Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your terminal. Drop luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel. Please go into the hotel and check in at the front desk to receive your voucher. Rates are based on a 24 hour clock.

Marriott-Chicago O'Hare offers one of the lowest parking rates at O'Hare. The parking lot is safe and secure and open 24 hours a day. They offer one of the largest parking shuttle bus fleet to get you to and from the airport fast! Marriott-Chicago O'Hare ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at Chicago O'Hare Airport. This will allow time to drop your luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel, proceed to the parking lot and take a ticket from the dispenser and park you car. You then return to the canopy at the hotel entrance for the shuttle bus. Front door staff will be available to assist with your luggage and answer any quesitons you may have. 

When returning to ORD, from Baggage Claim, go down one level on the escalator, then follow the red and blue arrows to the Shuttle Center. When you arrive at the Shuttle Center, look for door #2. There are also courtesy phones at Baggage Claim and at the Shuttle Center, if needed. If you are flying international, you must call for shuttle service. (773-693-4444).

    The shuttle only runs every half hour so we just missed the shuttle going to the airport and obviously just missed the shuttle from the airport to the hotel on our return. It seemed we saw several area hotel shuttles twice during the wait for pickup at the airport.

    There is some construction at the Marriott O'Hare, but overall, it was a seamless process. You do have to go into the hotel to prepay the balance of your parking before your trip, which they give you a validation ticket for when you return. Overall, it was a great experience to catch the shuttle to and from the hotel. Thanks!

    The parking lot is under construction and is sort of a mess right now. It may be easier to navigate in the daylight hours, but we were there during darkness, so it was a bit confusing. On the return trip, the wait at the airport was very close to 1 hour, and cold. I had to call the hotel twice to see when the driver would be there to get us. I was told he left the airport early because his van was full, but it was evident that he was not keeping a timely schedule because he didn't return immediately. We watched other hotel vans come by 2 times (same drivers) while we waited. After our van finally arrived, another hotel van backed into our van, so another 10-12 minutes was spent waiting while our driver "thoroughly" inspected his bumper. Everyone one on the van was annoyed having to wait so long for just a small tap to a bumper. In the end, he was rude to us asking for a tip and complaining when we didn't give one. He muttered over and over, "Wow, I can't believe it, no tip, you're not going to give me a tip, wow, this is something, it's not right", etc. We loaded and unloaded our own bags while he helped others. After doing that ourselves, and waiting outside for nearly 1 hour, we just couldn't bring ourselves to tip. Tips are optional, and are given for good service, they are customary, but not mandatory. A service person shouldn't expect to get one when their service wasn't up to par...and should NEVER approach/ask the customer directly to produce a tip! Very rude. We willing tipped the driver who delivered us to the airport in the beginning of our trip. We had no problem with the gate getting out of the parking lot, and we were not overcharged as other reviewers have reported.

    Parking lot is undergoing reconstruction so about half of it is not available for parking. Even so have used this facility several times and it is easy to get to on and off the expressway from Ohare

    Parking lot was ok . But I have to take a taxi to the airport because the next but arrives 3:30 . I was in front of the front desk getting my ticket and I saw the bus coming towards the front door and he did not wait . He left without asking and the front desk lady knows that I am tsk
