Shuttle seats 10 people. It runs from 4am to midnight on the hour and half hour. Must sign up for a shuttle time to ensure all guests have a seat. Upon arrival back to GRR, shuttle is on demand (call hotel front desk to receive pick up)

    The process couldn't have been easier. I arrived and parked my car. I was told to keep my keys. Within 10 minutes, I was on my way to the airport. Whe I returned and called, the van was there to pick me up within 15 minutes. Check out was a breeze. Both the driver and the desk staff were very pleasant to deal with.

    Shuttle driver drove like a bat out of hades. Road conditions were snow covered and very slippery, yet he did not slow down until 3 car lengths away from car in front of him; took corner into airport at 40 mph +. Got to airport in one piece but VERY glad to get out of shuttle. I made other arrangements for return to my parked car. Parking lot was snow covered when parking car over the top of my shoes.

    Upon arrival at 6 AM the lot was not plowed and parking spaces had deep snow. Desk clerk had no clue what to do and knew nothing about the parking at the hotel. Finally another person arrived who took charge. Driver to airport unfriendly. On our return things were much better (10:45 pm). I called as we arrived at airport and shuttle was waiting for us. Driver much more friendly and helpful. Lot was cleared of snow and appeared as if some snow had been removed from car.

    we waiting long time because we did not understand the side of the terminal for pickup. lso the parking lot at the hotel was full of snow and ice , had never been shoveled.

    Parking at the hotel was 2/3rds less than the economy lot at the airport which ment more money for our vacation!! The shuttle wait time was very minimal.

    Shuttle arrival and convenience was top notch and all the way out it made our departure so easy. On the way back convenience was still there. However; with my family in the shuttle and the road conditions not good; I did not appreciate the driver focusing on a video call home (which led to him being all over the road) and trying to shoot video with his phone. I was NOT HAPPY should have followed up immediately at the hotel lot. I arrived around 3pm 12-22-2013 and the NEEDS ADRESSED IMMEDIATELY with whoever that driver was.

    Had no wait when we dropped the car off and only a 5 minute ride to the airport, however, when we returned we had to wait 35 minutes to be picked up and once the shuttle arrived we had to wait another 10 minutes because there was a flight crew that they had to pick up as well. Not happy at all with the extremely long wait of 45 minutes to get to our car after a long day of travel and still having to drive home still!

    Hotel desk clerk was very pleasant but he was not sure how to handle the reservation and payment. More training would help. Great way to park and fly!
