Attendant and I were both unclear if I needed a paper copy of my rsvn confirmation or if an image on my iPhone was sufficient. I had no paper copy and he accepted that but said paper was needed.
Total confusion when dropping off and picking up car. Took 25 minutes for shuttle to arrive. In that time two Parking Spot shuttles stopped. I use your service at Newark Airport and the Marriott at LGA. I will never use Courtyard at LGA (only used it as the Marriott was sold out) and will use a competitor if my only choice is the Courtyard @ LGA.
Security person in booth was courteous and professional
After arriving to LGA airport we had to wait for the parking shuttle for about 40 minutes even after calling the operator at Courtyard.
Attendant required a printed receipt to exit which I only had a email receipt. I would suggest somehow not to have to print out the receipt. Otherwise all was good.
Upon arrival on a weekday morning, both the parking lot attendant and the concierge/valet were unhelpful and rude. Upon return back to Laguardia, I had to call for the shuttle twice; after two assurances that "the shuttle is five minutes away," the shuttle driver told me that the front desk can forget to send a shuttle and "You just need to call until they remember to do it." After using this lot on a few occasions, I won't be returning.

Do not park here at any cost! I prepaid for parking and showed up at the hotel where you park and there was nowhere to park! I frantically called up the number and they said go to the front desk and they will take the keys and park the car. When I did that, the hotel wanted nothing to do with parking my car! I ended up parking in a non-spot and called up from the airport and told them that if they towed my car, I would sue! Luckily they didn't. Do yourself a favor and go with a place that is guaranteed to have a spot for you.
Only complaint was waiting about 30 minutes for shuttle from hotel to airport.

when we called for p/u @ airport, the operator said we were not on the client list & had us call the other mariott hotel so when we were picked up, we were taken to the wrong hotel. then the driver took us over to the other mariott
Parked at Marriott Courtyard, easy, convenient, people were great. Shuttle, no issues, no delays. Will definitely look to do it again.
Parking was easy, safe, and convenient. You retain your keys. Entering the driveway you receive a card to place on your dashboard go through a gate and park wherever you find a spot. Mine was the second one in! You wait in the lobby of the hotel for your jitney to take you to your airline. There is a Starbucks there if you have time to grab one. It is a five minute trip to your airline. On return you call for pick up, the phone rang a while before being answered. A jitney was dispatched per the call. You wait in the center curb isle opposite your airline. The jitney was there within fifteen minutes. When at the gate to pay I discovered either I had not taken a parking ticket on entering or was not given one! The attended took a copy of my receipt and wished a safe trip home! Everything worked the way it should.

Lot was full when we arrived due to snow storm the day before. Your staff was unprepared for our and several other arrivals that had reservations and no spots. Luckily the attendant showed some initiative and scrambled to get us a spot in employee parking. I don't know what happened to the other drivers.
This was my first time to park at Courtyard. The snow had not been removed so the one place vacant was a little disconcerting. I was not told to telephone the Courtyard when I arrived so it was a 45 minute wait before I was at my car.
