I was traveling at the busiest time of the season, Thanksgiving. I normally park at Pikes Peak Park. On my way to Denver I had a friend call and he informed me that all parking that was closer to the airport was entirely full and that I should veer off on Tower Rd. and try USAirport parking as an alternative. As I approched I could see that it was quite full as well. To my delight I found Canopy right across the street. It looked new, clean, I noticed the covered parking immediately, and chose that parking area, and found my spot. As I was pulling out my luggage a shuttle passed by me. I got my things together and was going to wait for the next shuttle. The first shuttle must have been watching me, the driver backed up, the driver got out, welcomed me and grabbed my bags and I was on my way to the airport. Incredible Service!!! I wish I had got the young mans name so that I could bring to your attention the name of your employee. Believe me......my next trip I will use your immpeccable service and I will make note of the names in the future. Thank you for making my hectic, frantic search for parking a pleasurable experience.

The other off-site parking locations had 3 shuttles for every 1 that Canopy Parking had.
Came back and our new car was covered in bird poop. Never have seen that much on a car before. If I had known that would happen....I would have paid extra for covered parking.
Bird poop was absolutely ridiculous. I probably had ten different spots on my car. Thank you to the VIP team for doing a quick rinse.
Right now I'm not excited about using your service again since this started my trip off in a very stressful manner. I have to give this some thought.

The service provided by Canopy is superior. I am pleased with the facilities and options available, the drivers are courteous and safe drivers, and the shuttles are always prompt. Negotiating air travel in general, and DIA in particular, has become so much easier since I began using Canopy!

In the past I've parked in out door air parking and have been very happy with it. This trip I chose to park in covered parking. I waited apx 12-15 min to get picked up. Several busses went thru the area before that. I waved and tried to get their attn. open air has better service.
Was very disappointed not to be dropped off at the specific airline. I was traveling with my 83 year old mother and we had to walk quite a long way to get to the terminal. Was not a good experience
