Overall it was good, convenient and economical. However, the trip back from the airport to the car took entirely too long - over a hour. That was not good, especially at midnight.
We parked at Canopy for our trip to San Jose, CA beginning July 11th and ending July 18th. The van drivers were exceptional; they were organized, very informative and had a great sense of humor. The covered parking facility was very clean. Canopy has my returning business for sure.

If Zero stars was an option that would be my rating. Shuttle came after 20 min, while two Spot Parking and three Wally Park vans went by. Valet Parking left my lights on so I came back to a dead battery and parked in against the fence exposed to all the elements. Had the added pleasure of a car covered in bird crap and Chris, the casher telling me "I really don't care!"
Parked in covered section A from May 3 to May 18. Car was completely covered in massive bird droppings. Attendant offered a quick rinse, which really did not get it off. I have been to 2 manual car wash and have spent $20.00 and it is still not all off. The manager Charles will not call me back. I have been a good customer since they opened. I feel they owe me some free indoor parking to satisfy me. I am going to contact corporate, maybe they care?
I parked in covered parking last week and after a 20 minute wait to be picked up, had to call to get a van over to me. If this happens again, I will not park there anymore. Never had this problem before and wonder what had changed. Fortunately, I had plenty of time and did not miss my plane.
I always use Canopy, whether for business or personal travel out of DIA. They have it down. You are directed to the closest open parking space, the shuttle is right there, and the (courteous) driver handles your bags, car to shuttle to dropoff. Very little wasted time coming home either, as their shuttles are constantly pulling up to door 511, island 3 at DIA. You are again taken right to your own vehicle. (Keep the location ticket they give you when you park.)
I was traveling at the busiest time of the season, Thanksgiving. I normally park at Pikes Peak Park. On my way to Denver I had a friend call and he informed me that all parking that was closer to the airport was entirely full and that I should veer off on Tower Rd. and try USAirport parking as an alternative. As I approched I could see that it was quite full as well. To my delight I found Canopy right across the street. It looked new, clean, I noticed the covered parking immediately, and chose that parking area, and found my spot. As I was pulling out my luggage a shuttle passed by me. I got my things together and was going to wait for the next shuttle. The first shuttle must have been watching me, the driver backed up, the driver got out, welcomed me and grabbed my bags and I was on my way to the airport. Incredible Service!!! I wish I had got the young mans name so that I could bring to your attention the name of your employee. Believe me......my next trip I will use your immpeccable service and I will make note of the names in the future. Thank you for making my hectic, frantic search for parking a pleasurable experience.

The other off-site parking locations had 3 shuttles for every 1 that Canopy Parking had.
Came back and our new car was covered in bird poop. Never have seen that much on a car before. If I had known that would happen....I would have paid extra for covered parking.
