Monday Morning 3/20/13 -5AM, Black driver, was a very fine ambassador for Colonial. Her spoke well and described Colonial's services at a commercial level quality. You should carefully listen to his presentation.

I had a very pleasant experience over the Thanksgiving holiday. The driver actually followed me down several rows until I found a spot and picked me up immediately. He was courteous, friendly, and personable. Upon returning home, my flight was delayed and didn't land until late at night. I was still dressed from "the islands" only to find cold temps and snow. I didn't have to wait long for a driver to pick me up and the van was very warm and cozy. The driver dropped me off directly behind my car and waited for me to start it. Very considerate. Colonial has my business!

Getting out of the lot was very slow. I had my prepaid receipt ignored by the attendant. We waited 25 minutes to get on an already backed bus. Colonial did not come through on this trip.

Everything was fine until we got back from our trip. We waited over half an hour for my car with no explaination. finally we find out thatmy battery was dead. Since we parked valet, it is safe to assume that whoever last touchedmy carleft something on and the battery died. It was late at night and we were tired and frustrated. There are so many parking services to use. I will strongly recommend that my friends and clients utilize a different parking service.

We were told to wait at the car, but the first shuttle passed us and waiving was futile. Pick-up at the arrival zone 3 was prompt. Check-out no problem.

The drivers were courteous, helpful, and prompt. We've used Colonial several times before and have had no problems. The location is perfect for us, and we feel our car is secure in the fenced in lot.

Drivers are so friendly! Had to wait to be pcked up at the airport because of overload, that was OK. This is the 3rd time we have used you and will continue to do so. Rates are very fair. When we got there the lot was really full and one of the drivers showed us when to park, loved that!
