    My GPS took me straight to the hotel address, but the parking entrance was next to a public parking entrance.. both underground garages. Luckily, I went and checked inside the hotel. I was promptly 'checked' in to the hotel parking garage, and was told to use the hotel parking. I needed a token to access the garage (and to leave). Otherwise, everything went as represented.

    My only complaint is you have to go into the reception area first to pick up a token so you can actually enter the garage. Not easy when the front of the hotel is already full with taxis, buses and shuttle buses, so therefore hard to pull over to get token before driving downstairs to garage. I would say though that all the staff are very friendly and courteous. Just an awkward system which they have there.

    The shuttle to the airport arrived a few minutes late and was unable to accommodate our party. Had the man at the check-in counter not taken it upon himself to take us to the airport we along with about 8 other people would not have made it to the airport on time. He was very nice and we are very appreciative of him doing that.

    The only issue I have is my automobile had bird residue that even the car wash couldnot remove...I had to scrap it off my windshield and I was in covered parking.

    please have each location give height limits. I tried calling many of the places you have listed to find out height restriction. I drive a full size pickup. And for example, gateway Marriott never, I mean never, called be back or answered my question. Someone giving rating said they parked at my choice because it had high enough clearance. Also, Courtyard Marriott was very packed and I believe I saw only two spaces in additon to the one I choose. DID NOT LIKE NOT HAVING THE WISH THEY HAD HIGH ENOUGH CEILINGS.

    The staff I encountered where absolutely wonderful and courteous! I didn’t mind that I had to see the front desk first to get my tokens since I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk. The parking spaces where small and made for compact cars which I am fortunate to have. I would have given the Courtyard five stars but did not because of the small parking spaces. I would definitely use them again!

    Everything worked out great. The hotel demanded a paper copy of the receipt prior to parking - would not use the email or confirmation #, so I had to use their business center to print it out. Otherwise, without a hitch... On the way back, Courtyard Crystal City was the first stop. If you are traveling as a group/family, have at least one another adult AND have bags to check in, I would highly recommend dropping them all off at the terminal first, and then taking the car to park while they are checking the bags in. Do this in reverse on the way back: they get the bags from the baggage claim, you go get the car. Will save you a lot of waiting time and loading/unloading bags multiple times.

    Fantastic, inexpensive and fast service. My only suggestion for improvement is to make sure hotels participating in this program know the height limit on their garage. Having an oversized vehicle, I was worried about indoor parking and received 4 different answers from one hotel. Courtyard Crystal City was perfect though with a 6'8" clearance. Thanks!

    Would prefer not to have to go into the lobby first to pay bill, then hop back in car to go park, then come back to lobby to wait for shuttle. It would be nice to be able to go directly into garage, then up to lobby to pay and wait for shuttle. Also, I want to thank late night shuttle driver of North Loop for taking me to a South loop hotel -- all but one on the shuttle were going there.

    I parked my car at the Courtyard Crystal and had a horrible time getting back to my car last night on February 3rd. I was sure I knew which hotel the car was at but was convinced otherwise by the shuttle driver at Reagan Airport. I visited three different hotels before finding my car after finding out there are 5 separate Marriott hotels within a couple miles of each other all on the route of the shuttle service. This was a very confusing and frustrating experience after landing late at night.

    Shuttle was frequent, but was relatively small and people had to be left at the airport because there was no room for their luggage. Also, the shuttle services several hotels in the area.

    Departing shuttle driver unwilling to wait as I took car down to the garage. My wife had to stop him from leaving me behind. He did end up waiting. Otherwise no issues and I will still use the same garage again.

    The Courtyard Desk Attendant was rude about the paperwork becuase the printout cut off the pricing. Then she charged me the full amount and got rude when she had to correct the bill to acct for the deposit. Upon the return, we were at Door 5 at 2:17pm. Shuttle did not arrive until 2:42. I called the hotel and she said the shuttle was running. If I choose to use hotel parking again, I will not choose the Courtyard.

    The parking lot and Marriott desk clerk were outstanding. The pick up shuttle was terrible. It was too small and full so we had to wait for the next one which never came. After thirty minutes I grabbed another hotel shuttle which was near our hotel. Parking was perfect.

    On the drive home, I had to wait 1 hour because the shuttle that arrived was full. The next shuttle that arrived the driver was EXTREMELY rude and basically told me that I came on the wrong shuttle. I have used this service several times and this was the first time that I received this type of treatment. I will no longer be parking at this hotel in the future.

    The driver could have told me to wait for the next south loop bus. He took the north loop and it took 35 minutes to arrive at my car. I could have walked or taken the metro in far less time. Not good!

    A large group of people also happened to leave the hotel as the same time as us, but no worries b/c Marriott provided two shuttles for the early morning trip. We had no issues getting to the airport or back to the hotel.

    some sort of contact directions would be helpful after arriving at airport on the return flight. We had to wait quite awhile and had no way to contact the van service. Finally a small van arrived with far too many people waiting then could board to return to parking.

    Shuttle to airport was late for me by 25 mins. Better than one passenger who had been waiting OVER an hour. It was also overfilled and taking all the time it did to shove in people and luggage I was nearly late to my flight. Thankfully the return service was much better once the shuttle showed. Also never using Marriott again so I don't have to wait they 5 other hotel stops before getting to mine. How does one chain have 6 hotels in one neighborhood???

    The initial shuttle driver was in such a hurry that he pulled out of the drive before I had a chance to buckle my 4 and 1 year olds in (and myself). Then, when we got to the airport, he hung around expecting a tip. The driver from the airport to the hotel was wonderful. We left DCA on 8/12 and returned 8/27.

    I had trouble finding the hotel in the first place even though I have printed directions as well as my GPS. Once I was there, the receptionist was very friendly and courteous checking. The shuttle was also prompt dropping me off. The nightmare begins on my way back to pick up my car. The shuttle was no where to be seen. I called the hotel and nobody picked up the phone. After waiting for about 1.5 hours for a pickup, I decided I have had enough and took a taxi to the hotel. Worst experience in my life.

    My flight out of DCA left at 6 AM, the shuttle service did not start running until 5:15 AM which forced me to take a cab to the airport. Upon returning, the hotel claimed the shuttle ran every 20 minutes. I waited 42 minutes for the shuttle. I called the hotel twice during that period and was told it was on the way. Their van also needs cleaning and repairs to the seats. I have no plans to use this service in the future after this experience.

    I was afraid to use this service! Getting to the airport with two little ones in car seats is either impossible or expensive without taking your own car. I was mostly worried about the shuttle service but it departed on time at 6:05AM and it arrived within minutes to bring us back to the hotel when we came home. The driver did have to pass others waiting for a ride, as we were full up, (we had gotten on at the first stop thankfully) and my children were on our laps. And one guy was going to sit on the floor. But the driver called another shuttle so I hope the others did not have to wait long. She didn't look happy. I guess your van is too small, since you've got demand. However, if I had been passed up I would have been pretty disappointed too.

    I had very good service to the airport. The service back to the hotel was horrible. The hotel was a quite easy to drive to and the check-in process was fairly quick. The receptionist was very friendly and quick (and busy). The shuttle was about to depart to the airport as soon as I parked my car. The shuttle driver was friendly. On my way back to pick up the car was a horror story. I waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle. I called the hotel, and nobody picked up the phone. I waited another 20 minutes and called the hotel again. Someone picked up the phone and said the shuttle will be there soon. Waited another 15 minutes, still no shuttle. Had to pay $10 for the cab to get to the hotel to pick up my car. IMHO, park elsewhere, or park in the economy lot for $12/day.

    Over the past year, the service at the Courtyard Crystal City has changed. It went from prompt and after hours shuttle service to poor service. Apparently, the shuttle service is no longer the hotel's own, but rather one for several Marriott hotels in the area which has increased the wait time for the shuttle at the hotel. Further, the shuttle service now ends at 11, meaning that you will have to pay for a cab to take you to the hotel if you arrive on a late flight.

    The shuttles do NOT run every 15 minutes. The last 3 times I came in, all in the late morning, the shuttle to this hotel wasn't running AT ALL. I had to take other hotels' shuttles (tip: the Hyatt is right next door, and is more reliable) just to get to my car. I will not be using this hotel to park at again.

    The shuttle never showed up at the airport. AGAIN. When I took the shuttle of a neighboring hotel and walked to this one, the hotel shuttle was sitting in front. Where it sat the entire time I complained to the hotel front desk. They said they would escalate to the manager, who would call me. She never did.

    The shuttle service was prompt when going to the airport. However, like others have noted, the return is NOT every 15 minutes. We waited for over a 30 on the return. One nice thing was that it was easy to get back on the road to home. The coins used to enter and exit the parking area, were easy to use and quick !

    Shuttle service was supposed to be every 15 minutes. Hotel says it's every 20 minutes. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes on the first day. Not acceptable. Return shuttle service was prompt.

    The return shuttle was ridiculous-was supposed to run eery 15 minutes-waited almost 1/2 hour, and by the time they got there, there were so many people waiting that there wasn't any room for us! We ended up paying for a cab, which took us to the wrong Marriott, where we had to pay for another cab! Won't use Marriott Crystal City parking again.

    The hotel was a little hard to find, and the check-in process was a bit cumbersome (they basically treated it as if you were checking into a hotel room. I had to park at the front, get checked in, and then get a token to enter the garage) - but otherwise a positive experience.

    Due to a flight delay we arrivded back to DCA airport around 10:30AM. The driver was worried about it being late and the last shuttle leaving at 11:00. It worked out because he did return to pick us up.

    The description was a little confusing about the tokens needed to get into the parking ramp. I called the hotel prior to arrival to confirm the tokens. On the directions it reads as if you need tokens for the shuttle bus. I love the service and will be using again!!

    I have two complaints. 1.) My returning flight arrived at 11:00 PM on Friday, however there was no shuttle to the hotel at that time, so I had to make other arrangements. 2.) While I was parked in the garage for the week, some liquid dripped from a pipe or something in the garage on to my roof. The liquid dried into a hard, unremovable, crystaline pool on the top of my car, back window and bumper. It has ruined the paint on the roof and bumper of my car.

    Going to the airport everything went fine. Coming back, the first shuttle refused me because he said he was not going to the Courtyard Marriott, the second one picked me up much later but he went all over Crystal City before he finally wound up at the Courtyard. He stopped and socialized twice for long minutes when we were near the Courtyard prolonging my stay in the shuttle for at least 15 minutes more, while we were at least two blocks from the final destination, the Courtyard Marriott. The return for the Airport was very unsatisfactory.

    Having to stop first at the hotel and get the coin from the attendend instead of going right into to the parking lot is a problem. It would be easier if you were sent a temporary 4 digit code and you could go right in.

    You advertised the shuttle as running 24 hours a day every 15 minutes. It doesn't run 24 hours a day and doesn't run every 15 minutes early morning.

    The shuttle on the 23rd did not come for 35 minutes. The hotel failed to alert us that the van would not say "Courtyard" on it even after two phone calls to complain about the wait. This was a terrible experience.

    The parking lot was impossible. You have to go into the building to get a parking code to park, then return to your car to put a notice saying you are parked. The place was a bit awkward to find, and it took FOREVER for the shuttle to arrive. They said that it was coming and when it did, the shuttle driver told us we had to wait for the next shuttle. We called on our way in to ask how to get a shuttle faster, followed all the directions, and they were wrong as it was unsuccessful in getting a shuttle to arrive. A member of our party fortunately got out to speed up the arrival time as I waiting in garage for instructions on how i could get in.

    The rates are very reasonable for garage parking! You beat airport parking by a long shot! My only issue is your lower level parking is poorly lit. Although I wasn't afraid I just thought you may want to know. I will definitely use your service again!

    The person at the hotel was very nice. The shuttles were slow in coming, both to the airport and upon my return. It was good that I got their early, so I made my flight on time. However, I would use the service again.

    This service makes travel much easier at the beginning & end. The shuttle to the airport avoids having to park & haul suitcases from the airport parking lot to the correct gate; same on the way home - thanks!

    The instructions would be better if they told you to check in at the hotel lobby before proceeding to the parking garage. I had to pre-pay to get tokens to access the garage and a parking permit to display on my windshield. Otherwise, everything was great.

    We were incredibly disappointed with our experience. We specifically selected the Courtyard Crystal City because they offered shuttles every 15 minutes versus other hotels that offered service only every 30 minutes. We arrived at noon and saw another family waiting for the shuttle. At 12:15, no shuttle had arrived. At 12:30, still no shuttle. We checked with the attendant several times and were informed the shuttle was on its way. At 12:40, the shuttle had still not arrived. The hotel then offered to pay for a cab to get us to the airport. When the airport is less than 5 minutes away, this is completely unacceptable. We will not be parking at the Courtyard Crystal City again.

    I would not select the Crystal City Marriott shuttle service again due to the fact that we arrived at approx. 12:00 p.m. The hotel attendant call for the shuttle at 12:05. We waited 30 minutes and the shuttle never showed up so I had to spend an additional $13 for a taxi. There was another family waiting and they were scheduled to depart on the same flight. They arrived at the airport about 1:15 and they said they also had to catch a taxi because the shuttle never showed up. Then, upon our return from the airport, the shuttle driver was very unpleasant.

    The locked garage and check-in process took way too long. My flight was delayed returning, so I missed the last bus. There were 100 people in line for a taxi, so I walked through the rain and snow to the hotel. Not a good experience. Won't use again.

    The pickup service from DCA to the hotel was a little slow. A shuttle was supposed to run every 15 minutes and it took around 25. It is not a big deal really, but when it is 30 out, an extra ten minutes does not make a person happy. The service was efficient enough though.

    This is the second time I used your parking service. The first time (SEPT) the shuttle was there when I walked out the door. This trip I was waiting at the wrong place and missed one shuttle. I now know to wait at gate 5. I will use this service again in June. I am a very satisfied customer.

    Waited 35 minutes from 2:10pm to 2:45pm for the shuttle at the airport and had to phone the hotel 3 times before the shuttle eventually arrived. The driver was very casual about this as if it is absolutely normal. We were very disappointed especially as other hotel shuttles collected passengers (Some 3 times) during our wait for our shuttle.

    Upon returning, our car had a dead battery (interior lights on). We found your driver and he in turn found a set of cables and we jump started our car. Your driver was very helpful and courteous.

    Shuttle did not arrive within 15 minutes. After 25 minutes, I requested a cab or other transportation to the airport. The clerk called a different shuttle driver to get me to the airport to make my flight. I was very disappointed in the service provided.

Airport Transportation:

Shuttle transportation provided to and from your terminal. Shuttles pick up at the airport every 20 minutes on the hour from 6:10 AM until 11:00 PM

New shuttle buses run between Courtyard Crystal City and Reagan Airport for no extra charge. The parking lot is safe and secure. Please check in to the front desk and prepay to obtain a token. Shuttles run at 5:05 AM, 5:35 AM, 6:05 AM, and then every 20 minutes on the hour until 11:00 PM. At the airport, please report to doors 5 or 9 by baggage claim.
