New shuttle buses run between Courtyard Crystal City and Reagan Airport for no extra charge. The parking lot is safe and secure. Please check in to the front desk and prepay to obtain a token. Shuttles run at 5:05 AM, 5:35 AM, 6:05 AM, and then every 20 minutes on the hour until 11:00 PM. At the airport, please report to doors 5 or 9 by baggage claim.     Shuttle dropped us off at the passenger/luggage pickup area and we had to drag luggage through the airport to get to check in. Our flight returned after 11:00 but no one told us that the last shullte was BEFORE 11:00. It cost an additional $7.00 to take a cab to get our car. When I called Mariott to see about pickup and was first told about this, the staff couldn't care less.

    Instructions for Courtyard should explain you pay in the Lobby of the hotel then receive a token to access and exit the garage. Excellent experience, would use again and recommend to others.

    Very happy. If you could give passengers a general generic estimate of when you leave the hotel for the airport, it would be helpful. The waiting area at National did not protect from a driving cold rain.

    All went well except for the wait time for the shuttle when I got back. We waited over 35 minutes in the cold sleet. I saw every other shuttle for all the other hotels and such at least 5 times.

    Staff at the Hotel where I parked was very professional and helpful. Once I parked my car, the shuttle was there to take me to the airport within 5 minutes. Due to a flight cancellation and a couple of flight delays, I missed the last shuttle from the the airport back to the hotel. When I finally got back to pick up my car, I wasn't charged any additional fees. The whole process was quick and easy. I will definitely use this service again.

    The parking (at the Courtyard Marriott Crystal City) made getting to and from Reagan National a much more pleasurable experience than it usually is, and I will certainly consider using Reagan more now that I know how pleasant the experience can be.

    We just missed a shuttle to the airport the day we dropped off the car. We needed to wait about 20 min for the next which was as advertised. It was quite comfortable waiting in the hotel lobby. Luckily the woman at the desk called over to us when the shuttle arrived. The shuttle driver never came into the lobby to look for anyone and we wouldn't have seen the shuttle since we were eating the food we'd just bought at the hotel's little coffee venue. This was our second time parking at this hotel. We'll do it again.

    This was my first experience using the reservation system. Normally, I fly out of BWI and use FastPark - very convenient. I correctly estimated the additional time needed to park and get to the airport due to shuttle times and just the logistics of lugging my bags up to the lobby and through the hotel. The system worked and would probably use it again.

    The hotel (Courtyard by Mariott) required a printout of the parking order form/receipt. I had to log in to one of their computers, print it out, and then take that back to the receptionist's kiosk (which had its own computer). This would be much more convenient if the hotel had the ability to receive and/or process these orders electronically.
