Difficult turning left from lot because of heavy traffic.
I was very happy with my airport parking at the Clarion Inn in Grand Rapids. It was extremely easy to book online and when I got there I was taken care of immediately by a very professional staff. Alex was called right away to whisk me off to the airport and upon return he was at the airport within 15 minutes. I will definitely do business there again!

The shuttle driver took me directly to my car ... in bad weather that would have been a Godsend!
In no way should anyone use this place for parking. When we arrived, it took 15 minutes for them to find the key for the shuttle van, it should have been a warning, but I did not listen. When we flew home, after flying for 16 hours, no one ever answered the phone at the hotel, I called for 30 straight minutes. I took a cab to the hotel, the hotel worker told me she took a lunch and left the counter( only 1 employee working???). I talked to the manager the next day, who offered me $11.00 for my troubles. Stay far away from this poorly run disorganization.
arriving at the Clarion, we were greeted by a fifteen minute delay while the driver was trying to find the key to the shuttle van key, not sure why there isn't a hook labeled "van key". That should have scared me off and led me to immediately seek out alternative parking, but we left with the driver to the airport without further incident. The real issue was the return trip. After an exhausting 16 hour flight home, I tried for over a half hour to call the hotel for a shuttle, no one answered the phone. I had to arrange for cab ride to the hotel. The hotel worker said she took a lunch and left the desk, I have a hard time believing that a chain hotel would not have a system in place to give employees time for a lunch break. I thought it fair I receive a refund for my parking plus the $20 cab ride. The hotel worker said she could not offer a refund, but the manager would call me at 8am Monday morning and would refund my parking and cab ride. I waited for the managers call until 11:08am before I called her. I expressed my dissapointment in her ability to make a phone call, she said she was aware of the situation, but was working the desk , since the woman that worked last night did not work there anymore. The manager said all she could do was refund me $11.00 for a cab ride. what happened to the woman working the previous night, did she get fired, did she quit? It seems the manager does not have control of her hotel, it is sad that simple things like having a hook for a van key, or allowing employees time to eat are beyond her capabilities. The only way anyone should ever think about parking here if it's more about the journey than the destination, but since the destination is either the airport or your car, stay away until a new management is in place to run a better operation.
Will use this service again.
The morning shuttle was on time and the staff in the am were great. However when we returned we had to wait forty five minutes for the shuttle, we called three time and the lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me

The airplane (Delta 1433) we were on was late on Sunday, August 2, 2015. We we're suppose to be back in Grand Rapids by 11:10 pm but got to GR at 11:44 pm. We had a rough flight on both flights. The pilot had to detour us around another city to avoid bad storms. The attendance was to be off his job. He waited on us n was very polite to us. I don't know if you have attendants 24 hours on every day it would be lovely. Thank you for an attendant like him and his patience.
Was disappointed that we had to pay $13 for a taxi when we got back into GR as our flight was delayed by about half an hour. If our flight is close to your midnight deadline we would not use your service again. Seems like there would be a plan in place for late arrivals as it is not the fault of your paying customer if the plane is late.
The van taking us from the hotel to the airport on June 5 was junky. The van taking us to the hotel from the airport on June 15 was much better.
We were a little concerned due to the fact that our reservation did not show up in your system when we arrived. Thankful you required us to bring the paper upon arrival as clerk went by that. Just wanted to let you know so you can try to work bugs out. Other than that everything was great!!! Will be recommending it to others :)
The condition of the van was terrible and no step was provided for Marcia`s handicapped entrance to the vehicle. Marcia could hardly get into the van
I parked at the Clarion in Grand Rapids for the first time. The price was great and even though I parked for more than 24 hours, I was charged for one day only. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. My inbound flight was scheduled to arrive almost at midnight. The staff said the shuttle driver normally would leave at midnight but they would hold him for 10 minutes. My flight was actually delayed further but when I called, the Clarion manager found the driver and he came to the airport right away.
I was very upset with the Clarion Hotel in Grand Rapids, MI. I told them our plane was coming in at Midnight. They never said anything to us about this being a problem. Our plane landed and we got our luggage and I called the hotel at 12:05. They said they had sent their driver home so we would have to take a taxi. So we had to wait around for a taxi to get us to the hotel. We get there and my car battery was dead. The hotel said they couldn't help me with the battery. I had to call for outside help to get the battery jumped. I will not be using the Clarion again.
besides being late to go to the airport, driver never showed, so hotel had to call another hotel to take us, he was late to pick up once call after arrival. One lady was waiting 45 mins after she called......not a good park & fly spot for the money. Should get refund for the problems encountered

The process couldn't have been easier. I arrived and parked my car. I was told to keep my keys. Within 10 minutes, I was on my way to the airport. Whe I returned and called, the van was there to pick me up within 15 minutes. Check out was a breeze. Both the driver and the desk staff were very pleasant to deal with.
