Tuscon's Park N Fly (formerly Chateau Park N Fly) offers parking close to Tucson Airport. They are open 24 hours a day and offer free transportation to and from all the terminals at TUS. The shuttles run every 3-5 minutes and you will recieve assistance with your luggage, also for no extra charge. The cost of parking at Park N Fly is very competitive. Park N Fly also offers car care services, a free car wash, free bottled water, free newspapers and they run the Frequent Parker Bonus Programme. Self Park customers are asked to stop at the desk to register, park your car and the shuttle will pick you up at your car and assist with your luggage. For Valet Parking, please also stop at the desk to register and a valet will park your car and take care of your luggage. On your return to TUS please wait for the shuttle outside Baggage Claim at the Shuttle Stop or call 520-746-3133.
Horrible service. We waited 40 minutes for driver to pick us up at airport & had to make a total of 4 calls to their office to get picked up. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

John and Michael were excellent representatives of Park n Fly and I would never use any otherTucson Airport parking lot! The only possible improvement would be for the driver to have a record of what row customers park in. I noticed that all 3 of us in the shuttle weren't exactly sure and John had to drive us around. Not that it took long but we all had a little confusion. I guess people get a little disoriented after returning from a day of traveling! I appreciate you!
Change the colors of this survey, hard to read! Parking lot description should say if you are going to park in the dirt or unpaved parking. Driver of this lot helps with bags.

With one person on the lot I was concerned about security when he left to drop off clients or pick up. Should have locked gates when he left lot.

On our return trip, there was only one person, both driving and managing the office. He did an excellent job covering both. In order to save money, this is some of the cost cutting tha can happen. We had prompt service in both directions.
