I waited 1.5 hr. for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport!
Friendly, helpful driver. Short wait time for van to arrive. Convenient service. I would use them again for future travel to/from Dulles.
I used this parking site back in August and had absolutely no problems we had a 6AM flight and I drove up from the Williamsburg area. The man behind the desk was very courteous when we arrived and walked me out and showed me where to park, he even made a copy of my receipt so I could keep my original. When we returned I had no problem getting a shuttle. I will be using them again on my upcoming trip.
The parking lot was so closely packed that my vehicle was battered on both sides by adjacent users. One has to accept poor actions from budget minded users. Sad but true.
Easy to use service at hotel. Shuttle leaves from hotel on the half hour. Call to pick up and waited less than 10 minutes.
We arrived at the hotel and got directions to park right beside the hotel in their parking lot. We were able to load the shuttle and leave for the airport within 5 mins of arriving. When we returned, it took about 30 mins for the shuttle to show up once we called the front desk. I would recommend this service to others who need long term parking options at Dulles.

We had a horrible experience with this lot. On the way out it was fine. We got there at 5 or so in the morning and didn't leave for about a half hour. We didn't really mind because it was early and we were sitting in a nice cool lobby, although some people would have minded how long they had to wait. HOWEVER, the way back was a different story. We waited for an hour outside in the hot sun, after calling the hotel 3 times. The first time we called they said someone was on their way. The second time, after we had been waiting for 35 minutes, they said that the driver would be there any minute because he had left 20 minutes prior. The last time I called after we had been waiting for an hour and I was angry. They told us to get in a cab and they would cover the bill. When we got in the cab, the cab driver said that they do this all the time. When we got to the hotel, BOTH SHUTTLES WERE STILL PARKED OUTSIDE. No one had ever left to come and get us. They lied that someone had been on their way. When we got in the hotel, the cash drawer was already open and ready to pay the cab driver, indicating that they do this frequently. This was a horrible experience, especially after all of our other stressful travel, and I would never use them again.
The service was as advertised. Attention needs to be given to being at the correct pick up location and know which hotel shuttle is picking you up as there are various vans coming from different hotels. Overal a good service and I would use them again.

Arriving there was easy, they say the shuttle leaves every half hour. We got there at 5:30am pretty much at the dot and the shuttle took us immediately. Getting picked up at the airport was another story, we waited for the shuttle for about 45 minutes. Knowing that they leave every 30 minutes this seems impossible. Everything we read on here about the Courtyard shuttle was true, you will see other hotel's shuttle twice before you see courtyard. Price was the lowest at the time, I believe, but I'll pay a few dollars more for more reliable service.

we had a large group (6) with a weeks worth of luggage so I would make sure to request larger vehicle when calling for pickup from airport if this is needed but gentleman very kind and returned as quickly as he could to get the rest of us.
I waited more than 40 minutes before my shuttle came. It's 8-9pm, not too late. What made it really bad was that there were other Marriot hotels' shuttles. I've seen one shuttle 3 times before Countryyard Marriot shuttle came. You felt you didn't make the right choice.
We hit the timing just right. The van was just getting ready to go to Dulles when we arrived and we walked out of the terminal on our return to find that the van was waiting, having just arrived to pick up another rider. Everybody was very nice. Special kudos to Julio the van driver!
This was my first time using this service and loved it. The Courtyard at Chantilly Virginia could not have been more helpful, timely, or easy to use. Website works great. Will definitely use again.
We called for pick-up at the airport, and were told it would be about 15 minutes. After waiting for 35 minutes, I called again, talked with a different person, and was told that they would send the shuttle right away! They had not sent it at all! After an angry conversation, it was agreed that we should take a cab, and they would pay for it, which they did. An hour after my original call, we finally made it back to our car. Never again!
First time using a long term parking lot...Marriot did an excellent job
