hang any pass on my dashboard? When I pick up my car, do I need to ckeck out with the front desk?). The shuttle I took had 4 stops on the way to the airport.

    The return trip was excellent which was why they received 3 stars. The driver made sure that we arrived quickly and helped get luggage close to the car. The trip to the airport was very poor. We waited for over 45 minutes and when we went to the front desk were told that they should be coming any minute. The front desk was rude and busy talking with each other rather than those who came to the desk. My husband was handicapped and needed additional time to get to the gate at the airport. I did not have the time I had allotted (spent it waiting for the shuttle to the airport). We were the last to be dropped off even when we said that we had waited for over 45 minutes. I would be reluctant to leave my car at this hotel in the future.

    We arrived at the hotel and went in and showed the lady my reservation. She took down my information, told me where to park and by the time I was done parking and unloading my bags, the shuttle was waiting for us. It took less then 10 minutes to get to the airport and the shuttle driver unloaded and loaded our bags. I asked her about pick-up from the airport and she told me where we needed to go. After our trip we went to zone 2 and waited about 15 minutes and the shuttled came and took us back to the hotel. Both of the ladies that I dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. I would use this service again.

    Very easy, check in at the desk, park anywhere in the lot. Shuttle from hotel was prompt. Shuttle at the airport was easy to find and waiting for us when we got to Zone 2. Just make sure you get the shuttle for Courtyard by Marriott NORTH. All the instructions were on the confirmation sheet.
