The issue was reserving online. It was somewhat confusing and I could not figure out how schedule a car wash or auto detail, as it is described on your site. But the shuttle, the drivers, the gate attendant were all above excellent in service!!! I would definitely refer your company to anyone and will use it again in the future!
The drop off time after delivering all passengers to their spots was about 20 min.

If you will be using a third party vendor to reserve spots, you need to tell people to bring the receipt with you. As I was leaving they tried to tell me that I owed much more then I should have. Had I not had that receipt he said I would have had to pay the entire bill.

I just wanted to say, Excellence! I was worried because it was the first time that we used this service, and wasn't sure how this all worked, especially at 5am in the morning. But, they were waiting for us in the parking lot, showed us where to park, loaded our baggage, and we were on our way to DIA. It all took us about 15 to 20 minutes from parking to our Baggage Check Area! When we arrived from our destination, the service was the same coming back from the airport! We will definitely be using this service again in the future! Keep up the Great Service!!!
Overall an excellent experience. However I found checking out odd - it took the attendant forever to process my bill and I had to hand over my card to be charged the balance. I had assumed that they had my card, would record my actual time parked and process the bill.
Literally walked out from baggage claim and shuttle drove up. I realize that was sheer luck but what a first time impression with Canopy!
Reservations should be more acceptable when it is time to pay....other than that encounter....overall...it was convenient, easy access and very helpful shutter personel

Shuttle drivers were great. Checking out was a different matter. It took over twenty minutes to get to the checkout station. Many of the cars were taking a long time to check out. When it was my turn, the attendant was extremely rude and condescending. He refused to give the 20% discount for my AAA discount. He could not understand that my AAA discount had not been factored into the online quote. I told him that the computer had not allowed me to put it in. He kept saying that I had already gotten the discount. He kept referring to the $16. that I was required to pay up front when I reserved a spot online was my discount. After yelling at me for some time, he finally called a supervisor up to tell me how wrong I was. When the supervisor came up, he saw immediately the mistake that the attendant had made and issued me the discount. He refused to apologize however when I said that the attendant had been rude and inappropriate. I told him that I would not be using your lot again. He did not care. It is my opinion that the reason for the huge line and long wait was because other drivers were also having trouble and eventually chose to just leave.
This was my first time using Canopy Parking. Great experience and I will be back again in two weeks for my next travel.
Shuttle driver was especially friendly and helpful with our luggage. He thanked us and enthusiastically encouraged us to park again when we travel. Appreciated the quick turnaround since we have a 3 1/2 hour drive home. Thanks!
Great parking lot.
I am a satisfied repeat customer. The lot is conveniently located, well secured, and reasonable competitive rates.
Bad: Shuttle frequency is awful! They are not spaced evenly as far as pick-ups on either end. (Have had to deal with rude travellers as they try to affirm their seat on the infrequent shuttle.) Even had a driver pass by with an empty van without stopping at the airport. The pick up location was printed wrong on the locator tag. This may have been corrected, finally. One trip took 35 min waiting for driver to load passengers then waited as he dropped off singular travellers instead of going to the vast majority airline first. Canopy Area poorly lit. Entry attendant unfreindly. Good: Canopy covered parking area does have wide spaces. You are protected from a hail storm. (The only reason to use this lot.) Although, there have been puddles water around my car upon due to poor drainage. When you do finally get on a shuttle the driver is helpful with the bags. Suggestions: At least at the airport, use some telemetry to dispatch a shuttle immediatley when the island has one (or more) shuttle loads of people. (People are meaner than usual at the end of a flight.)
