    The young lady that drove the shuttle to the airport was very nice, a good driver in a nightmare of traffic, and informed me to wait at the drop off spot on my return. Upon returning, I phoned the front desk and they sent a shuttle right over to pick me up. The young man had the Indians' game on and I appreciated that. He also took me to my car, and was very courteous.

    We got help from the front desk immediately upon our arrival. Our trips to and from the airport were timely, and courteously conducted by the people who worked at the facility. We were happy with the service in every way.

    We came home to find the side of our car had 3-4 dents and the door handle had damage. Hotel staff said they will "file a claim", so we have to wait to see how that turns out.

    Wait time for pick up over 30 minutes. No one answered the phone when I tried to contact the shuttle service. Driver would not take me to my car when I returned to the hotel because a flight crew was waiting. So, after a long day of travel, I had to walk to the back parking lot with my bags to acess my car. Lousy service all the way around. Worst shuttle experience I've ever had when flying out of Cleveland.

    Good directions, easy to follow to find way in and out. When we returned, the shuttle driver took us right to our car instead of having us walk the halls to the back lot.

    Appreciate opportunity to park near airport (2) first driver complained about technology of smart phones??(3) was unsure how to find p/u point on return, but followed signs (4) different driver was courteous on return trip. (5) did not know we needed a Token to exit parking lot- where was that writer and where to obtain? Overall a good experience, Thank you for the Service

    Overall a great experience! Excellent customer service from the shuttle staff, they were very attentive to my Mom who needed extra help. They drove me back to my car which was great because the temp was unexpectedly very cold, and me without a coat. There were no parking lot attendants, just a self-serve gate. When dropping off the car, the registration procedure took longer than necessary because there was only one person at the registration desk, but several of us were waiting for her. There were no instructions outside about what we were supposed to do, and I ended up asking the attendant for the restaurant about where to go. This is confusing when you're in a hurry to reach the airport. And then when I returned for the car, everything was paid for so there was no need to go inside again... but the trees had dropped their goodies on my car and it looked rather dull and untidy - needed a wash. But no worries, that's par for the course when the car's outdoors.

    The staff was the most polite staff! This was the best shuttle service in all my years of traveling. Would highly recommend the Marriott!!
