    I had made reservations and parking lot was full after 30 minutes of driving aroud I was the told to valet which was ok but when i went to pick up my car it was full of wet leaves and brid poop as they parked it under a tree. I don't think I will be using this place again.

    The sprinklers reached most of the front of my car, so over several days, I came back to a car with deep water spots! Not your doings just FYI. I wasn't sure if I should push for a ticket and go into the pay lot. That information would have been helpful. Thanks!

    I couldn't find the parking lot so I went to valet for instructions. The valet person didn't know what to do and could not reach a supervisor for help. When he finally let me enter through the valet entrance, I couldn't find an attendant to get a ticket.

    I pulled into the lot at 5am - which is when it was advertised the first shuttle departs to the airport. I waited 15 minutes for the shuttle which never came. I pulled out of the parking lot (there was still no attendant) and wet across the street to VSP parking where I was promptly greeted with a shuttle.

    Made a mistake on my reservation, called the number to have it changed and the lady I spoke with told me I didnt need to change it and it was fine. Then when I left the lot the lady gave me a bunch of grief for it and told me I should have remember the lady's name I spoke with. Which I should of, but the woman on the phone should have been more helpful. She acted like I was wasting her time.
