Tour bus full of people was checking in. Waited 10 minutes and realized that would take over an hour. Had to go park at airport to avoid missing flight. This hotel should have allow parking guests to check in car in a separate line or online. Waste of money.
I traveled with my dog no animals allowed on shuttle this made it a little harder and more time needed
The parking service was a good experience and I would have probably given 4 out of 5 but when I was back from the trip I saw that there had been damage on my car's wheels - deep scratches - which means this lot is not secure and cannot be trusted.
I arrive at terminal A 27 and even if there was designated stop for shuttle services, They refused to stop at A27. I called the hotel and was advised they only pick up from A10 so I should find my way there. I had to walk for 15 minutes dragging a heavy bag. I always use park and fly and even if they are more expensive, they are courteous and have never given me any problems. Bottom line is cheap is expensive. I am never one to leave bad reviews but the male who answered the phone at the hotel on 6/29/15 at about 5 pm was rude and not courteous and the service was very poor!
Shuttle wait time was reasonable and driver was courteous and helpful with our many bags. The lot is conveniently accessible and offers good value, especially when needing to park long-term. Will use this lot again!
wait time was too long after an international flight. We watched multiple shuttles for airport parking go by and my family certainly wished we had parked onsite. I did not check in at hotel when we left - the desk was busy. May/may not use again.

This was my first time using the service and I was worried about the safety of my car and shuttle wait times. My expectations were exceeded. The front desk attendant was friendly and even called the shuttle back, we missed it by minutes, so we wouldn't have to wait. Pick up was also very easy. I'll definitely use the service again. It's a great deal.
Excellent experience. The drivers who took me to and picked me up from the airport were helpful, friendly and communicative. Will definitely go back on my next trip.
Terrible experience, probably property specific. Waited for an hour on the front end and, bizarrely, an hour and 45 minutes to get picked up at airport. Unacceptable.
After parking and signing in, the shuttle had waited a moment for me to write down my license plate number so I could get on the first shuttle of the morning for my flight. It was very considerate. I'd use this parking area again in the future.
hotel parking lots near DFW offer good value for long-term parking
Our only complaint is that we waited about 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. However, we will use the service again because the saving is fantastic, even if there is a little inconvenience. The young lady working the front counter at the DFW Comfort Inn was wonderful.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PARKING LOT!!! I waited half an hour in the cold waiting for their shuttle to pick me up from the airport. And when I called their office to complain, not only did I have to call 5 times for someone to pick up the phone, but their response to my complaint was "mam, you can take a cab if you want". They are very unprofessional, rude, and do not know anything about customer service! I guess its my fault, you get what you pay for...don't make the same mistake I did! This lot is cheap, but as you can see...so not worth it.
