pickup at airport a little slow. 30min wait.
Parking at the Courtyard Marriott was very convenient. The hotel is easy to find and the location is very close to the airport. The shuttle service was on time for my departure and upon my return. The only thing that is a little difficult is when you are waiting for the shuttle to pick you up from the airport. The location is the same location of all of the other hotel and airport shuttles. Therefore it gets very crowded. You have to make sure you are paying close attention to your shuttle as there is more than one Marriott Hotel that has shuttles picking up passengers. Overall I was happy, and I will continue to use this service.
1st time using will return
When I landed (returning to NY ) I called for your shuttle. After 15 minutes waiting, I called again and was told shuttle had to run to "a restaurant" to pick up a guest and wouldnt be much longer. 10 mins later another shuttle driver appeared and told me the original driver went to American terminal instead of picking me up at Delta! REALLY??? get the excuses straight...and hire SMARTER drivers and dispatch. Thank you
Courtyard Marriot phone was not answered for 10 minutes and then put on hold for longer. Unacceptable. Never use them again!!!
I parked at the Marriott Courtyard. I did not know the entrance to the hotel was the same as the parking lot and drove past it. I know the airport determines pickup area but it is difficult to flag down the shuttle bus when the pickup area is the same as the general population. Dangerous stepping out between cars to get to the bus. All in all a good service with competent people.
there was some confusion about the fact that I did not receive a small ticket when I checked in - the attendant told me I didn't need one, but then they asked for one when I was departing. otherwise, good.
The service that I used for the first time was excellent. I read reviews before using this company and tried them. Every review I read was absolutely correct. I couldn't ask for a better service than what was provided. I already recommended the service to others who fly.
The people at the Courtyard by Marriot were very nice and easy to deal with. I really liked the attendants in the booth both on entry and exit.
The lobby of the Courtyard Marriott is perfect for the digitally connected traveller. I was about to sit down and wait for the shuttle to leave -approx 15min - but I was told we were leaving early. The staff really kept track of who was on board to depart. Plus on my return trip, I had left an item on the shuttle that was kept for me when I came back to pick it up. Great customer service. They went out of their way for me.
Prices are far too high for LGA airport parking. I avoid LGA when I can because of this disparity.

Parking at the Marriott lga was a lot easier than I expected.
Very quick & efficient parking facility. I entered the Marriott parking lot, and the attendant quickly found my reservation and I caught the next bus 10 minutes later. Will definitely return.

My only complaint is that once I got to the Courtyard Marriott there was no sign indicating which parking lot to use. I wasted too much time figuring it out, even leaving the location and going around the block.
Had to call twice to get shuttle back to hotel from terminal.
On our way to airport driver was great and shuttle was in time. However on our way back we waited since 1:30 to 3:30 for the shuttle. We called 3 times and each time we where told that the shuttle will come in 15 minutes. First I called than my daughter called 2 times, and than airport employee call because she felt sorry for us waiting in cold outside. Shuttle never show up. Finally we went with the shuttle from the other Marriott on the same street. There we explained the situation and the driver from that hotel give us complimentary ride to Courtyard Marriott. There front desk lady AGATHA argue with us that she receive only one call and driver just left to pick us up. Nothing but a lie. She was rude, laughing in our face, did not offer any apology. I will be complaining to the manager of the hotel. Our review will be also posted on every side possible to let people know. We have to drive 7 hours to our destination and that shuttle bad service put us in a long delay. Originally I have booking with DOLLAR, I changed because I tot that the hotel will be a better choice. I wish I didn't as the Dollar shuttle come 3 time around.
paid when i got to hotel and paid when i got back waiting for one refund hotel is very agreeable to looking in to it. Shuttle was quick to come when we got back but we were not told we should call hotel and that they do not just run al,l day if not needed
