The whole experience was great. From the representatives who answered the phone to the shuttle driver, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The wait at the time of check-in (4:30 am) and the time of check-out (11:00 pm) was very reasonable. I will always the Marriott Courtyard Chantilly parking when flying out of Dulles. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.
40 min wait time.
I called the hotel requesting a shuttle as soon as walked off the plane (since we had previous experience waiting for the shuttle) and was told by the hotel manager to call back after we've picked up our luggage since the drivers don't like to wait. So i agreed and called the hotel back as soon as we got our luggage (which was only about 5 minutes later). The hotel manager said that he would send the driver and he should be at the airport in about 10 minutes. However, the driver didn't get to us for over a half hour. (i called multiple times during that 30+ minute wait asking where the driver was). After the driver arrived - it took us a whole 10 minutes to get to the hotel to pick up our car. So, basically my wife, my 2 yr old, my 6 month old, and I waited in the cold for over a half an hour for a service that should've only taken 10 minutes (worst case 20 min). When all of this would've been avoided if the situation went differently from the first call. And then no apology for the delay... Will never use this service with this hotel again.

The arrival at the hotel and the shuttle to the airport were without incident. The trouble came when we returned. I called the hotel at 5:18 for the shuttle and was told that the shuttle had just left the airport and would return around 5:40. Well 5:40 became 6:00. The shuttle is supposed to run every 30 minutes but that definitely was not the case. While on the shuttle for the return trip some others on the the shuttle remarked they had called at 5 and the 6 o'clock shuttle was the first one they had seen. I choose where I will park based on pickup frequency. The Chantilly courtyard Marriott dropped the ball on 5/7/16. I will definitely not park there again.
I use this service quite often and have never had a bad experience. Much cheaper then the airport parking and more convenient
Lot was fairly full but had overflow parking. Was not secured as I had thought but is adjacent to hotel. I had no problems picking up my car after 9 days away.
It took 35 minutes to be picked up after taking more than 20 rings to reach a hotel attendant to request pick up.
It was my second time , no complaints I am very happy with the parking & and pick up service. I will come back.
Parking was at a Courtyard Motel by Marriott. The staff inside were courteous and helpful. Our driver helped with our heavy luggage, took us right to the terminal, and gave us directions to the correct check in area. Pick up was great with the driver loading our luggage into the car and even offered bottles of water for our drive home. Great experience!!!!
Have used this parking lot multiple times and had never had a problem until this time. The shuttle is always prompt, but when I called from IAD en route 4H was told that the shuttle would be there in 15 min. Waited 20 to call them again and was told that the shuttle had not been dispatched. The apology was accompanied by their asking me to get a taxi at their expense which I did. They met the taxi as it pulled up and paid the driver the almost $20 fee. Will definitely continue to use as a problem well resolved deserves reward. I use this hotel whether or not I need a room.
I came back 4 days early and requested some kind of refund or credit but my request was ignored.
We used to park here twice a year before we started flying out of BWI. Since we were flying out of Dulles for our latest trip we parked at the Chantilly Courtyard again. The shuttle driver and hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We will park here again.
First time I used Airport Parking. Was better then I expected. Very easy to drop off vehicle. Waited about 10 minutes to depart for airport. When I returned from our trip the wait time got better had to wait a ridiculous 2 minutes. Outstanding performance Airport Parking. Will defiantly use again. Thanks

Due to some new policy they will not drop you off at departures and you will have to walk through baggage pick up with your luggage
This is a surface parking lot and it it right next to a major road. Your car is not protected from random people wandering through the area. The parking lot used for long-term people is closer to the main road than the motel and the parking for motel guests. The only way to get picked up from the airport is to call for the shuttle. On the day that I returned, I received a busy signal for over 45 minutes. I waited outside until my phone died as a result of the cold weather and low battery (it had 20% charge) in the hope that they would send the shuttle (it is supposed to run every 30 minutes). After 45 minutes, I took a cab to retrieve my car. When I told the desk clerk that I had waited 45 minutes, she said that the shuttle only comes when you call. When I told her that the line was busy for 45 minutes, she blamed it on Verizon. In my mind, the hotel should be aware that people can not call in and they should send the shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes to compensate. The clerk did give me $20 to cover the cost of the cab (minus the tip) which I appreciated and I didn't think that she was obligated to do. I would rather have not stood in the cold for 45 minutes waiting for a shuttle that never came and had my phone die. While I will use Airport Parking Reservations again, I will not park at the Courtyard Dulles Airport Mariott again.
Everything worked well. The timing of my return meant I had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle back so i took a cab. Otherwise excellent
Everything was great but, when called for a shuttle, no one was available to answer the call. it was little scary. Had to call main office.
Inside check-in mgr extremely nice and helpful, shuttle drivers extremely courteous and provided useful information for return pickup. Pickup around midnight took only 10+ minutes after call. Available parking was good and convenient.
