We appreciate the convenience and safety of the Marriott parking and airport shuttle. We have used this service many times and never had a bad experience. The drivers are very helpful & friendly.

Waited and waited for the shuttle; when he finally did come, the van was full. He said he'd be right back. Saw him pull in again, but went to the valet lot, and then didn't even come to our shuttle lot. I ended up walking to the airport. Upon arrival home, there was no sign of the shuttle, so I ended up walking from the airport back to my car. I will NEVER park here again.

It would have been nice to pay the balance with a credit card instead of cash. It was a good thing we had that much cash after our vacation!

I do not know D parking district for airport parking in Mariott hotel parking area before I asked someone who worked in front of hotel gate. At night, I cannot find anyone and any notice about airport parking. It require to get a ticket to open automatic gate bar.

Delayed flight on 9/11, arrived after 11pm and had to call the shuttle that had stopped its runs at Burbank Airport. Had to wait awhile for shuttle.

Upon arrival directions stated that we were to wait by our car and the shuttle would pick us up. It never did. After roughly 10-12 minutes of waiting and no shuttle in sight we had to walk to the front area from the green area parking where we found a shuttle ready to leave for the airport. However, on our return from the airport the shuttle took us to ur car.

The Marriott is used by bikers on Friday nights so the lot is busy with hundred or more bikes and several hundred riders and hangers on.

Arrival Info:
Please arrive at the lot 15-20 minutes prior to when you wish to arrive at the terminal. Pull into the lot and find an available space. The shuttle will meet you at your car. Shuttle runs every 10 minutes.
Airport Transportation:
Shuttles run every 10 minutes.
Operation Hours:
Open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
