Make sure to bring your "Reservation Receipt", and you MUST turn it in to the Front Desk of hotel upon checking in your vehicle! Check in at front desk upon arrival, then park your vehicle. Please arrive at Clarion Hotel Milwaukee Airport 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal.

A shuttle service is also available to the Cruise Peir and Amtrack Station. Car care services are available, please ask when you arrive at the Clarion hotel to check in. Once you have checked in at the front desk you can then park your vehicle. You are asked to arrive at The Clarion 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminals at Milwaukee Airport. On your return to MKE please wait at Baggage Claim #4 - Middle Island. You may call 866-481-2400 for pick-up.     Easy to find. Unfortunately the birds were where we parked. I know that isnt their fault but had to wash our vehicle. Bird droppings on the vehicle.

    The only reason I gave the condition of the parking lot a "good" instead of "excellent" was because when I got back there were a ton of seagulls flying overhead - and - yep - my car got it pretty good! Not really anything the Clarion can do about that! Otherwise, service was great on the way to and from the airport. Actually, as I was on the phone with them to pick me up from the airport, the shuttle arrived to pick up a flight crew, so I didn't even have to wait a minute!

    I waited over 30 minutes for a pickup from the airport. I called 3 times and they kept saying the driver was right around the corner. It takes less than 3-4 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. This was my worst experience with them to date. There was definitely a lack of communication between the hotel desk and the driver.

    We have used airport parking several times at the Clarion, have also stayed with them prior to a flight. The service is always excellent and drivers courteous. We were very disappointed as to how close the cars were parked, we had difficulty getting in on the drivers side of the car. The reason we use this service to park is so our car is safe, we don't appreciate door dings

    It would make things easier if we were allowed to pay on line in full or at the time of check in for the days booked rather than just paying for one day upon booking the reservation. We did not stay overnight at the hotel but would have liked the option of paying in full before the pickup up on arrival back.

    Have used this service in the past and will continue to do so. Attendants are friendly and courteous. Pick up and delivery is prompt. The only reason I put "good" for condition of parking lot instead of "excellent" is because of the snow/ice - which is typical this time of the year. It was in very good condition considering!

    Everything was very good until the return. I phoned the hotel and was told the shuttle would be at the terminal in 2-3 minutes. The temperature was -6 degrees. Nonetheless, I immediately went outside...where I waited for approximately 25 minutes. I finally went inside and called the hotel again. Again, I was told the shuttle would be there in 2-3 minutes. The driver shared that he was never told about someone waiting, and he was available. Clearly, someone dropped the ball. I do understand, that these things happen. I also didn't like the fact that the driver added a tip to the bill...felt a little forward to me.

    First, when we got to the Clarion Hotel after traveling by car for 2 hours, we found out they didn't have a bathroom available for us to use. We had to drive to the Best Western near by just to use a toilet. On our return we waited outside in 20 degree weather for 30 minutes until we were picked up. Then our car had a foot of ice/ packed snow in front of it. I realize we got snow, but why plow it in a manner that piles up in front of the cars and not use an end loader type device to remove the snow. Thank goodness the van drive let me use an ice chipper to clear out the ice/snow. Another 30 minutes of chipping away the ice in 20 degree weather, we were finally on our way. The people involved were nice enough; however they don't have their act together.

    In a snowstorm, Clarion needs to be sure entire parking lot is well-plowed, not just some sections, especially when cars are required to park in snowy, icy areas. Our car got stuck coming into the parking space designated by shuttle driver at back side of lot and it took 10 minutes to get car into the space. Coming home, my husband had to shovel and pick at ice to get the car out. Also another system needs to be set up for arrivals. Although I made on-line reservations, I had to check in with desk clerk who was busy with departing hotel check-outs and phone calls. We missed the first shuttle as a result of waiting.
