Our shuttle schedule is every 30 minutes on the hour from 5am-12am. 12am-5am every 30 minutes upon request. For International or other shuttle assistance, please call 773-693-4444 for the Marriott operator.

Marriott-Chicago O'Hare offers one of the lowest parking rates at O'Hare. The parking lot is safe and secure and open 24 hours a day. They offer one of the largest parking shuttle bus fleet to get you to and from the airport fast! Marriott-Chicago O'Hare ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at Chicago O'Hare Airport. This will allow time to drop your luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel, proceed to the parking lot and take a ticket from the dispenser and park you car. You then return to the canopy at the hotel entrance for the shuttle bus. Front door staff will be available to assist with your luggage and answer any quesitons you may have.
When returning to ORD, from Baggage Claim, go down one level on the escalator, then follow the red and blue arrows to the Shuttle Center. When you arrive at the Shuttle Center, look for door #2. There are also courtesy phones at Baggage Claim and at the Shuttle Center, if needed. If you are flying international, you must call for shuttle service. (773-693-4444).

I had to take a cab to the airport because I just missed the shuttle and couldn't wait another half hour.
Only area worth improving involves exiting. We needed to deploy two tickets to insert in a specific sequence which we did, but gate did not go up. However, pressing the call button and talking got this resolved. Would be better and simpler if a single exit ticket were needed. Currently, if the 2 tickets are not inserted in correct sequence, the charges to pay can be x5 or so higher. A significant hassle at the end of a long trip. Thx.
Shuttle bus was overcrowded and air conditioning was not working. Very uncomfortable ride for all.
Both check-in and pickup went smoothly. Drivers were very courteous, prompt and helpful!

Shuttle frequency changed from 3 times an hour to twice an hour. That's a bit long for a wait (both ways).

All was good except allow some extra time in case there is a line inside hotel at check in. This was the longest wait time we had in Order to pay balance and get parking tickets
Overall a very good option for parking
The only thing that would make it perfect would be enclosed parking (mostly a concern in the winter). I had a very positive experience.
The hotel staff was helpful and efficient. The parking lot was clean and safe and the shuttle was timely and comfortable. I will definitely be using this service again!
I would definitely use this lot again, especially now that I understand the process. The instructions don't clearly indicate what needs to be done while you are dropping off your car. Basically, you have to register your car with the front desk and prepay to make for an easier process when you leave.
I love it because it is so easy to get to. I wish the coupons were a little better according to how often you use this lot. Incentive bonuses.
Exit gate was broken and would not let me out.
There were 3 different Marriott shuttles that stopped at door 2. It was very confusing. To be sure we had the correct shuttle, we had to ask if it was the one going to Marriott on Higgins Rd.
We've used this parking lot a few times and have always been satisfied. The shuttle buses are getting a little worn around the edges but the drivers and hotel staff are friendly and efficient. If you arrive at the international terminal, you have to call the Marriot O'Hare Hotel for the shuttle pickup because they don't stop there routinely.
Parked in parking lot and got on the hotel shuttle straight to the Airport. And when returning caught the shuttle from the airport right back to the hotel got in the car and paid balance at the automated gate (easy peasy). :)
Even if not asked, hotel must provide receipt immediately when remainder of payment is collected. We need to file expense report and then it is too late.
