Every detail of this auto park was A-ONE. I'll definitely use this service again. Just top-notch!!!
Th van drivers were great. Our driver when we returned after midnight on Sunday was especially great. He was very pleasant and patient with a bus full of crabby people. He not only took our bags off the van but placed them in our trunk as well. Much appreciated!
Long wait time at the airport
Not a good experience during our pickup. Long wait for pick up! I tried to call to parking lots phone number, but only got an answering service and was never connected with a person. The shuttle driver couldn't find anyone's cars. He drove pass or went to the wrong row for every person who got off the shuttle before us, and we ended up walking over a row to get to our car. I do think next time I will try another parking lot company.
The van ride from the airport to the lot was bad. The bus didn't have working air conditioning, and it was at least 100 degrees inside. The driver refused to allow the windows to be opened stating "it's hotter outside than it is in here". Not only was that not true, but it kept us from getting reasonable air flow. Also, the suspension on the van was throwing all of the passengers around in their seats every time a bump in the road was encountered, or a turn made. I think the driver was going too fast, but since I was at the back of the van I couldnt see the MPH.
These comments are about my experience at DIA at 12:30am on September 7, 2015 My shuttle driver was terribly overweight and not very helpful with my baggage which included a bike. I thought I was standing at the proper place and had unloaded my trolley to make loading the luggage easier. There weren't any other vehicles standing, or loading and unloading where I was standing. The driver of my shuttle stopped in the middle of the next section where there were two people standing without luggage. I had to rush to move my bike bag and suitcases to get on the shuttle because all of a sudden people came and filled up the bus. My driver ignored me and I was lucky to not have to wait for the next shuttle. I have never had such an experience with a driver before. The drivers have always been extremely helpful. The other drivers have handled my luggage even when I tried to help them. I would suggest that if the drivers always are to only stop at the last part of Island 5 then the company should put up a sign saying Canopy Parking shuttle. If that is not permitted by the airport then a better description should be on the parking slip. Outside door 204 or door 213 island is not sufficient when there are two sections of pickup places and one has a fair amount of luggage. Thank you. I always use Canopy and think that overall it is a great company
NEVER! NEVER! use Canopy parking if you are handicapped. Upon returning to DIA the Canopy driver had told us to call the number on the back of our receipt in order to alert them that we would need a handicap accessible van. We called and got an answering machine. left message not knowing if someone would listen to it. Got to curb side. Waited 2 hours with a handicapped individual. Ask each driver that can if there would be a handicap accessible van soon. Each driver so yes it would be coming soon. Two hours latter the handicapped van arrived. No explanation, just these things take time. Luckily it was a beautiful evening because if the weather had been unbearably hot or extremely cold my handicapped husband would have passed out and had medical issues. These issues need to be reversed or it could become a dangerous situation.
I waited for the shuttle at the designated spot outside door 213. Had a bicycle and a large suitcase and two personal items. I flagged the driver down and he drove past me to the farther spot for two people with no luggage. There were no other buses in the area at the time so he could have stopped. I thought that was very rude. I had taken the bike bag and suitcase of the trolley to facilitate the transfer of the items to the bus. Because the driver stopped at the next place past me I had to then make three trips to bring my luggage to the bus. Meanwhile others had come and boarded the bus. The driver was very large and out of shape. He was rather unhelpful in helping load my bike bag. I loaded my large suitcase myself. He did a bit better unloading the bike and I unloaded the suitcase. The driver did offer to help put the things in my car but at that point it was easier to handle the luggage myself. I always park at Canopy Parking and the past drivers have been quite ready to handle my luggage even saying to leave it to them.
I will always park here! The staff is very nice and very helpful and the price is great!
Great service from check in to check out. Many thanks to the drivers coming and going with our heavy bags.
Best experience I've had parking at DIA..
Cashiers need more training. Early AM shuttles need to be more available.
Love the service and will continue to use Canopy
Had our first experience with Canopy while traveling through DIA. The parking experience was quick and easy. Shuttle was right there and we boarded in moments after we parked. The pick up upon return was a little slow (in comparison, we saw two USA Parking shuttles come and go before ours arrived. The shuttle back was not air conditioned, and we landed when it was 97 degrees in Denver. The female driver was not as helpful with taking bags from the sidewalk. All in all, a very good experience. We will use them again as long as rates are competitive.
I had to wait 30 mins with a sick child in cold and rainy weather.
When I arrived at the airport to leave the wait time was just seconds. When I returned from my trip the wait time was about 10 minutes. Overall I had a great experience.
The entire experience was efficient and pleasant. Service was excellent.
The first time I used Canopy, I had a snotty woman check me out, who made fun of me for not knowing how to use the discount coupon that had been offered at the time. I didn't get the discount. But I did go back, and the experience couldn't have been better. I never waited for anything, and the people were wonderful.
