Extremely crowded, and I was relieved that they honored my reservation. Otherwise, I would have had to use Valet parking - way more expensive.
If I fly from Philly again, I will use this parking lot again. Super easy and friendly staff
Parking spaces are tight but paving is good. Not covered.
Been using this service at colonial for many years, keep up the good service.
Shuttle drops you off at your car. Plenty of self park spaces.
The parking lot pick-up and airport delivery were quick, but the airport pick-up on the return was quite slow.
Spaces narrow, location markers not prominent
Will definitely be a repeat customer.
smooth sailing both to & from airport
The signage said that the self parking lot was full so I didn't know what to do. Then an attendant waved to me to take a ticket and go in. I was confused but did find a spot. I also thought that I prepaid for one day when I made my reservation but think I was charged for it again at check out.
Excellent service and pleasant people-- a very fine experience.
During peak times more shuttles should be running as the groups in terminals e cannot get on filled busses. run empty vans to last terminals to pick up overflow
Everything was fine except on the transition back. I arrived to Philly back from California at 5:30 am to 18 degree weather. I paid for valet parking and an attractive part of the service was that my car would be parked in the front and warmed up upon my arrival. I had to wait outside for over 10min in cold weather and then get into a warmed up car. Neither was done and staff was not very apologetic. I was given a small discout because I was so angry but I would rather have had the process work than money off.
Shuttle was there right after I called for a pick-up. My car was ready when we arrived at the lot. Painless!
Even though 18" snow fell the windows and top of the car were free of snow. The parking isle was plowed. And to our pleasure the snow which was required to go through was a small quantities and took very little time to move.
The reservation process on the Internet , gave me a form and i did not know what to do with it, it was a little confusing when I tried to get out
We left our car through the January blizzard and had them valet park it. What a bargain. When we picked it up they had brought it out, it was clean and dry and it was sitting at the front warmed up !! Everyone is polite and helpful. Perfect experience.
just missed shuttle - took 15+ minutes or the next one
We were barely parked when the shuttle came around. We weren't ready so the driver said he`d be back. Sure enough he was back in about 5 minutes and helped us get our luggage on the shuttle. A very friendly and helpful driver! Trip to the airport was surprisingly short and we had a VERY short wait for the van after we called when we got back. The lot looked very secure and there was plenty of lighting. I live 5 minutes from a smaller airport but sometimes the fare from Philly is so much cheaper as to justify the extra drive. I'll most definitely use Colonial whenever I fly from PHL.
We paid for parking reservation on 12/22/15 and when we arrived on 12/26/15 we where told there was no more parking spaces available. How does a parking company take payment for a reservation, confirmed, and not reserve the parking space. Never again with Colonial parking. John P. Fuhr
