    We waited an hour for the shuttle to pick us up to go back to the parking lot. At an hour we decided to pay for a taxi. Not the kind of service you want after traveling all day. We called the shuttle and the desk kept saying they were coming. Would not use them again.

    Waited five minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport, and one minute after we called for a pickup. This is the first time to use this service, will definitely use it again.

    The hotel, needs new shuttle vans and more than 2 vans. They are very busy and the wait time increases to about 30 minutes when we needed to puck up our car.

    My flight was changed (boarding a 5:30) so that I needed to call a taxi because shuttle only starts at 5:00. The guy at the lobby called his friend, which only had $8 in change!!!... $52 to go to the airport. Upon my return, I had phoned 3 times before the shuttle arrives... exactly 68 MINUTES later!!! I use shuttle services at least 1 time per month and Comfort Inn is by far the WORST OF ALL!

    They need to make people aware that they also provide shuttle service for other company employees so the shuttle doesn't just go to the airport. Also the shuttle was suppose to pick us up at 7:30 and was more than 15 minutes late and then dropped people off at work so we missed our plane :( Will never use this shuttle service again!!!

    Shuttle wait was only 5 min when going TO the airport, but when we returned, it was over 45 min wait. I called the Comfort Inn when we landed, and they said the driver would be there "momentarily". After three additional calls and 45+ min of waiting, I said we clearly don't have the same definition of the word "momentarily." Instructions provided by the Comfort Inn staff on where to go to wait on the return shuttle were also very misleading. Airport has two levels (Upper & Lower) where shuttles, taxis, etc pick people up/drop off. You want the Lower Level! We were told to go to E35 to wait, and there is a clearly marked E35 on the ground level that seems correct, but it isn't. You want to go to the Lower level, despite what they tell you. Here it isn't as clearly marked. You'll find two doors that say 'E31-38', that's as close to E35 as you'll find.

    I parked at Comfort Inn twice this year, and found the front desk staff / driver very nice and helpful! The only thing is that you have to keep in mind their shuttle is on call after 12pm everyday. So you might not get a shuttle immediately after you get to the hotel. Leave an extra half an hour after parking and before you get to the terminal, just in case.

    We really like the location of The Comfort Inn on Airport Freeway. It takes us about 20 min without traffic to travel from downtown Fort Worth to the location. We have used this location often. We would suggest that the condition of one of the vans be improved. One van looks new and drives smoothly. The second van has a bashed door, very worn seats and the shocks seem not functioning. It is a very bouncy ride. Sometimes the desk attendant is very helpful and even looks up the terminal and gate; other times the attendant doesn't seem interested in helping the customers.

    Tour bus full of people was checking in. Waited 10 minutes and realized that would take over an hour. Had to go park at airport to avoid missing flight. This hotel should have allow parking guests to check in car in a separate line or online. Waste of money.
