There is complimentary shuttle transportation provided to and from the rental car center where you will take the AirTrain to the terminal. Follow signs to parking lane see attendant and surrender confirmation. The attendant will park your car and assist you with luggage onto the shuttle van. You will be transported to the car rental center where you will take the AirTrain to the terminal. Upon your return to San Francisco Airport collect your luggage from Baggage Claim and simply take the AIRTRAIN that runs inside the Airport to the rental car center. Take the escalator or elevator to Level 1 and walk outside to Island 3.

Discovered a couple of new dings on my vehicle
Twice in a row I asked to have my car washed but it was not done - It had rained the day before. Can't you wash them just before my arrival. Looked like there was not enough manpower to wash and do the more necessary work.
I picked my car at 8 pm on 04/24/11 after having a 24 hrs flight.The driver of the shuttle was very polite and helful,But the person on the counter sent away the driver without putting my luggage in my car.When I requsted him to do it as I am 64 years and medicaly not healthy to lift 5 pieces .He did it with lot of arguments and kept throwing the suitcases in the car by hitting them scratching the car and damaging my lugguge.I had no other option to just keep quite as I was very tired.It is in your page 2/3 that your employees will remove and put luggage in the car/van for the customers. Please see that this man does not bring down your reputation. Thanks. Oberoi
The parking location was difficult to find. Upon our return we called for pickup after we got our luggage as instructed but the shuttle took an hour ant two phone calls to pick us up. We were told by the driver the delay was due to him being told to clean a van before our pick up. Once back at the lot the inside service was not any better. She did not acknowledge us & continued to help another customer even to walk them outside and go over a rental vehicle before giving any assistance.
All of the staff (drivers, counter persons, everyone) were patient, courteous, and helpful.
you need to make clear in you ad that you need to leave keys , not very comfortable . after i see the lot i understand other then that good service , friendly staff

Try calling CL (AVR) Parking 650-952-5543 after 12 midnight until 6am. I called Thurs. 3/3 several times. I could not get recorded info (hours of operation) for San Francisco). The night system gave me San Jose when I selected SF (choice # 2). VERY frustrating when you're very late flight has left you stranded at the airport for the night (landed 12:07 am).
I called and notified CL that my flight was delayed. I called when I boarded the plane and told them when I will get there. I called when the plane landed and told them that I will be outside waiting in 10 minutes. I called when I was waiting for almost 30 minutes. Very poor service. Worst among all the other parking companies around SFO and Oakland. Sorry to say very poor experience. Driver told me that he was not notified bycall taker. Poor communication between staff.
Car battery was dead on pick up; since according to the person on duty the car had been moved the day before to the pick-up area something must have been left on to run the battery down.
1. Returned to find that the Parking company had broken the key for my car - luckily we had a spare set - no explanation as to what had happened 2. Returned to find by clock in car blinking indicating that someone must have disconnected the battery for some reason - 3. Took 35 mins for the shuttle bus to come pick us up after we called. It is a 5 min drive from the airport so don't know why it took so long.
Very disappointed by condition of car at pick up. Battery was flat and had to be jumped. The keyless remote system has shut down and needs to be reprogrammed and there is a loose sensor that detects loose wires. I will not be back.
The Airport Blvd location is convenient but the sign is not very prominent and easy to miss.
The shuttle bus only took my family from the airport parking to the car rental half way from the airport, which almost caused us to miss our flight. It was not very clear that there is no direct service to the airport.
I believe AVR can improve their service by providing over-midnight shuttle pick up from airport to the parking center. It is very incovenient to let the customer take a taxi cab to the center.

Hard to find. Attendants were discourteous. Lot description did not explain you had to transfer to Rental Car Tram in order to get to/from airport. I would never use them again
