Driver was very helpful and polite. He knew I couldn't lift so loaded my suitcases into my car and gave me excellent directions. I sure appreciated his kindness.

You need to check in at the Clarion Hotel front desk and they will send a driver to escort you into the lot. This is NOT marked anywhere, so be aware. Otherwise, service was prompt and nice.

Was disappointed when I was dropped off at night last night, that the parking lot was not well lit, AND the person that parked next to me while we were away parked so close, I had to crawl across from the passenger seat to get in. I was parked within the lines, they were not!! This should be monitored by the shuttle service as they are waiting for people to park!

Unfortunately the space I was directed to park in was very narrow. I had to squeeze to get out of the car, and I was happy to see that both of the cars on either side of me were still there, which meant I didn't get any car door nicks in my car. Also unpleasant was the slush I had to walk through. Hard on my new shoes.

This is a first rate operation. The fenced lot provides very good security. The rates are a lot lower than the airport garage. The time from ariving at the hotel to ariving at the airport was only 10-15 miutes. The van arrived at the airport pickup w

The only problem I had was I wasn't paying attention to where I parked when I arrived. It would be helpful if the shuttle driver had pointed out to me which row I was in and reminded me to remember it at the end of the trip. Then the return shuttle
