    Was odd that hotel did not request information about my car. How would they know which cars are parked as part of this program vs. illegally parked? Did not receive any type of receipt when car dropped off, nor when picked up. Seems to be some sort of honor system, which seems odd.

    I was very impressed when I parked and left my car there, but i was really disappointed on the way back! I remember the receptionist told me to call when I landed and the bus would pick me up at the airport so I did, and the person who answer my call said the bus would be at the pick up spot in 10-15 mins. I asked if I had to call after I had my luggages, but the person insist not to. So I went to 2H to wait for the bus, but time went by and there was no bus for courtyard. I called the hotel again to make sure if everything is ok, and the receptionist told me the bus had not leave yet, and it would leave right away and should be in 10 mins. I waited for another 30 mins and the bus has not showed up. I called again, and the same person said the bus was on the way. So I waited again until it came. To be honest, I don't really mind to wait but you have to tell the truth that the bus wont pick up just one person, but wait for more or full. You leave the different expectation! If the receptionist told me that the bus would wait for other customers or leave every 30 mins, I would not stand in the cold weather and wait for the bus. I was really tired after my flight and I really need to go home. I think the hotel should consider that if you care about good service because I am sure most of the traveler are tired after they fly. Yes, it is cheaper $2 than other places, but consider some people are willing to pay for better service!

    The airport shuttle service was fine and prompt on the way to the airport, but on the way from the airport it was absolutely ridiculous!!! We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and we had to call the hotel 3 times asking where the shuttle was. The hotel staff did feel bad and compensated us for our time. Our return flight was cancelled and we had to park the car an extra day and the hotel did not make us pay for the extra day due to the long wait for the return shuttle service. While we appreciated the hotel staff's efforts to make things right, we will not use this hotel for airport parking again in the future.

    The shuttle pickup service on our return trip was late. We called Courtyard Marriott to let them know that we were ready for pickup and was told that the shuttle will arrive in 20 minutes. However, the shuttle didn't arrive until 45-50 minutes later.

    From the time we called for the shuttle to pick us up until we left the airport, we watied just over 40 minutes. They insisted they left from Courtyard on the hour and the half hour, but eveidently not yesterday when we were waiting for the pickup! I will never use this location again

    Recommend! Courtyard Mariott Chantilly also has a nice bistro-cafe area. So a great place to park your car, and grab a bite or cup of coffee before the very short and prompt ride to the airport.

    The bus operators should help you with your bags. Women are let to struggle on their own, unless another passenger helps us. Just my opinion.

    The shuttle driver was very helpful and polite. I was inpressed with the entire experience of using off airport site parking. Courtyard Marriott was excellent.

    On the return trip, when I called the hotel to be picked up, I was told that it would take about 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. It took an hour and it was quite hot where we had to wait. Other than that, I have no complaints about the service.

    The 30 min. interval of providing shuttle bus from the hotel to airport terminal is too long and inconvenience. Please consider shorten it or make special service to send the parking people to terminal as soon as they arrive your hotel.

    The time I was traveling was very tough because of a record of snow in Washington area; that made it somewhat difficult, but I think it was a very good idea to go with this program. I was very happy with it.

    Parked at the Courtyard Marriott Dulles Airport. Too many people waiting to take the shuttle, not enough room. Stood outside over 30 min. in freezing cold waiting. Was told 2 locations to get a pickup - van only at 1.

    The shuttle service of Cortyard Marriott for Dulles airport needs to be more frequent. I had to wait for 30 mins for airport pickup. It was freezing outside due to snow fall but it took them 35 mins to arrive after I called.

    Our only complaint was that the shuttle pick-up at Dulles was a VERY long walk from the baggage claim. The wheelchair service left us at the baggage claim and my husband found the walk, with luggage in tow, difficult.

    Contacting hotel was easy once we arrived at airport. Wait time was short for transport to arrive. Pickup area at airport was unsheltered from the wind. Wind chill was near zero. Protected area for waiting could be provided by Dulles. Also picku

    We had to wait for 30 minutes outside in below freezing temperature for the shuttle to pick us up upon our return to Dulles. This was due to poor communication between the dispatcher and the driver as to where we were waiting to be picked up.

    the lady I spoke with to book was very hard to understand due to her accent. The directions were wrong. There was no direction letting us know we had to go into the hotel to complete transaction.
