    They are very friendly and helpful, but we waited an hour as we had to call back after waiting 30 min and he said sorry they got held up as the same guy that was running the desk had to come and pick us up. The drop off at the airport was done by the head of house keeping.

    Transport to airport was prompt and fine. On pick-up at the end, shuttle was delayed by 1/2 hr due to an accident on interstate which delayed all traffic. This was not fault of shuttle, and I was warned. However, it reminded me that being several miles away can cause significant delays.

    The hotel for the parking didn't know who you are from the reservation document. Fortunately I had saved your email and they were able to identify you from that. The shuttle to the airport was fine. Upon my return, I couldn't get the shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The hotel did reimburse me for the taxi fare.

    Courteous staff both in the vans and at hotel. Left for the airport in an older van, returned to the hotel in a brand new van; very jazzy!

    quick and easy. checked in, parked by car, took a shuttle to the airport, got picked up when i returned from my flight, returned to my vehicle.
