Hotelc desk staff were great, however it took approximately 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.
Parking was very convenient - easy for our departure and our return! Very competitive rates! We'll use this service whenever we fly out of Dulles!
We arrived back in the US Sept 19 after being away for 3 weeks. We called to request the shuttle and were not given clear directions where to meet. We ended up at the wrong place and waited about 30 minutes. Our first call was at 4:29P. At 4:58P we moved to right right pick up spot and made another call. We were told someone would be right out. We called agian at 5:25P and again were told someone would be coming soon. We were picked up at 5:50P and then the driver circled back to get two other passengers. We finally arrived at the hotel nearly two hours after our first call.
So, reading through the most current reviews, I see that someone else had the same issue I did...being dropped off at the Arrivals area instead of departures. I too argued that I didn't want to drag my luggage across the street, inside the building, up the ramp, through baggage claim and upstairs by myself. He said someone will be along to help you with your luggage and promptly drove off. Luckily someone standing waiting for a shuttle saw me an brought over a luggage cart that happened to be sitting outside. Terrible customer service on the part of the driver. Very disappointing. I feel badly giving them only 2 stars because the staff inside the hotel deserve 5 stars, they were very nice. But I can't recommend this service.
Parking here was a breeze. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was polite and courtious. I would and plan to park here again.

We have used this service numerous times...same hotel. We were an early am shuttle and no one was with us. The driver took us to 'arrivals' for drop off. We told him that we needed to go to departures. He fought with us. My husband had to stand in front of the van while speaking to the hotel POC so the guy wouldn't drive off and leave us standing there with 10 pcs of luggage to get to where we needed to be. At that early hour, curbside check in was not an option nor were there any porters available. I will be contacting the hotel directly with a letter regarding this issue. The shuttle upon our arrival was perfect....as usual. Different driver. He got a tip.
We were very pleased with our parking arrangements. The staff was helpful and courteous.
Was odd that hotel did not request information about my car. How would they know which cars are parked as part of this program vs. illegally parked? Did not receive any type of receipt when car dropped off, nor when picked up. Seems to be some sort of honor system, which seems odd.

I was very impressed when I parked and left my car there, but i was really disappointed on the way back! I remember the receptionist told me to call when I landed and the bus would pick me up at the airport so I did, and the person who answer my call said the bus would be at the pick up spot in 10-15 mins. I asked if I had to call after I had my luggages, but the person insist not to. So I went to 2H to wait for the bus, but time went by and there was no bus for courtyard. I called the hotel again to make sure if everything is ok, and the receptionist told me the bus had not leave yet, and it would leave right away and should be in 10 mins. I waited for another 30 mins and the bus has not showed up. I called again, and the same person said the bus was on the way. So I waited again until it came. To be honest, I don't really mind to wait but you have to tell the truth that the bus wont pick up just one person, but wait for more or full. You leave the different expectation! If the receptionist told me that the bus would wait for other customers or leave every 30 mins, I would not stand in the cold weather and wait for the bus. I was really tired after my flight and I really need to go home. I think the hotel should consider that if you care about good service because I am sure most of the traveler are tired after they fly. Yes, it is cheaper $2 than other places, but consider some people are willing to pay for better service!
It was a wonderful alternative to the public parking at Dulles.
Getting to the airport promptly was good. Return flight the wait was longer then expected and that happned 2X.
For departure, shuttle left hotel as scheduled. When return, waited for 45 min for shuttle to arrive airport curb side..
The airport shuttle service was fine and prompt on the way to the airport, but on the way from the airport it was absolutely ridiculous!!! We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and we had to call the hotel 3 times asking where the shuttle was. The hotel staff did feel bad and compensated us for our time. Our return flight was cancelled and we had to park the car an extra day and the hotel did not make us pay for the extra day due to the long wait for the return shuttle service. While we appreciated the hotel staff's efforts to make things right, we will not use this hotel for airport parking again in the future.
The shuttle pickup service on our return trip was late. We called Courtyard Marriott to let them know that we were ready for pickup and was told that the shuttle will arrive in 20 minutes. However, the shuttle didn't arrive until 45-50 minutes later.
From the time we called for the shuttle to pick us up until we left the airport, we watied just over 40 minutes. They insisted they left from Courtyard on the hour and the half hour, but eveidently not yesterday when we were waiting for the pickup! I will never use this location again
Recommend! Courtyard Mariott Chantilly also has a nice bistro-cafe area. So a great place to park your car, and grab a bite or cup of coffee before the very short and prompt ride to the airport.
