The driver that took us to the airport was nice don't get me wrong. One frustration we had was we encountered traffic delays in route to the airport so it made it very tight for us to make our flight. It would be nice if the driver were to ask if we're crunched for time and he needs to get us there sooner. Once we were picked up we waited 10 minutes for 2 more vehicles that arrived in our area then drove through the covered parking to find no one another driver must have picked the others up then finally we left and had to wait for a very lengthy light. We barely made our flight in time.
Great experience! My older car would not start when I returned after 12 days. The office sent someone out and started my car. Courteous and helpful.

Checking out i was over charged by the meter. I spoke with the rep in the window and she sent me inside. There, the assistant took care of crediting my account for the overcharge. I think if i had not printed out mt receipt, i would not have even realized the over charge. But knew, if i didn't take care of immediately, i would have lost out. Not something I really wanted to deal with after a long day of travel, but $18.88 is....18.88.
Attendant seemed surprised that we had already paid about 1/3 of the cost. But did get it settled.
Drivers and gate attendent was very friendly.
Initially, I was confused by the website and the difference between "covered" and "indoor" parking. However, once at the location, everything was explained perfectly. We will definitely use Canopy's service again. Very happy.
Personnel were extremely customer service oriented. Good job! I had a hard time late at night finding the route to I 70 West. Directions posted would be helpful.

Could use new shock absorbers on shuttles. 2 of last 4 trips were very hard on bumps. I have a sore back and the bumps give me painful zingers.

When we initially parked it was early in the morning , around 4 a.m. I had to call to get someone to pick us up ! Very poor service in my opinion.
Additional shade (trees) would have been the only thing that could have made this easier and better. :-)

A appreciated the shuttle driver seeing me pull in and going the extra mile to pick me up. The service is excellent, and I will definitely use them again.
