Make sure to bring your "Reservation Receipt", and you MUST turn it in to the Front Desk of hotel upon checking in your vehicle! Check in at front desk upon arrival, then park your vehicle. Please arrive at Clarion Hotel Milwaukee Airport 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal.

A shuttle service is also available to the Cruise Peir and Amtrack Station. Car care services are available, please ask when you arrive at the Clarion hotel to check in. Once you have checked in at the front desk you can then park your vehicle. You are asked to arrive at The Clarion 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminals at Milwaukee Airport. On your return to MKE please wait at Baggage Claim #4 - Middle Island. You may call 866-481-2400 for pick-up.     great experience, but was not aware that I was paying a fee when I booked. So was a little surprised to see that the whole bill was left when I arrived home. I'll probably just call the hotel direct next time

    I am happy with the service. I was not given my one day pre-paid credit after my 8 days of parking. I called the next day and after my paperwork was located it was credited back to my card. Other than that is was good service

    This was my first time using your service. When I arrived, I didn't know where to park, where to go. So I parked anywhere and went inside. (I think a sign saying For Parking, temporarily park your car and go inside for further instructions". It wasn't clear to me that I'd be moving my car to another location. Now I know, and I'll know better next time, but for us first timers, it was confusing. Service was great, and next time will be even easier. Thank you.

    When we returned to Milwaukee we called the Clarion Hotel as instructed and spoke to Stephanie and she said the shuttle would be there soon. We waited over 20 minutes and finally called again. We were told the shuttle would be there within 5 minutes. The driver (Jose) never acknowledged our long wait or apologized but was otherwise very courteous. When I mentioned the wait he told us that what probably happened was that the hotel manager was tied up with some other issue and forgot to tell him that we called. This is inexcusable.

    Waited for the shuttle for over an hour. Made 3 phone calls and kept on being re-assured they were on their way. Almost ended up walking across the street to my car. I dont know how it could have taken this long given how close the airport is to the lot. The shuttle driver insisted he had already been around three times before we got on, this is a complete and utter lie.
