I parked here for a week. The driver was really nice and took us to our destination in a timely manner. The ;obby at the Clarion was nice, small, but they welcomed us to wait inside. Upon return, we called the service and they picked us up within 15 minutes. The driver helped us with our bags. The tranposrt van wasnt anything fancy..... but its work it for the 3 minute drive it takes to get the SJC airport. Upon return our vehicle was in perfect condition.

The shuttle picking me up from the airport returning to the airport arrived 30 minutes after I called the hotel for pick-up. I was not expecting the length of this wait or else I would have just hailed a cab.

Takes too long to get to hotel from airport; over 30 minutes, there's no one dedicated to helping those that park vs. those that are waiting for hotel checkin; takes too long to check out and don't like to leave my keys with the front desk. Need to have prompt service otherwise it's not worth it.

I was unable to contact the shuttle by phone - no option to contact parking on the phone menu, and no answer when I selected "customer service". Luckily the shuttle came shortly after I tried to phone. Took a long time to get my keys back upon pickup. I might use the service again, but I really have to be sure I have plenty of extra time to deal with the hassles.

I double checked the time..5am. Arrived and the driver told me he was full (3 people) waited until 5:30am out in front of the hotel. When he arrived he was a little rude and quick with the smart mouth comments. I also inquired inside? because when I checked it said the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and 1/2 but to call and they would pick us right up. Not so.....you have to wait until they have room on the half and hour marks. Not so great when you have your luggage and are outside at 10:30 and have to wait until 11 or later. Finally called a friend and drove ourselves back to our car. Not recommending to anyone thats for sure

The hotel lot I always park at is secure, the lot is patrolled and I know my car will be safe. I've parked here many times. The shuttles are free and the airport is only about 5 minutes away. This is better than the airport parking lot which is more expensive...and not so secure.

terrible parking lot. they moved my car and parked it in a different lot. i had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle after i called and they said it would be 10. the first shuttle had no room and couldn't even pick any one up. I waited while every other person got picked up from a different hotel. The shuttle smelled like mold and was terrible to sit in. I wanted to throw up during the entire ride there. Horrible experience - I would just pay full price at the airport next time.

Everything was fine except that the driver came to pick up 7 people with a vehicle that was too-small - he said he hadn't been informed there were so many. I do believe the Hotel has a larger van but just didn't send it. It created a problem, obviously.

Used more than once and so far very happy. Only takes 4-6 minutes to/from airport depending on traffic. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Called the number as soon as I got my luggage. Not sure why others have difficulty with the pick up location at airport. Airport has designated pick-up area for Hotel Shuttles right across the street from Baggage Claim.

The shuttle service itself was fine, however the hotel staff that facilitated everything was far less than ideal. The main issue that I had was at pickup upon my arrival. It would have been helpful if there were directions given ahead of time as to where I would actually be meeting the shuttle. All airports are not the same and I did not realize at first that there was a separate area for shuttle pick up which meant that I missed the first shuttle. Then, I called the hotel to confirm which shuttle i was supposed to take and where to wait for it and the guy there told me the wrong place as well as the wrong shuttle bus. It took me over 2 hours to get to my car after flying for a total of 13 hours. This is not the homecoming that i was expecting or will put myself through again. I am assuming that you are a separate company from the actual hotel, I think that it would serve you well to be as explicit as possible in the information that you give your clients so that you are not relying on people that don't work directly for you to be affecting your business. I would strongly suggest changing your parking to another hotel in the area, because after 15 years of hotel and restaurant experience you could not pay me money to send anyone to that hotel for any reason.

Would definitely use again and recommend others. One of the cheaper parking yet service was exceptional. We have parked here twice and extremely happy with. Got picked up less than 10 minutes after call was made.

The hotel made no announcements about the shuttle leaving. We missed the first one and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one which we almost missed. Clerk at desk was very unfriendly as was our departure bus driver.

Upon pick up from the airport, they left us in the rain for over an hour with a 6 and 2 year old. I had to call 3 times and was told that the driver already left and I should have been picked up by then. Savings was not worth the distress.

While I read Chads review I understand where he is coming from. When I first started parking at the Clarion, I was calling for ride back as soon as I picked up my luggage and had same thing happen to me x 2. The pick up got there while I was still walking to pickup area. I realized I had to call when I got to the pick up area. I have no problems now with pick up. Also they have new drivers. There was this one older man who seemed to be clueless. Now with newer employees driving it is so much better. So Chad don't give up on the cheap parking yet. Try it again but call when you reach the pick up area.

First a qualification about the mixed review--I've parked here several times in the past and had no problems whatsoever. However yesterday I returned to the airport, called the number provided (the front desk) and requested pickup. They did not ask me which terminal. I assumed they stopped at both. After half an hour I saw the shuttle drive by in the fast lane, not stopping. I called again, same person said, "Oh, I sent him to terminal A" but that he'd send him back. At 2:15 I called again, "Oh, I'm sorry, I'm swamped, forgot to tell him!" When I finally reached the hotel, I inquired about maybe getting a discount since it took over an hour and was ignored. I had planned to park and even stay there for several upcoming trips, but am definitely reconsidering now...

Everything was OK! Reason I give this 3 stars should 2 but the driver was really kind. For 1 the shuttle was soooooo late, I was waiting outside the airport for 55 minutes in the cold winter weather, and when I called the front desk 5 times she said she spoke to the driver he was on his way every 10 minutes but took him 55 minutes...he didn't know I was there until the last call....

All of the cars were crammed in the lot. The attendant wouldn't move the other cars like I asked him to. As a result, I was stuck trying to maneuver through all these cars to get out. I was very dissatisfied!

Their shuttle was surprisingly prompt. Waited only 8 minutes for pick up. The counter staff was friendly, and the driver was very helpful. I was a bit concerned when I read others' reviews, but I didn't experience anything negative. Will use this lot again.

The shuttle on my return was either late or did not come when they advertised it to come. I waited for 50 minutes and the shuttles are supposed to leave every 30 minutes. When I complained to the man at the Clarion Hotel he was defensive and rude. A very poor experience!!!!!

I parked at Clarion Hotel. They introduced changes without advance notice e.g we had to wait around waiting for their appointed time before they would send out the van for the pick up; or take us to the airport. Will consider park elsewhere next time...

This was the first time we were asked to show out ticket to get on the pick up shuttle. We were not told about this change of policy in advance. Luckily we had the ticket with us. We called at 12:45 for pick up and had to wait to for the 1:00 shuttle which arrived about 1:15. In the past when there were a number of people waiting, they sent out a shuttle. Now it seems the shuttle leaves the hotel only on the half hour. Considering that the parking price is reasonable, this is ok.

When I called for pick-up from the airport, the man who answered the phone seemed confused by the fact that I didn't have a room number and was just parking. My flight was delayed by an hour so perhaps my pick up reservation had passed already and wasn't visible to him. Perhaps he was new. He did send the shuttle and it was fine.

Attendant was 40 minutes late. Was told by hotel he would be leaving in 15-20 minutes. Called 35 minutes later to inquire as to driver's status. Saw Radison, Hilton shuttles come and go in the mean time. When driver arrived he seemed disconnected with the hotel as to our call and the quoted time for his arrival.

I would have given a 4-star rating but there was an issue on my return trip. I called for a shuttle pick-up but was left waiting for 25 minutes. After the second call, the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes (the shuttle was never sent out after the first call). I waited a total of 45 minutes.

Wish the shuttle ran more frequent. Arrived at 9:05p and told next shuttle was 9:30pm which actually didn't arrive until 9:38pm. When leaving, told the shuttle was leaving at 7:00pm sharp but actually left at 7:10pm because we were waiting on another passenger. Not consistent on flexibility.

Everything went very smoothly....no problems. Re directions: It would've been helpful to have directions going south on 101 from Mountain View to the Clarion Hotel. Your internet directions just had going north on 101 from places like Gilroy. Overall - quite satisfied!

This past week was a delightful experience getting picked up at the airport. Last few times I used the service, I arrived at night and it too long for pick up. One time I called several times that I was waiting too long, the driver kept on going to the wrong place. I hope not to experience that again. The service desk was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience.

The shuttle was in front on the hotel when I arrived with my reservation. The front desk said they needed my license plate number. I said please don't let the shuttle leave and I'll be right back with the plate number. Three minutes later when I returned, the shuttle was gone. I had to take a taxi to avoid missing my International Flight. The front desk was aware of this and could have cared less. Will never go back to the Clarion

The shuttle to pick us up from the airport was over 40 mins late, despite the several phone calls to the Clarion hotel. Their response was they they were be there in about 10 mins... incredibly rude on the phone, and the front desk agent Marisol, simply said they had to wait until enough people went to the airport. She provided incredibly poor customer service, and I will be writing a letter to the Front Office Manager.

One of their drivers were late which left them shorthanded. First driver was rude because of that and was blaming the customers for the situation. Also I had ants in my car when I returned. I did leave a little food in my car which is my responsibility.

There were no instructions about going to the front desk at the hotel in order to get the transaction going. We spent some time driving around looking for a parking attendant. Also, pick-up from the airport was not clear; we were not told to wait at the shuttle pick-up area.

The counter staff was wonderful. The shuttle service was horrible. When I arrive and checked in I was told that the shuttle would leave in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I was still waiting. They called the drive who had gone off somewhere. Again I had to wait for him to arrive. He was anything but polite. I had to open the door to get in the van he used. It was extremely filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke. When we got to the airport he pulled up at the curb and said have a nice flight. Didn't even bother to get out. So I had to open the door myself. When I returned I called and the staff was very nice told me when to expect the driver. He arrived about the time that they said. However he didn't pull up to the curb. He stayed in the traffic lane and honked the horn. He didn't open the door. I have to say this shuttle was clean. I will never park here again.

Parking lot was a dirt lot on the corner of an intersection with no security gate or lights. Vehicles could easily be broken into or vandalized at night. Shuttle for late night pickup from the airport (no crowds) took over 1 hour, despite the hotel clerk constantly telling us that the shuttle would be there in "10 minutes" whenever we called for status.

We went right by the Clarion Hotel because they had NO visible signage! Directions were good, but without hotel signs we went too far and then had to double back. Very pleasant staff and efficient, too. Parking area was decent, no complaints. Get signs and cut back the foliage that may cover it, Clarion!

We parked at the Clarion Hotel in San Jose and it was cheap, which was the only good thing. The hotel staff was horribly rude and did not want to help us at all. They required us to leave our keys when we self parked, which scared us that our car would be taken. The drivers were not in any hurry to get us to the airport or back to the hotel. We would not recommend this place AT ALL!!!

We arrived at the international terminal and had to walk to terminal B which was a bit of a walk with our luggage. We called for pickup approx 4:55 pm and the shuttle did not get there till 5:25 pm. It was hot and we were tired so it made the wait seem really long but everything else was good and the price was EXCELLENT!!

The hotel lost my car even though they insisted on parking it. When they found it, they had parked in an abandon lot that had no light and was unpaved. The shuttle was incredibly late picking me up. I would not park my car here ever again.

This was the most awful airport parking experience ever. After landing and getting our bags we called the hotel to see if a shuttle was on the way for us and they told us that it was. After 45 minutes of waiting, the shuttle still hadn't shown up. We called the hotel back (5 times they didn't answer) when they finally did they said the shuttle should be there in 10 minutes. After waiting another 25 minutes we took a $20 cab ride to the hotel to get our car and when we got there the shuttle bus was parked and the driver was standing around talking. We asked the hotel manager if he could take our cab fare off our parking fee and he told us no. I would not recommend this hotel service to anyone. even if I hated them.

Arrived at the hotel at 5:00am to make it in time for a 6:30am flight. Checked in at the front desk in about 5 minutes. Then when I went to take the shuttle, I was told that it wasn't leaving until 5:30am. WTF! Thankfully, I still made it in time for my flight, but I had not idea that there was a set schedule for departures or else I would have planned a larger buffer. Other than this, and the fact that the person at the front desk seemed to be in a bad mood that day, it was fine, and I would still park there again given the price.

I used 1-800-PARKING to reserve my spot and the operator was extremely helpful! The driver was ready to leave on time (they leave on the our and half hour), as were myself and one other rider, when a 3rd rider came along asking if we could wait five minutes. In that time, two other parties came along. However, what takes time is checking in and paying. We left 11 minutes late because of this other rider. Other than that, this place has good service for the price.

The Shuttle service was inadequate. The ride to the airport was seamless and punctual and ran smoothly. The return to the San Jose airport and hence getting a ride back to the hotel was ... very time consuming. I called at 9:50pm and finally got picked up an arrived at the hotel at 10:50pm. The reason for the delay. Despite that I called, the shuttle wasn't big enough to hold all the passengers. After being passed up once already I chose to side on the ground of the Shuttle. The price is very reasonable, but they could also improve the pick up by actually counting the number of riders and asking people to call.

This is our second attempt with your group. First experience was horrible. Same with this one. It was 52 degrees and we waited, after three calls, for 30 minutes. Then our car was in a locked area. The way to the airport was good. The way back was bad. Biggest complaint was our wait for 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle service. I had to call the hotel Clarion a second time asking where they were as other shuttles had come around 3-4 times. Hotel lot was not safe in my opinion. Will not reserve for my car to stay there again primarily because of the wait and what seemed to be the uncaringness by the front desk that we waited for so long.

There were two employees working at the lobby counter when I arrived to pick up my car and I still had to wait over 15 minutes just to pick up my car keys. They helped check in only 4 people combine during that 15 minutes. You need to expedite your check-in process.

The pick up took 45 minuets. Called every 5 minuets and was told they were on the way will be there in 5 minuets. When they did arrive the shuttle was full except for 1 seat to pick up 6 cold passengers. Had to drive back to the airport in my car and pick up the rest of my party.

Service to the airport in San Jose was excellent, however the return shuttle was not so good. The Hotel had to be called numerous times and by the time it arrived, about twenty customers were waiting necessitating several trips. The was a pain-in-the-butt at midnight.

Only one shuttle every half hour was inconvenient. The driver was very courteous (though his English was extremely poor), but the front desk attendant at Clarion was not. He wasn't overtly rude, but he certainly didn't seem excited to help me with parking. Overall, not very convenient, and not worth the dollar or two per day of savings.

The shuttle to the airport was timely, pleasant, simple and what was expected. The shuttle back was difficult. Our plane arrived at the airport at 9:15p. I phoned the hotel to confirm our arrival and shuttle pick up time. I was told the shuttle would leave the Clarion hotel at 9:30p. The drive from the hotel to the airport is approximately 6-8 mins. We arrived at the shuttle pick up point at 9:40p but no shuttle was there. We waited for the next shuttle as the previous shuttle did not wait for us. At 10:10p I called the hotel to see why the next shuttle had not shown up. The hotel indicated that the 10p shuttle had already returned from the airport and that no one was at the shuttle pick up point. Absolutely false for two reasons. We were at the pick up point for 1/2 hr. by this point and a shuttle that leaves the hotel at 10p, makes a round trip from the hotel to the airport and back cannot make a 12-16 minute trip in 10 mins. The 10:30p shuttle finally arrived at 10:37p and we were able to pick up our car after a nearly one hour wait in the cold and rain. Very disappointing.

I would never park my vehicle at Clarion Hotel. The service was awful. I had to wait at the airport for 1 1/2hrs. I called the personnel at the hotel, and the only thing they would say was that they were running a little late. 1 1/2 hrs is not a little late. Even though the instructions were to pay the balance upon return, the hotel forced me to pay before making me late. Also, they required you to leave your keys, even though their receipt says that they won't. The shuttle bus drivers were very nice, but the hotel attendant at the front desk was very rude. I will not go back.

The shuttle took more than 30 minutes to arrive....we were not pleased with that and had to call twice. Also, the options on their voicemail did not have one designated for airport pickups and when we pressed the zero key the call disconnected. We had to call back twice and finally chose the option for making a room reservation in order to connect to the desk and request a pickup.

We have used the Clarion Hotel San Jose Airport multiple times without incident; however, this time had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. When we returned to pick up our car, we found that the hotel's dumpster gate was right up against our car, and it had left a dent, as well as chipped away paint on our bumper. I completed an incident report and the shuttle driver signed as witness, since the manager, Hooshmand Ghorab was not yet on site. We waited for him and he was unsure how to proceed. He said he would speak to the GM and get back to us. 5 days went by without a response, so I called for a status. Mr. Ghorab stated that the GM said they can do nothing for our car, and he read the Park at your own risk statements from some voucher. While I understand that no one can control vandalism acts such as breaking a windshield or theft, this dent was obviously caused by hotel property (the gate). It's now a matter of principle. I told Mr. Ghorab how disappointed I was and do not feel that he genuinely cared to resolve the issue. In fact, I felt that he tried to belittle the issue, as he displayed no sensitivity to this matter. He stated that I should not let this incident affect my opinion on the hotel parking service. I explained that while the shuttle driver and front desk person were courteous, that this overall experience is very negative. It was clear to me that I was not valued as a customer, and that is extremely disappointing. I suggested that they re-think the design of the gate so that this does not happen to others who may elect to park in the same spot.

Getting to the airport for my flight was excellent - a shuttle left almost immediately. However, when I returned, I waited at the airport for 45 minutes for a pick-up. I called again 30 minutes after my initial call and I suspect they forgot. This definitely makes me question using this service again.

Not enough staff to handle the volume of travelers. Had to wait in line at the counter and shuttle didn't run on time, nor was it able to carry all the passengers. Many had to wait in the cold at midnight for two runs back to the hotel. This could have been avoided if the shuttle ran more frequently - knowing, in advance, that there were more customers that night.

When we called for Clarion shuttle from San Jose airport Monday morning, the front desk told us to wait for 10 minutes, but the shuttle didn't show up after 10 minutes, so we called several times. The front desk of Clarion Hotel San Jose Airport told us the shuttle was almost there, but we ended up waiting in cold freezing morning for at least 30 minutes. If he had told us to wait for 30 minutes, we could have stayed inside airport and came out after that time. When we asked for manager on the phone, the front desk person told us the manager was not there and put us on hold while we complaining. When the driver showed up, we complained to him, but he got very angry and told us he only went fueling for a short period of time and kept saying it's not his fault. He even threaten us by saying -- we don't know who he is and what he could do. The driver's name is Samuel. After we arrived hotel, we told the manager, his name is Hooshmand Ghorab, what happened and also filled up the complain form. The manager said he will handle it. We provided our contact information and until this point, we haven't got any call from him telling us what's going on. We trusted the reviews from the website, so we choose the shuttle of Clarion Hotel San Jose Airport. However, after getting bad experience like this, I don't think we will use any services from your website anymore and will tell our friends the same.

The shuttle service to the Airport was prompt. However the driver told us not to call for the return trip until we were at the bus stop and ready to go as it only takes 5 minutes for him to arrive. Well it was windy and 39 degrees outside and we called like he told us to. It took him 27 minutes to arrive from the time I phoned.

The Clarion Inn provides Parking Service as a sidebusiness and clearly overwhelmed with the demand. Upon arrival all available spaces were full (not sure how they handle the parking of the hotel guests). SoI need to leave my car key there and the car was valet-parked. Upon arrival I found it sitting on a adjacent lawn / swampy field.

Lot was full except spaces marked as "Restaurant parking only", had to go back to the desk after driving through the whole lot to find out that I was allowed to park there. Some other cars were forced to park in an uneven grassy lot adjacent to the property. They require you to leave your car keys at the desk. On my return I found the lot mostly empty, and my car had been moved to a non-restaurant space. Shuttles are less frequent than some other lots.

I made the reservations on my cell phone and did not have a printer. It seems to me that the electronic receipt on the cell phone should be adequate proof of purchase. At drop off, the attendant was rude and gave incorrect parking information. At pick up, the staff had lost the car keys, due to the incompetence of the first attendant. At pick up, the staff were courteous and apologized for the inconvenience.

Our car was blocked by another car parked behind it after we left. No one accompanied us to the car. This required me to find and notify an attendant. It then took the parking lot attendants 15-20 minutes and 3 trips to find the right key for a car that was blocking our parking space so we could leave. There was no manager on site to address the issue. We probably will not use this service again .

No problems getting to the airport on shuttle. Return trip was late -I called 3 times .First time was to tell them we were at the correct area at 3 pm. Second time was 25 minutes later and were told shuttle left 15 minute ago and he should be there -wasn't. Third time at 3:40 was told to be patient he had left 15 minutes ago. I had friend needing to get to work at a hospital and said if shuttle did not come they should feel obligated to pay for taxi. The rental location is only a 5-6 minute drive away and airport traffic was light -no traffic build ups at all.Shuttle finally got there at 3:50 pm and another couple was waiting -I think they were trying to do one run for everyone.
