Going, we were ready to leave at 7:55A but shuttle departed 8:30AM. Returning waited 35" for shuttle. Will not use your service again unless and until shuttles become more reliable.

I found the whole process to be very smooth and easy. Showed the front desk clerk my receipt and he asked me to fill out a form and then he gave me the ticket I needed to get out with. Whole thing took 2.5 minutes. Perfect.

Shuttle back to the hotel was no where to be found...I had to take a taxi back. I was very disappointed as when I arrived at the hotel there was a shuttle sitting outside and not moving anywhere.

There was no notification that I had to contact the hotel for the pick-up shuttle. I arrived back in the US at terminal 5 in Chicago (international terminal) and waited over 45 minutes outside until an airport employee notified me that I needed to call the hotel. When I was dropped off at the international terminal I was told the van comes every 20 minutes and no call was necessary. This discrepancy is not appropriate.

VERY CONFUSING! Please provide clear concise directions as to how it relates to how to get the parking tickets on-site, where to go to get the tickets, and most importantly the order the tickets need to be fed into the machine upon departure. VERY CONFUSING!

Everything about this lot--and the shuttle to the airport WAS excellent (in fact, I've been parking here for almost three years now whenever I travel from O'Hare). That's all changed now. Without an attendant, there's no way to get the online rate without a) going up to the 3rd floor and filling out paperwork when you park, and then b) going back up to the 3rd floor when you leave to get a special card for the machine. Huge pain in the neck!

We found both shuttle drivers to be incredibly professional and courteous. Despite being afforded the task of carrying and loading my ridiculously heavy suitcase, both drivers appeared to greatly enjoy their jobs. We would definitely use this service and park at the Marriott again.

1st Shuttle Driver was not very helpful when asked about where to pickup the the return shuttle at airport - was vague stating "across from Hilton - only place". Also, 1st shuttle bus was very loud - one of the windows was loose and very annoying. 2nd/return shuttle driver was very kind and helpful. 2nd/return shuttle was also much nicer and quieter.

additional instructions should have been provided by AirportRes for this specific hotel. Marriot OHare has a different procedure than other hotels. This hotel is under construction and paying was a bit confusing.

Construction on the hospital made it difficult to know where to park and where to find the lobby, especially arriving at 6am while it was dark. On the other hand, the staff was so helpful, even giving me a jump when my battery died! Thank you, my trip was easy and smooth thanks to booking my parking online and the great shuttle service. Shuttle was not available for pickup from the airport... Even after i called the hotel and received confirmation of prompt arrival. Had to wait for 45 minutes and, after the second call, was advised to take a taxi to the parking lot. This after 24 hour journey with little kids - not the most pleasant experience of coming back...

(1) The shuttle pickup at O'Hare airport is at the Shuttle Center, which quite a walk from the terminal. It's not anything that the hotel where I parked (Marriot) can control, but it's sure not convenient. (2) There was a long scratch on the side of our car when we returned. Bummer.

Poor Service on telephone. I tried 100 times to call, the Mariot operator to pick me up, but no one picked up the phone. Later I came to know that there was no electricity in that area. But this is not an excuse for such a big hotel. I have to walk all the way from the international terminal to shuttle center which is near the baggage claim area in domestic terminal. I did not get the service that I paid for.

The shuttle service itself was great. The girl at the front desk gave me poor directions on where to park. When I returned, I realized I was parked in the service vehicle lot. I also received an attitude from the girl at the front desk because I forgot to press the button when I parked. She acted like I couldn't get my car because I didn't press the button. Mistakes happen every day. The quicker and easier you rectify a situation, the more professional you look.

Actually, did not need to use teh facility for long since the airline cancelled the flight and no other connections were offered. The staff however was very courteous. I was told that since I did not use teh facility, my money will be refunded.

After waiting 35 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up, we then made a drop off at International, a pick up at international and a drop off at a different hotel, before going to the Marriott Parking area. Essentially it took about an hour for us to get to our car, which is too long. I would not recommend this service.

I am so glad that we discovered this affordable option for airport parking! We no longer live close enough to the CTA Blue Line to make it conveninent and were worried that it would be difficult for us to get to and from O'Hare. We had alot a snow last night and the sidewalks hadnt been shoveled and the parking lot hadn't been plowed. Made it a little hard to pull my suitcase after a long day of traveling. That was my only complaint. My Driver was great!!!

I really like the Marriott when I fly Ohare. Their rates are low and shuttle is convenient. Most of the hotels I park with for ohare I prefer over the business that are just for parking your car.

Upon arrival, we entered the lot, took our ticket, dropped off our luggage and riders, then parked. My wife just "checked" with the desk to be certain we were in the right place and then was told we needed to "check in." We did not know that. The customer service rep. was very helpful and kind. We were uncertain as to where to go for the shuttle. Arriving at United Terminal, we went to the baggage area and out to the street looking for the shuttle area. We found we had quite a walk to the "pick up" center. We wish those directions had been a little clearer. (NOTE: Airport traffic personnel was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction but it was quite a walk with all our luggage.) Once we found the shuttle area and boarded, we were asked if we were at the Marriott Suites or Rosemont? We did not realize there were two locations and picked one . . . the "wrong one." But the driver was very understanding and returned us to the correct lot. We were pleased with all the assistance and consideration given as well as the low costs, and are quite certain if we need a parking place again, we will be making reservations with you. Mark Genzink

There was ample parking space, and I agree that it is a secured lot at Chicago Marriott. I would definately do this again. The cost savings was well over $50 compared to my election of a limo and saved over $100 if I were to park at O'Hare.

This is for the O'Hare Marriott. You drive in, park and get on the shuttle. No need to checkin. If the weather is bad you can wait inside and the shuttle comes right to the door. It makes 1 stop at the Marriott Suites so it adds about 10 minutes

Marriott-Chicago O'Hare offers one of the lowest parking rates at O'Hare. The parking lot is safe and secure and open 24 hours a day. They offer one of the largest parking shuttle bus fleet to get you to and from the airport fast! Marriott-Chicago O'Hare ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at Chicago O'Hare Airport. This will allow time to drop your luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel, proceed to the parking lot and take a ticket from the dispenser and park you car. You then return to the canopy at the entrance to the hotel for the shuttle bus. Front door staff will be available to assist your with your luggage and answer any questions. The shuttle leaves the hotel every 20 minutes on the hour starting at 6am - 12 midnight. Then from 12 midnight - 6am the shuttle will be on call for pick up every half hour. When returning to ORD, from Baggage Claim, go down one level on the escalator. Once you are down one level, follow the red and blue arrows to the Shuttle Center. When you arrive at the Shuttle Center, look for door #2. We pick-up every 20 minutes from the top of the hour. Also, (if needed), there are courtesy phones at Baggage Claim and at the Shuttle Center.
