    going to the airport the driver drop use off on the work side. When I question him he stated it was short. It was not my mother is 84 years old and handicap. By the grace of God an airport employee helped us get a wheelchair. will not be using your service again.

    We waited to be picked up longer than anticipated, about 30 mins. Good thing the weather was decent...35 degrees or so.

    On shuttle driver was not so nice, didn't help me at all to get my suitcase on the shuttle when I arrived. However, the driver coming back was excellent. Consistency between shuttle drivers might be a problem. Suggestion: I would appreciate a comprehensive receipt that includes the deposit I made at exit as I expense for work. I dislike having to go back to the website to print things out, I don't have time for that.

    Our group was 8 and we were in two cars. We were both directed to row B which had no spaces in it! We each found space on opposite sides of the garage and the driver who picked up some of us refused to pick up the others. My wife and I stood outside in 0 degree weather for 15 minutes waiting to be picked up. I am terribly disappointed with Canopy Parking!

    The detailing services destroyed my MMI screen, and upon filing a claim , it was treated dimissevly and unprofessionally all the way. Parking facilities are ok - nothing to write home about - but their detailing services HORRIBLE. The fact that a third party (of poor quality) is used it not disclosed. If I knew, I would have not let my car detailed by a bunch of untrained workers.

    Difficult to get back to I-70 from leaving Canopy parking. Suggest providing further details and make it known directions back to I-70 from leaving the lot.

    When taking the shuttle from parking to the airport, I was the only one in the entire bus. Yet on the return, I had to wait for a second bus because there were so many people waiting to get back to the parking lot. I feel more research into when customers are returning would be useful, as it would allow Canopy Airport Parking to employ more shuttles when needed so that they do not have customers waiting outside for 15 minutes.

    Everyone was friendly and prompt! Even tho I chose to park outside, I was impressed with the valet parking as the lady sitting on the shuttle said they have her car started and warm when she gets in, and will even wash it while she's away! Nice touch!

    My problem was upon returning from my week long trip, I arrived at my car to find it COVERED in bird dropping. I mean it was literally covered from front to back. I had to drive straight to the car wash. Even after going through the car wash I still had to take a rag to the car. The bird dropping were inside the door jambs,etc. I will not park at your facility again until I know something has been done to resolve this issue.. I said something to the attendant on the way out and she said you were working on something. Have you found a resolution?

    Thank you the $3 discount on this latest trip and the vans were very timely. I did note that your rates have increased slightly but so far the service has been excellent and I plan to use it again several times in 2013!

    Will just use you. One thing, you should have your name at the end of Island Three, there is only Walley Park and I had to walk up and down and ask two people where you would be coming....

    Returning to DIA at 5:30 pm, I waited over 30 minutes for Canopy Shuttle. 3 Wally Parks, 2 Parking Spots, 2 USA Parking picked up passengers during this time. When Canopy finally came, Driver picked up a full bus load, but could not accommodate everyone waiting for Canopy! Instructions given at drop off stated, 'Due to airport construction, pick up is at Door 504" - Not true...they pick up at 513, same location as drop off. Cashier was on phone at exit working out scheduling. Grrr. Never again.

    The only downside is that I came in at 7ish and I had to wait for a shtuttle for a long time. There were 3 WallyWorld shuttles while I was waiting. I usually travel during the day and the shuttle has always been adequate but this was a LONG wait.

    the wait at the airport for the shuttle was way too long...it was almost a 40 minute wait, i saw three shuttle for wally park come by in the time it took for one shuttle for canopy...

    Getting picked up after we got back to DIA, we had to wait over half an hour for a shuttle bus, in the meantime, USAirport Parking had 5 buses come thru there.

    We waited in the covered area beside our car for 15 minutes for a pick up bus and it never came. We got back in the car went out the exit explaining the situation and was not charged for the 15 or so minutes. We drove across the street to USAirport parking where we were promptly waited on. So much for Canopy!!

    I forgot my keys in the shuttle on the way to the airport. I didn't realize I was missing my keys until I got back. I called the shuttle service from the airport (12am) - a very nice lady answered on the second ring and told me she had them! The shuttle driver was there to pick me up right away, took me to the office to get my keys, then to my car. Great service.

    I packed my receipt so I didn't have it at checkout and was charged full amount upon departure (at full rate). As soon as I called, Scott Trout took complete care of it very professionally. I'll be back.

    We were standing out in 26 degrees at the airport waiting for the Canopy Shuttle, and waited and waited. We saw 2 Wally Park and 3 Spot Park shuttles and had to call to get Canopy to show up. Guess who we will use next time!

    We arrived to snow, bitter cold, and dead battery. They had us up and running in 5 minutes at no charge! Highly recommend this lot!!

    When we returned had to wait over 30 minutes to get a bus because too many people and not enough buses or frequent enough. It took four buses before we could get aboard. So it was over an hour after getting our bags that we finally left the covered parking garage.

    I 'self park' and normally have a bus waiting for me while I park. I do get antsy when the dirivers wait to long to fill up the bus. The prices are very reasonable for the area, always trying to save.

    covered parking is not inexpensive! I didn't expect to be driven around your complex trying to fill up the van with regular customers [ others feel that way too ] Same for being picked up at the airport....also, why is it so difficult for the loading area at the airport to be more organized for getting on the vans...I had to manouver through 6 or 7 people whose luggage was blocking my way to your van...no help from your driver. [ solving that would make your service perfect...nice vans ]

    Excellent web site. I hope you are lobbying for a southbound on ramp connecting Tower Road to Pena Blvd. Other than having to go the long way home the overall experience was very positive.

    We received no info from the shuttle driver about our return to the lot. My son had to call and spend a good amount of time trying to get the location of my car so we would be able to tell the next shuttle driver where the car was.
