    Parking was tight. Trash in the parking lot. A customer service class is much needed. I will not park my car there again.

    Only complaint was the quality of the van. It was kind of disgusting and a little smelly (the driver on the return trip had terrible body odor and/or onion breath). But you get what you pay for and we didn't have high expectations for a 'free' ride.

    The problem is the pick up. There are multiple locations at multiplayer terminals. It is hard to tell which one is which and even when you do, the driver gets it confused. The written instructions say go to the grey sigh with courtesy on it. In addition the operator at the hotel sometimes has had a different understand. We like the location and service but don':t need the anxiety of wondering if we are on the same page about the pick up point.

    Checking in was easy, but it was [a problem] going back to the hotel. We waited for our shuttle for more than an hour. We called a couple times & they lied that there was traffic. In truth, there wasn't any traffic. Next time I'd rather pay more money to for efficient services. I was disappointed with Comfort inn south parking.

    Close to entrance so you didn't feel like your vehicle was hidden or in a dangerous spot. Well lit. Felt safe.

    The staff was very friendly, and all went smoothly on my trip out. The parking lot was great as was the price. However, on my return, I had to wait 48 minutes for the shuttle. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind waiting, this is a great option. If you have somewhere to be when you return to DFW, I would choose another option.

    Not going to use comfort inn ever again to park. I've used other hotel parkings but never waited this long. they probably only use 1 driver.

    Wished shuttle hours were longer. On the way back from my trip the shuttle stopped running and I had to take alternate transportation- not good

    We couldn't be happier! The lady at the front desk when we checked in was super nice and helpful and offered us free coffee or juice while we waited a few minutes for the shuttle departure. It was all very organized and easy and the price for our six day parking and airport shuttle rides to and from the airport was about what a one-day DFW terminal parking would have cost. Great value!

    We called from the airport when we returned and the shuttle showed up within 15 minutes. We returned to the hotel earlier than we expected which helped us stay out of rush hour traffic.

    Would not use again. Bad experience leaving as explained. When we got back we called to let them know our location for pickup and we were told they could not pick up from there because of construction but all the other hotel shuttles were picking up there. We had to walk to the opposite end of terminal with our luggage for pickup and still had to wait 30 minutes for him. When he arrived he was arguing with my husband that there is no pickup at the location we called from for any hotel. As we drove by the location my husband said see they are picking up there and he said well we don't. Maybe they should inform customers of this when they reserve and park with them then!
