I had not used this service before but for the lack of instructions/directions I would have found this excellent!
The parking signs and directions are excellent. Pick and drop off by our vehicle are exceptional service. Will definitely use your facility in the future
I love Canopy. The attendants were super considerate as always. The shuttle bus was way too hot and we should have had more air.
The drivers were very professional and friendly and I LOVED being picked up and dropped off right at my car.
The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to help the passengers.

I parked for a one-way airline trip, when returning to pick up my car I was allowed to have my friend drive me into the lot to pick up my car. Outstanding courtesy and service!!!!

This is the fourth or fifth time we have used Canopy Parking for out trips. We plan to continue to use this facility.
A bit confusing on arrival as to which covered building to enter. Other than that everything was as promised.
This is a handy way to park for the airport. There is never a long wait and being dropped off at our parking spot when we get home, can't be beat! Drivers all seem friendly and helpful. In particular on our last trip, I forgot my phone in the shuttle. We called the main office and they radioed our driver to come back around. While we waited every Canopy driver stopped to see if we were waiting for pickup and then radioed our driver and gave us an update. Our driver, John B.? Pulled up with my phone in hand. We certainly appreciated the customer service and the helpful drivers!
I use covered parking to try and keep bird poop off my car. Compared to USAirport parking across the street from you, you fail miserably in this area!
However, when we picked up our car 9 days later, several exits were closed with no clear signs or new temporary directions of how to exit - we finally just figured a way out.
I appreciate the drivers assistance. I'm a Grandma traveling with a toddler, our luggage and a big car seat. We returned after midnight. The driver helped with taking luggage on and off the shuttle. He stayed at my vehicle until I was safe. This additional security was gratefully appreciated.

I was not told 'where' to park, so I parked where I first saw openings. I watched many shuttles pass by me on the right and left of my lane, but no one stopped or even LOOKED my way. I even set off my car alarm to try to attraction a driver! Finally, I asked two employees who were leving after their shift how I could get picked up. They called in my location. After I was picked up, things went well.

I parked in covered parking. When I returned, there were bird droppings all down the driver's side of my car. This was not a good surprise to return to. Perhaps Canopy Parking should look into ways to discourage the birds from perching over cars in their covered parking lot. What good is covered parking and paying a higher rate if you come home to a mess?
