I have parked here several times and they have their system down pat. Instead of parking anywhere, they tell you where the shuttle is so you park in that row and the driver picks you up. No waiting at the end of the row. This also reduces the amount of stops the shuttle has to make. When I park in covered parking, they bring me straight to the airport. And when I return, they stop at Indoor parking, then covered, so you aren't waiting very long. I didn't have to wait long to get my car when I parked in outdoor either, though. At the airport, I have never had to wait more than 1 minute for the shuttle to arrive and I have used them 4 times. All the drivers have been very courteous. I love this place!
Shuttle service slow on pick up back to parking from DIA. The extra time added to a long flight made it a long day. When we got back got canopy parking there were many shuttle buses just parked. Not very sensitive to travelers needs or service.
We did have to wait about 10-15 min for a shuttle to the terminal but the staff was very appologetic.
Fast pickup/drop off. Great service too.
The driver on the way to the airport was unfriendly, unhelpful, had to be asked to help with the bag. The driver on the way back was all that one could ask, jumping forward to help, helpful, full explanations, friendly, courteous, never seemed pushy.
pre-paid parking is a bonus.

I had excellent service getting to airport and being promptly picked up.
My only disappointment is that a) the rate has increased and, b) on this particular visit, I returned to find someone had vomited on my vehicle. I now wonder about the security of the property.

My experience at Canopy Parking this trip has made me decide NOT to use them again. It took them 20 minutes to come to pick me up to go to the airport. I tried to call twice during this time. Then once they picked me up, they made me transfer to another bus. Not one apology. Then for the ride home one gentleman and I waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take us back to the parking lot! All the driver could say was, "Yup, another typical Monday morning." Well, if they know Mondays are like that, why don't they schedule drivers for that crunch?

I had the same driver for pick up & drop off. He was very polite & helpful. I lost my reminder card for where my car was parked & he helped me find my car without any problems. He is an asset to your business. I dropped off 7/25 around 10pm & picked up 7/30 around 1130 pm.
We've used Canopy twice before with no problems and a very enjoyable experience. This time unfortunately the clerk that checked us out tried to charge us $9 a day rather than the $7 guaranteed by our reservation. This might have been my fault for not presenting the reservation with the gate ticket, but it seems to me there should be a code or something on the ticket indicating we had a reservation to prevent this confusion. Otherwise, the drivers were both professional and provided fast service, and we continue to be glad we use Canopy when traveling.
Overall, a good experience.

did not find the entrance to Pena from the parking structure and Tower Rd. I either missed the exit or just simply never found it if it exists. Christina
