    It had snowed 6" on out way there but the shuttle was there as we pulled into a parking space. When we returned, no sooner had we walked outside and the return shuttle was there. Great service!!

    I arrived early morning as my reservation clearly indicated that I would. I was unaware that you stop normal shuttle service at midnight and customers must call to get picked up. This policy should be more clearly stated at the time a reservation is made so that customers aren't standing out in the freezing cold waiting for you to show up. By way of comparison, your competitors appeared to be running their normal shuttle patterns. I am not sure I will be back.

    You need to have better exit signs that show up at night. Very difficult to find your way out of the lot after dark.

    Check in and out was convenient, parking spaces available and easy to find. Only down side was pick-up by the shuttle. Took longer than usual, while several USA Parking and The Parking Spot shuttles came and went.

    My only complaint is that I had to park in overflow parking (understandable due to holiday weekend), which means the parking spot was not numbered so was not easy to find upon return. Because there was no number, the shuttle driver had to rely on me to remember where I was parked. I had no idea after being gone several days and not being familiar with the lot layout.

    I was waiting at pick up area for 10 minutes. Don't know what the problem was.. It was 9pm... West side. Maybe too many passengers needing a ride back to parking lot. I called and only got your recording...

    Only negative is the shuttle bus. They really need better suspension. Feels like you are riding in the pack of a dump truck. Very noise and rough ride .

    The lot and shuttle out were great. I returned on Nov 28 at 11:55 PM. I waited 30 minutes for s shuttle then took a cab. There were at least 80 people waiting, and shuttles came that could hold only 14 people. I stood outside in 20 degree weather then gave up on the shuttle. This is unacceptable on such a busy holiday weekend to not be prepared. Other shuttles came at least every 10 minutes while we waited, and were able to take all on board that were waiting. I believe you should pay for my $25 cab ride.

    Shuttle was late, over 30 minutes in initial pickup at covered parking. After arrival at DIA on the last day of the trip, shuttle pickup at island five was late over 20 minutes.

    The parking facility was easy to find but when leaving we got lost looking for a way to find Pena Blvd. in order to get on to I 25. We missed our flight, because this being our first time to park at the airport, we didn't know it took so long to pick up a full bus load before leaving for the airport. A heads up on confirmation would help.

    I know Canopy is not responsible for snow conditions but I paid for covered parking so my convertible would not set outside in the weather for a week. So when I arrived I was directed to J row for parking. There weren't any parking slots in J row except along the back row with the open side of the building. As a result I came back to my convertible being covered with at least 5 inches of heavy, wet snow. I complained at the toll booth and was given a card of the person I needed to complain to. I do not think I will pay for covered parking at your lot again as my car was undrivable without shoveling snow and I paid the extra.
