Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your terminal. Drop luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel. Please go into the hotel and check in at the front desk to receive your voucher. Rates are based on a 24 hour clock.
Our shuttle schedule is every 20 minutes on the hour from 5am-12am. 12am-5am every 30 minutes upon request. For International or other shuttle assistance, please call 773-693-4444 for the Marriott operator.

Marriott-Chicago O'Hare offers one of the lowest parking rates at O'Hare. The parking lot is safe and secure and open 24 hours a day. They offer one of the largest parking shuttle bus fleet to get you to and from the airport fast! Marriott-Chicago O'Hare ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at Chicago O'Hare Airport. This will allow time to drop your luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel, proceed to the parking lot and take a ticket from the dispenser and park you car. You then return to the canopy at the entrance to the hotel for the shuttle bus. Front door staff will be available to assist your with your luggage and answer any questions. The shuttle leaves the hotel every 20 minutes on the hour starting at 6am - 12 midnight. Then from 12 midnight - 6am the shuttle will be on call for pick up every half hour. When returning to ORD, from Baggage Claim, go down one level on the escalator. Once you are down one level, follow the red and blue arrows to the Shuttle Center. When you arrive at the Shuttle Center, look for door #2. We pick-up every 20 minutes from the top of the hour. Also, (if needed), there are courtesy phones at Baggage Claim and at the Shuttle Center. If you are flying international you must call for shuttle service. (773-693-4444).

this was my first time using the Marriott parking service. It went well but I have two suggestions: 1. it wouldd be good if one of the two tickets had a telephone number to call when I returned. The booking paper was long lost. 2. at the gate the instruction to insert the white ticket and then the blue ticket were either unclear or I missed something. I had to go inside and ask how to get out.

This is our second time parking at the Marriott Chicago O'Hare in a two month period. Both times the shuttle was late or delayed and we waited about 1/2 an hour in both cases. The driver claimed traffic. The Marriott needs to run addition shuttles or give up on the parking utility.

needed a better explanation of when to call for pickup from hotel
I use your parking service to park at the Marriott O'Hare parking lot every time I fly. This time you asked me to pay the balance before I began my trip. But, that's OK. I received my receipt and my blue ticket. The white ticket alerted me that I owed the non-discounted amount which is typical. However, my blue ticket was rejected. Not sure what happened, but when I pushed the assistance button someone opened the gate for me. Perhaps this problem has happened before? I will still use your service, but possibly next time I was park at the Marriott Suites lot.
Have drivers open the doors so people can sit for him while he is putting away the bags in the bag. People have to stand outside in the cold weather is not right.
Staff was very friendly and helpful from the doorman to the shuttle driver. The process was very simple and affordable. This trip was for vacation, but I'm considering using for business travel instead of getting a driver. Overall, a VERY good experience and will recommend to others!

We parked here for the first time Wed-Saturday. Arrived bellman offered to take our luggage while we parked so didn't have to carry it back. went inside to desk where we were warmly greeted by all... Walked up to desk and was given a card to use upon exit. Entered lot, took ticket #2 and parked. Lot is big but not so big you will never find your car again...well lit, big spaces for large vehicles. Went back to entrance and shuttle was waiting for us. Driver was wonderful and we chose to tip him. He told us no need to call upon arrival unless you are in international or its after 2 AM. When we got back we walked to the transportation ctr, got on the waiting shuttle and back to the car....SIMPLE & PAINLESS. Paying upon exit equally as easy...insert card...insert second card...insert credit card....1 minute total time (or less) and on our way home...I'll never park anywhere else.
