It was great everyone was so helpful
Pickup is to be out from door 504 but nothing said door 504 on it. Island 5 was easy to find but the island is very long. A small sign somewhere would have been helpful.
The parking was efficient and driver service very friendly and helpful. Would give a 5 star rating except for one thing. We found leaving the lot VERY inconvenient. There should be an access off Tower Rd. to Pena Blvd. & I70 W. And, even signage to I-70 staying on Tower is poor. For this reason, it is unlikely we will use Canopy again, even though otherwise we were very happy with the lot, on-line reservation and service.

This was the second time in a couple of weeks using Canopy Parking. The first time I parked in the open air. With weather being inclement, I decided to park in covered this time. My vehicle was covered in bird poop. Keep the birds out and I would have given you a 5.
Reservations were easy to make, the individuals at the gate were friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait for transportation when I got there, it was waiting at my car. When I returned I waited less than 5 minutes at the airport. Overall excellent experience.

I have loved Park N Fly for years. Canopy is just as wonderful with great staff and fabulous courtesy and service. It is great to be able to just leave the car and know that it will be safe for however long I am gone.
Not enough shuttles coming from DIA to Canopy, had to wait for three shuttles. This was very frustrating since it was very late at night. While waiting, I saw several Parking Spot shuttles go by that were not full. I will look into Parking Spot for my next trip.
The shuttle van service is excellent. However, after 7 days of being under the canopy cover my car was COVERED in bird poop! None of the other cars around me had any bird poop on them so you may wish to make sure there are no birds living in the canopys, if that is possible. Otherwise, the service is great.

First time using you. Not the best. Reservation process was simple (covered parking). On arrival (5:00pm Monday 4/27) I parked where instructed (aisle B) but there are no signs that tell me what to do next. Shuttles went past the covered parking on the main roads but did not enter the canopy, so we walked to one of the main roads and flagged down a driver. He said that no one had told him that new parkers had arrived. Upon return home (Thu 8:45 pm) I had to figure out where to get picked up (drop-off driver didn't tell us), and then waited 18 minutes for pick up. That driver was VERY pleasant, wishing me a huge "Welcome home!" - and then asked for my "locator card." Which I didn't have because I had to flag down a bus on Monday. Fortunately I remembered my space, and all went well after that. Improvement opportunities: 1. Put signs in your canopy with instructions. 2. Tell your gate attendant to tell a bus driver to pick me up near my space. 3. Have busses run more frequently. 4. Update your phone with info about how often busses run (in addition to the instructions on where to find the bus, which were very helpful).
Great service but I wish that you could apply the 470 pass discount when you use the valet reservation online.
For the 2nd time in a row, I have been assigned to the outside row and i have found bird droppings and the results of rain-dust on my car on my return. I have 2 suggestions: 1. Remove the birds nests on the beams above the outside rows-very bad on J row. 2. Consider extending the roof or dropping protective curtain. If cars sustain hail damage, you will lose customers and suffer a loss of public trust.
