The Courtyard Hotel by Marriott (Atlanta Airport North) provides a really great alternative to Atlanta Airport parking lots. Courtyard offers the convenience of self parking at their hotel lot with a short shuttle service, provided free by the hotel, will drop you off and pick you up at your terminal. Why not try The Courtyard next time you fly from Atlanta International.

I have used this parking lot many times with no issues. However, it was very crowded this time and I could not park in front of the hotel. When I picked my car up, someone had drained the gas out. Next time, I will be sure to park in front.
As we took the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning, we were pleased to see a local police officer patrol through our hotel's parking lot and those of the next two hotels as well. We've used this hotel location several times and have been very pleased with it.
Parking at the hotel was simple and convenient. This is my second time using Courtyard Marriott North to park. Both times were great. The shuttle runs every 20 mins. Coming back the shuttle was there waiting. I will definitely park here again.
All was fine. Shuttle going was scheduled in advance, no wait. Coming back we just missed one, so 15+ minutes wait, but no problem.

The shuttle missed picking me up and it initially took about 30 minutes to be picked up. Otherwise, an easy process. Ask the front desk to dispatch the shuttle when you present them with the paid receipt.
We arrived back at the Atlanta airport from our honeymoon. After traveling to 4 different countries and 2 other states.... The only difficult part of our trip was making our way from the airport to the hotel using the shuttle service. We were redirected 4+ times to the north upper deck, north lower, south upper, and south lower, none of which had a shuttle. We waited over an hour and a half with all of our luggage chasing the shuttle from one location to another as the drivers told us we could not get on as they passed us (empty) and that we would need to walk around the airport to a different location in the 100+ degree heat. Not one driver offered assistance or direction. When we finally did get on the shuttle, they took us to 3 different Marriott hotels, none of which were ours. At the last stop, the driver said, "don't tell me this isn't your hotel" and asked us to get off the shuttle. From there, we had to call an uber to get back to the correct Marriott (even though the driver had told us we were on the correct shuttle in the first place). I am more than disappointed in this service abd shuttle staff and would most definitely not recommend it to other guests. We frequent Marriott hotels weekly for business and vacation, but I would highly recommend parking at the airport instead of using this service.
A friend told us about this and we were so happy to save $ on parking. It takes a little extra time on either end, but it's worth it.
It was not clear as to where to park your car so we had to wait in line to ask. Other than that time delay, all was great.
Good pickup on return of trip but going I called twice to ensure van time- driver was 25 minutes late- said he had to get gas

I've used the Courtyard parking many times. It's easy, cheap, not too big (I can find my car easily), and safe!
I park at the hotel in a parking area that is at the entrance of the hotel. I feel it is very safe there.

From the airport I had to pay a driver who drove for another service to get me to my parking location because the one who should have taken me there said that he does not go there and after traveling with him for an hour on his run, he brought me back and left me at the airport to fend for myself.
Shuttle driver was late and rushed us. We should have waited for the next. We told her we wanted to go to the international terminal and she insisted on dropping us in front of Delta domestic saying we could check in there for Air France. She never explained why she was not taking us to the International. She neglected to offer the option of the International terminal shuttle, which we learned about on our return..
All was good - just be aware that shuttle stops running at 1 AM.
Parking lot was fine - shuttle driver unloaded all luggage for the people staying at the Renaissance but just pulled up and opened the door at the Courtyard - VERY offended by the preferential treatment given to the folks staying at the higher priced hotel. I am currently disabled and had to remove my own bags!
