Motel didn't tell us the place to stand for shuttle pick up at the airport. Had to call the motel to have driver called to come around again as we were waiting in a different area in the cold and he just drove past us!
This was my first time flying out of Dulles International so I wanted to arrive a little early to ensure I didn't have any hiccups. I arrived at the hotel at 3:45am and was in the hotel shuttle on the way to Dulles at 4:00am on the dot. The driver didn't speak much English but he was friendly and polite. When I returned to Dulles 3 days later, I called the front desk when I landed and requested a pickup. Josh told me to wait for the shuttle at 2H at Ground Transportation. I got a little confused and instead waited at Door 2 at Ground Transportation. After a while I called again to find out what the delay was. He informed of the misunderstanding and offered me two options. He would either send the driver back or I could grab a cab back to the hotel and I would be reimbursed. I decided to get a cab as there was one right in front of me. Once I arrived back at the hotel, all I had to do was produce my receipt from the cab ride and the front desk employee gave me my fare back in cash. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional and I will definitely be parking here the next time I fly out of Dulles.
I was concerned that the shuttle service would not be timely but I was pleasantly surprised to experience a very timely and courteous service. I arrived at the hotel at 6:45 am and was taken at 7:00 am to the airport. I called the hotel when I arrived at Dulles Airport at 10:25 pm, I called the hotel and was picked up by 10:40 pm. My driver "David" was awesome! I will definitely use this service again.... Highly recommend, and the price was great too!
Drop off went fine . Pick up a disaster waited about an hour. Called twice. Saw so many vans from other hotels twice and three times before eventually picked up. Almost took cab.

No shuttle was available to pick us up at the airport, so the Marriott desk clerk told us to take a cab. Worked out well, but when we arrived at the hotel, OUR CAR WAS NOT IN THE LOT. During our two week trip they had to repave the lot, so they TOWED our car. We were very disappointed that they could not have infomed us when we left the car with them that the lot would be paved and we could have parked in a better location. Very casual responses from the staff on this issue. We have parked here before and never received this indifferent responses by the staff. We will look for other options in the future. Airport Parking should consider dropping this location.
I have used the service before and it is very good deal.When you call in to arrange the shuttle from the airport (IAD) to the parking lot the receptionist ( at the Chantilly Marriott was not helpful about the pickup point. She should tell customers that they should go to pickup point H 2. A small point I am sure but when it is 12 degrees in the wind,knowing where to go can be a big thing.
Shuttle took over 30 minutes to arrive after my call at 11:00 PM to request transportation! The Hotel said it would be there in 10 minutes! It was extremely cold, but the roads were clear. If the trip to the airport was to be 30 minutes the passengers could of least waited indoors for part of the time. The truth is always best!
The waiting time for the shuttle was advertised as 10 to 15 minutes, but shuttle buses were scheduled to leave every 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!
We have been very happy with the Courtyard Marriott in Chantilly and have used them numerous times since we discovered them.
Having a 24 hour shuttle was very convenient!
Al and the other folks we spoke with were very nice. We certainly will use this parking service again next time we fly out of IAD!
Good location. Even though it is a few miles from the airport, the shuttle was fast and my car was just like I left it (almost three weeks later). Excellent value.

I was at the designated airport spot at the time the shuttle should have been there, if it was going every half hour. I suspect that they don't go to the airport unless you call, so I waited the full half hour. This is their advertised policy, so otherwise I have no complaints.
A little far from the airport, so the shuttle ride added another 20 minutes to the commute. Friendly, courteous staff though, and they were very efficient.
Hotelc desk staff were great, however it took approximately 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.
Parking was very convenient - easy for our departure and our return! Very competitive rates! We'll use this service whenever we fly out of Dulles!
We arrived back in the US Sept 19 after being away for 3 weeks. We called to request the shuttle and were not given clear directions where to meet. We ended up at the wrong place and waited about 30 minutes. Our first call was at 4:29P. At 4:58P we moved to right right pick up spot and made another call. We were told someone would be right out. We called agian at 5:25P and again were told someone would be coming soon. We were picked up at 5:50P and then the driver circled back to get two other passengers. We finally arrived at the hotel nearly two hours after our first call.
So, reading through the most current reviews, I see that someone else had the same issue I did...being dropped off at the Arrivals area instead of departures. I too argued that I didn't want to drag my luggage across the street, inside the building, up the ramp, through baggage claim and upstairs by myself. He said someone will be along to help you with your luggage and promptly drove off. Luckily someone standing waiting for a shuttle saw me an brought over a luggage cart that happened to be sitting outside. Terrible customer service on the part of the driver. Very disappointing. I feel badly giving them only 2 stars because the staff inside the hotel deserve 5 stars, they were very nice. But I can't recommend this service.
