Marriott-Chicago O'Hare offers one of the lowest parking rates at O'Hare. The parking lot is safe and secure and open 24 hours a day. They offer one of the largest parking shuttle bus fleet to get you to and from the airport fast! Marriott-Chicago O'Hare ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at Chicago O'Hare Airport. This will allow time to drop your luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel, proceed to the parking lot and take a ticket from the dispenser and park you car. You then return to the canopy at the entrance to the hotel for the shuttle bus. Front door staff will be available to assist your with your luggage and answer any questions. The shuttle leaves the hotel every 20 minutes on the hour starting at 6am - 12 midnight. Then from 12 midnight - 6am the shuttle will be on call for pick up every half hour. When returning to ORD, from Baggage Claim, go down one level on the escalator. Once you are down one level, follow the red and blue arrows to the Shuttle Center. When you arrive at the Shuttle Center, look for door #2. We pick-up every 20 minutes from the top of the hour. Also, (if needed), there are courtesy phones at Baggage Claim and at the Shuttle Center. If you are flying international you must call for shuttle service. (773-693-4444).

I like this site because it's easy to use. The shuttle service is consistent and predictable. When I returned from my trip to exit the parking lot, one of the ticket machines was not working properly. It would not accept credit cards. Two attendants were onsite and were able to assist me. Another machine nearby was available for me to complete my transaction.
There are shuttle buses for other Marriott hotels. Before taking a shuttle bus at the airport, checking is necessary.
We will definitely park using this service again. It was excellent!

some confusion sign on parking lot says check in with front desk front desk says pay outside we paid inside meter out side said we owed 178 .00 dollars which is wrong will see when we get credit card statement!
I wouldn't park anywhere else. This is a great location and all personnel treat me so well. They remember the frequent parkers and are very helpful and nice.
The experience was very nice except that the shuttle buses now will only drop off and pick up at the bus station at O'Hare. You don't get dropped off at the curb at departures any more. The parking attendant did not explain if this was temporary due to construction or what. It added a lot of time and required a lot more walking to get to the terminal.

Shuttle wait is only a function of what time my flights get in. The shuttle crew at my location is almost always prompt / on schedule. This is no small feat given how torn up the airport is due to repairs.
There was no attendant, either on arrival or leaving, but attendant is not necessary. That question should not be a required field. I had to mark "excellent" because "N/A" was not an option.

I use this service not only for the convenience of parking lot but also for the shuttle ride that usually takes us to the door of our airlines departure. The driver this time dropped us at the arrival door and we had to haul all our luggage & our 2 retired parents and all their luggage all the way through the airport & my step father almost fell down the escalator while trying to manage all the luggage. I will not be parking here again. It was an unnecessary stressful way to start our vacation. Also there are no directions on where to get the shuttle when you are arriving from an international flight. It was door 5E, don't think that would be too hard to put on the directions!!
This is the second time i used the parking lock when I travel to Mexico. I feel secured leaving my can parked with you.
Exit gates were not working properly. Had to back out of one gate twice due to gate showing my prepaid ticket was expired! Then had to get out of car and go inside and they said they were not working and just press the HELP button and they would open it. HELP button on that gate was not working either! Back out of gate and tried another and its HELP button worked and I was out finally.
