A shuttle service is also available to the Cruise Peir and Amtrack Station. Car care services are available, please ask when you arrive at the Clarion hotel to check in. Once you have checked in at the front desk you can then park your vehicle. You are asked to arrive at The Clarion 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminals at Milwaukee Airport. I have used this lot before and would use again, BUT not during seagull hatching season! As the airport and hotel lot are near Lake Michigan, I returned to find a rookery of diving, protective seagull parents, several tire squashed chicks and a car with plenty of seagull poop. I was told I was lucky because it had rained all day and things looked a bit better! Yuck. My dates were June 13-22. Otherwise, a fantastic experience as always. I hate to be negative, but 20 minutes of hosing off the car in the rain in the dark is not a fun way to come home. And today I get to scrub!
Bird dropping covered most cars
little concerned about the seagulls in the parking lot, but my car was actually not too bad. Parked far enough away from them.

As promised it was a secure parking lot gated and a high fence. The cost was the most reasonable and a good value.

Easy to find. Unfortunately the birds were where we parked. I know that isnt their fault but had to wash our vehicle. Bird droppings on the vehicle.
The only reason I gave the condition of the parking lot a "good" instead of "excellent" was because when I got back there were a ton of seagulls flying overhead - and - yep - my car got it pretty good! Not really anything the Clarion can do about that! Otherwise, service was great on the way to and from the airport. Actually, as I was on the phone with them to pick me up from the airport, the shuttle arrived to pick up a flight crew, so I didn't even have to wait a minute!
I waited over 30 minutes for a pickup from the airport. I called 3 times and they kept saying the driver was right around the corner. It takes less than 3-4 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. This was my worst experience with them to date. There was definitely a lack of communication between the hotel desk and the driver.
This is only my 2nd time using service. Staff did a great job and were friendly. Location and price sealed the deal again. Will be using again as needed.
Late flights so stayed overnight at the Clarion. Good experience

We have used airport parking several times at the Clarion, have also stayed with them prior to a flight. The service is always excellent and drivers courteous. We were very disappointed as to how close the cars were parked, we had difficulty getting in on the drivers side of the car. The reason we use this service to park is so our car is safe, we don't appreciate door dings
Second time using you and intend to use you next time we fly. Very positive experience both times!!
It would make things easier if we were allowed to pay on line in full or at the time of check in for the days booked rather than just paying for one day upon booking the reservation. We did not stay overnight at the hotel but would have liked the option of paying in full before the pickup up on arrival back.
this is the only way to go.
