Courtyard offers the convenience of self parking at their hotel lot with a short shuttle service, provided free by the hotel, will drop you off and pick you up at your terminal. Why not try The Courtyard next time you fly from Atlanta International.

We waited too long for our shuttle to get back to the hotel parking lot after our return flight. The waiting area was very crowded and when our shuttle arrived, it was a small one. A crowd of folks with some ID tags around their necks and no luggage pushed on in front of us. Seemed like they were from some kind of convention. But why were they on ground transportation from the airport? Anyway, not a real courteous group. The driver was kind and helped us get all of our luggage on board and then we stood rattling around, trying to hold on to the poles until the group was dropped off at the Renaissance. After 9 hours of travel, this experience was such that we will pay extra and park at the airport next time.
Waited approximately 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport. This has occurred on several of my recent trips.

They changed the shuttle times but did not inform me. I had to sit in the lobby an hour before the shuttle started running and had to rush once I got to the airport. They also made me move my car to the back, where the parking lot wasn't lit, since I wasn't a customer of the hotel.
I did not ask for directions, but I really like it.
Love using this service/ lot... So convenient... the only complaint I have is waiting for the shuttle at the airport when returning... Often times you just want to be home and the shuttle feels like it takes a lot longer than the time given... HOWEVER, everyone is super nice, considerate and ready to help.
Great place to stay the night. The staff at Courtyard North were super! Parking there much beats the airport fees any day!
Parking at the hotel was a breeze, staff friendly and helpful. Our return was hectic because of numerous flight delays which created a massive crowd at the pick-up zone. There was one shuttle staff person assigned to our designated zone who did a excellent job managing the chaos! We would choose this parking option again!
Only problem was we were not told the correct shuttle to take when we returned so we got on the wrong one. Had to ride it around and then back to airport to get on correct shuttle. First driver was helpful and got us to right shuttle but all of that added at least 30 minutes to our retrieving our car after a long day of traveling.

First shuttle left without picking up passengers. Next shuttle came a few minutes later. Was able to get to shuttle area at airport with shuttle waiting upon return to Atlanta. Car was safe and in the same condition I left it in. I will definitely park here again in the near future!
This was a wonderful experience in every way. The connections both coming and going went very smoothly and I felt my car was in a safe and secure location until my return. I look forward to using this service again in the near future.
Will not park here again. Had a terrible experience. The airport shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive and I almost missed my flight. Staff at the front desk were indifferent to my problem.
The shuttle frequency is every 20mins , not the advertised average of 10 mins. The service does not operate from 1am-4am , it's not 24 hours. I found this out the hard way. Knowing the above criteria would help, otherwise serivce is alright .

I have used this hotel many times....always great. The lobby people are very nice and professional. Same for shuttle drivers. Prompt pick-up and delivery. Safe lot.
Parking and hotel was conveniently located 3 miles off from airport. shuttle service was good .
Parking is in the main lot area, non-gated. Checkin was slow, bus was late, but they were frequent. Overall, less than what I've gotten from comparably priced hotel parking services.
