Had our first experience with Canopy while traveling through DIA. The parking experience was quick and easy. Shuttle was right there and we boarded in moments after we parked. The pick up upon return was a little slow (in comparison, we saw two USA Parking shuttles come and go before ours arrived. The shuttle back was not air conditioned, and we landed when it was 97 degrees in Denver. The female driver was not as helpful with taking bags from the sidewalk. All in all, a very good experience. We will use them again as long as rates are competitive.
I had to wait 30 mins with a sick child in cold and rainy weather.
When I arrived at the airport to leave the wait time was just seconds. When I returned from my trip the wait time was about 10 minutes. Overall I had a great experience.

The first time I used Canopy, I had a snotty woman check me out, who made fun of me for not knowing how to use the discount coupon that had been offered at the time. I didn't get the discount. But I did go back, and the experience couldn't have been better. I never waited for anything, and the people were wonderful.
Positive Comments - Walt, Ernie and a man with whom I spoke on the phone (8/11) were great! There was a delayed flight and these 3 men took care of my concerns and got me safely to my car. Needs Work - Please add a discount area on the webpage - A place to enter AAA, AARP so the discount can be applied at reservation time.
Staff is friendly and attentive- to everyone! Canopy is the Only place I will park and recommend.
Wanted to have my car detailed and it did not happen. The attendant attitude was less than concerned. They did adjust the price, but had to explain it twice to the attendant at the gate. Shuttle was excellent both ways. My plane landed late in the evening and the shuttle was waiting.

You should process entire bill online - on checkout just validate.
The issue was reserving online. It was somewhat confusing and I could not figure out how schedule a car wash or auto detail, as it is described on your site. But the shuttle, the drivers, the gate attendant were all above excellent in service!!! I would definitely refer your company to anyone and will use it again in the future!
The drop off time after delivering all passengers to their spots was about 20 min.

If you will be using a third party vendor to reserve spots, you need to tell people to bring the receipt with you. As I was leaving they tried to tell me that I owed much more then I should have. Had I not had that receipt he said I would have had to pay the entire bill.
