    When I parked my car the sign said they run 3 times per hour and not 4 times per hour. When I pickup up my car it took an hour for the shuttle to arrive to bring me back to the hotel. The shuttle driver blamed it on them being a smaller hotel they didn't have as many drivers. Other hotels and car rental companies had 5-6 shuttles go by before the Courtyard shuttle came through.

    My reservation was from 9/18/2016 11:30am to 9/22/2016 9:30pm and paid for 5 days parking. Because of a one hour delay on my return flight and shuttle pickup delay due to traffic around LaGuardia airport, I left the parking lot at about 10:30pm. The parking lot attendant said that he was going to let it slide that I was an hour late on pickup. I told him that I had paid for 5 days parking. The 5 days parking would allow me to pickup the car as late as the next morning. If the pickup time on the reservation is being looked at as a hard pickup time - you should inform us of this fact and we would add additional hours to the reservation to cover travel delays.

    Parking at the Courtyard Marriott was a breeze. I copied my paid receipt from online and when I got to the gate the attendant gave me a card and told me to park anywhere. There was ample spots available to my surprise. I found my spot quickly and parked it in front where you could see the airport across the street. Within 15 minutes, I took the shuttle bus that the hotel provided and they dropped me off right at Delta. After my trip was over a week later, I called the number on my receipt, the shuttle bus showed up within 15 minutes and brought me back to the hotel to pick up my car. At the gate, I handed the attendant my card and paid receipt. Very easy!

    The entrance to the hotel can be congested with shuttles and cars so entering the lot can be a little tricky.

    Not a good experience. When I landed I had to wait another 30 min after calling lot 3 times and I had to run after the van. He passed me. He didn't stop at jet blue
