There was only one employee at the lot when we arrived, we had to wait for him to sign us in, then we had to wait for him to take a 7 passenger van to the airport that was full with only 3 people, luggage, stroller and a car seat. No room for us. The van was not air conditioned to or from the airport. Very dirty van. The name was chatue. I will never use their services again. When we came back from our trip same thing...only one employee. We had to wait.

My husband and I have used Chateau for years. Their service is great and the staff is always pleasant. We use them every time we chose to fly and need to leave our vehicle close by.

The only reason I would not use the lot again is because of the dirt lot.

Chateau Park N Fly offer both valet and covered parking close to Tucson Airport. They are open 24 hours a day and offer free transportation to and from all the terminals at TUS. The shuttles run every 3-5 minutes and you will recieve assistance with your luggage, also for no extra charge. The cost of parking at Chateau Park N Fly is very competitive especially when every 7th day of parking is absolutely free. Chateau Park N Fly also offer car care services, a free car wash, free bottled water, free newspapers and they run the Frequent Parker Bonus Programme. Self Park customers are asked to stop at the desk to register, park your car and the shuttle will pick you up at your car and assist with your luggage. For Valet Parking, please also stop at the desk to register and a valet will park your car and take care of your luggage. On your return to TUS please wait for the shuttle outside Baggage Claim at the Shuttle Stop or call 520-746-3133.
