    I would love to have given 5 stars but could not for 1 reason. The shuttle arrived to the airport within 10 minutes of calling them. However, we sat in the transporatation lot for almost 20 minutes waiting for another passenger that had also called for a pickup. I had 6 other people waiting for me to return with my van to pick them up so this was not acceptable. The driver called in twice telling the office my situation and wanted to bring me to the lot, however he was told to wait for the other passenger. The driver could have made the trip twice in the amount of time we waited for the other passenger. For the price they charge to park, an extra trip isn't going to cause them a financial loss. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

    The first shuttle driver was very pleasant and courteous. The second driver who drove us back to the hotel, didn't seen very friendly. He said he couldn't remove our bags from the SUV due to a disability. If shuttle drivers can't remove bags, they shouldn't be driving. I had given him a tip in advance; that won't happen again. He even went off the side of the road due to an accident. My wife recently had back surgery so that didn't sit very well with her.

    Management does not allow those who book through airport parking reservations to park in the parking lot. They make you park in a grass field in front of the hotel that is prone to flooding with New Orleans' frequent summer rainstorms and is not what I paid eight dollars a day for.

    All of the spaces were full when we arrived even though we had reservations. This is just a hotel parking lot. It is not fenced or monitored. We had to park along a curb for the night and had to move n the morning before we took the shuttle to the airport. We had to wait about 20 minutes for shuttle to pick us up when we returned even though we called when we landed.

    THE LOT ATHE COMFORT INN LOCATED IN ST. ROSE IS NOT AN AIRPORT PARKING LOT LOCATION! It is not NEAR the airport!

    The only bad thing if you have an early flight, the shuttle service to the airport doesn't start until 5:00 so you will have to take a taxi to the airport that's only about a mile away but it will cost you $25.

    yes! we had a wonderful trip until we landed in new orleans airport. thanks for asking. the arrival of flight was delayed due to heavey snow storm at Denver, co. it was 11.15pm and had to wait for baggage which came after about 20 minutes. i called comfort inn front desk to send the shuttle for pick up. i was told they don't have any body to send the shuttle. i was forced to hire a taxi and paid $18 to go to the hotel to get my car. i was really disappointed with this experience. please advise your customers to be aware that after 11.30 pm they can not expect them to be picked up by this comfort inn staff. i wish they refund my $18 taxi fare. thank you for your concern about your clients.

    I flew in on a red eye about 5am- so no traffic congestion, though there had been an accident on the bridge close to the airport and a traffic shut down followed, but bridge had reopened shortly before my arrival.

    Initially I was a little hesitant since the parking lot was 2 miles away rather then 1/2 mile away, but, either is not walkable due to traffic and location. Staff was very helpful and responsive

    We had a great experience at the Comfort Inn. The hotel was clean. Shuttle service was quick, and the the staff was friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my car there. We had no complaints.
